“Please DON’T waste your time and money. The bouquets that show up look nothing like what you order. The arrangement that I ordered and the arrangement that I got looked nothing alike. I was actually offended at the cheap pass off. Very disappointing experience for all the money you pay.”

“Wish I read the reviews first ! Don’t do it ! Paid for expedited delivery . My delivery still hasn’t showed up 6 hours later . Customer service is TERRIBLE . I’m so mad at myself for not reading the reviews first .”

“The Autumn's Hearty Harvest Bouquet that was delivered to my daughter was a fraction of the size of the bouquet shown on the website when I placed my order. Needless to say I was underwhelmed with the bouquet and overwhelmed with the cost... $81.44 all in.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my recent flower delivery. The marigolds arrived mushy and moldy, a far cry from the delicate blooms they should have displayed. It's clear that the flowers weren't handled or packaged properly for shipping. Unfortunately, it seems that ordering flowers for a special occasion in the US isn't always the best option.”

“I’ve used them several times and they’ve never delivered on time. This time I paid the expedited fee as always to have them delivered by 12pm as my girl leaves at that time. After 2 days of BS they supposedly issued me a refund which still has not been applied to my account. The last time they did actually deliver the flowers they were late and died after 2 days. DO NOT USE they will disappoint your loved ones.”

“I spent $80 on a bouquet and they shipped it via UPS! The vase was separate! Nothing like making somebody you love to make them do work to accept a gift. I'll never use them again.”

“Wish I had read the reviews FIRST!!! I was horrified when my friend convalescing from heart surgery sent me a photo of what was actually delivered for the COTTON CANDY arrangement. The delivery had ONE single rose and a couple of cheap wilting flowers and too much greenery fillers !! When I called the person said they would do a redelivery but seemed unfazed by my call. While polite , there was a cold indifference. This prompted me to look up reviews. It will be interesting to see what the redelivery will look like but I highly doubt I will use them again. My 1st order was a food basket which seemed to go well. This was my 2nd order, but 1st floral arrangement order. I was so embarrassed!!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They canceled my order a month ago, and still have not returned my money!! Have called several times and all I get is,wait 2 to 3 business days. STILL NO REFUND!!”

“They sent me wilted and mums that died within 2 days. Not even…they were for a very special someone and let’s just say they didn’t feel that when they got them. Will never use this company again! Suggest you do the same. 1800 flowers is the way. Take care!”

“Awful service. Realised a mistake with my order and emailed immediately to correct it. Nothing. Used the WhatsApp number and again, nothing. Paid for a specific delivery time and flowers were delivered outside of this window. Avoid at all costs”

“I would give 0 stars if possible! You should be ashamed of the company you're running! Totally false advertisement! I confirmed with your customer service that my arrangement would be pre-arranged in a vase, but lo and behold, when it was delivered, it was in a damn box! This person just lost a loved and and now they have to assemble their own flowers?! They don't have time for that! No where on the website did it say it would come like that! The rep had the nerve to say this particular item was not available for same-day delivery but you guys sure took my damn money for this fee didn't you! God I wish I read your horrible reviews before order from your scam ass company! I hope you go bankrupt!”

“I ordered 24 red roses and 24 white roses for my Dad’s funeral and celebration of life on a Saturday. The red roses arrived on Friday like I specified but they were brown and wilted. The white roses arrived on Monday 2 days after the funeral. I had to go out and order new flowers for my event.”

“Prices DO NOT reflect total. I purchased a $35 bouquet because I had $15 off from a previous purchase that I was not charged appropriately for. They claim free shipping but when it’s time to check out they add on a ton of fees. When I went to pay for the bouquet that was $35 and I had a $15 off coupon, I expected to pay at most, $35. However, the total was nearly $60 !!!! This is the worst business for ordering flowers!”

“Delivery was not what was expected. Some flowers were broken upon arrival and several were showing signs of dying, (brown edges on pedals). Several will not ever open before completely dying.”

“horrible service, they shouldn’t be open. I needed my flowers to be delivered on a certain day. They moved it to the next day which I was NOT happy about. Finally after the third person I talked too, I got a full refund. The next day, I got an email telling me they would be delivered 2 days later….. I got a call from them telling me. I told them I got an email telling me and I was not happy about it. I told them I will never be using them again. Finally, they got them delivered yesterday. Just got a phone call from them telling me they were delivered. I said yup, I know and hung up. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.”
