“Ordered birthday flowers for my mother on Friday to be delivered on Monday (her actual birthday). They never showed. There was no follow up. I asked for a full refund and flowers to still be delivered for the day after her birthday. They would not give full refund with replacement flowers. Why would I want to pay for flowers to be delivered after her birthday when there was plenty of time after ordering to make sure they got there on time. Poor business.”

“If you order purple flowers, you expect purple flowers. My sick sister with cancer LOVES purple so I was trying to chear her but she got dull pinkish ugly flowers. I spent way too much money to be unhappy!”

“Absolute ripoff! Ordered sympathy flowers in the morning for a guaranteed same day delivery. Three days later, still says delayed! Only $3.20 refunded. Terrible company.”

“The arrangement I ordered was not what was pictured on their website. When they first arrived, they re-delivered them and half of the flowers were dead. I will never order from this company again.”

“Ordered flowers for my daughter after the birth of her baby. Was guaranteed they’d be there before five that day. They were not. Call back the next morning was told they would be delivered by five that day again, they were not. It was told they’d be delivered Monday. They were originally supposed to be delivered on Friday. Told him it was unacceptable and wanted a full refund which they did. Unfortunately, my daughter did not get her flowers and I am not at all happy.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mother's 81st birthday and even paid extra for the delivery to be on time. The flowers did NOT arrive on her birthday, and the company didn't notify me until 2 days after the delivery date. As of now it's been 6 days, and they still haven't delivered. And their website only posts the 4 or 5 star reviews, they don't post the truth. Don't use this company or your loved ones will be disappointed!!!”

“The flowers pictured on the website were nothing like the flowers that were delivered. I would never order through this site again. I tried to download pictures but I got a message that they couldn't be uploaded. Obviously they don't want photo comparisons on their reviews. They'd be the proof.”

“Ordered flowers for my niece's funeral three days begore the event. I received notice that the florist could not confirm the details with the funeral home. I replied with the details and did not receive any further communication. The flowers were never delivered.”

“I received an arrangement (I use that term loosely) one day late. The flowers were half dead and it looked like a 5 year old stuck them in a vase. Very disappointed because someone spent a lot of money to send this gift to me. A total waste of money”

“BEWARE. Was billed for 'PREMIUM' Flower bouquet. Was sent "deluxe" which is a lower price. I called immediately because I did not get the BILLED amount. I cried FOUL/FRAUD, and was issued immediate credit for entire order. How many others are out there that NEVER GOT WHAT WAS PAID FOR? Consider yourself WARNED.”

“You guys are horrible. Worst customer service ever. My sister didn’t even get her flowers on Friday. Her birthday. They sat outside until Monday morning when she got back to the office. And I did not get a refund or anything for it. Worst company ever do not use.”

“Do not use this rip off company. I paid 2 extra fees to have flowers delivered to my girlfriends work. I set up the delivery about 9 am I received an email at 3 pm that they would not be delivering them until today. Then they were going to delivery them to the wrong address. Customer service is very u friendly and not helpful.”

“You should be cautious and not expect your flowers to be delivered when using this 3rd part service, fromyouflowers.com. fromyouflowers.com seems to be a scam. I googled flowers near Henderson, NV 89015 and was directed to fromyouflowers.com - After reviewing the google rating of 4.4, I felt it would be reliable. I ordered on 10/09/2024 for delivery on 10/16/2024, received a confirmation email 10/16/2024"From You Flowers order #XXXX6197 was delivered". I called the mortuary 10/17/2024 am, they were not in receipt of the flowers. I called From You Flowers at 800-838-8853. spoke with Victor who confirmed delivery address and made up an excuse why the flowers were not delivered because of xyz, they would be delivered by 4 pm on 10/17/24. I called back, spoke with Byron at 2pm to confirm the flowers would be delivered, was advised, yes by 4 pm same day and I would receive another email to confirm. @ 4:30 pm, I called recipients they were not in receipt of "sacred duty spray". I called fromyouflowers.com, spoke to Michelle, after being on hold yet another 30 min. was advised, flowers were delivered at 3 pm signed for by James. I advised, I would like to call mortuary to confirm. After, calling mortuary, and confirming address for both, the flowers were not delivered and they had NO James that worked there. The experience is beyond disappointing during this difficult time of not being in person with Family, to not have the Group effort of our condolences expressed as intended as a tribute to honor our Family member is unacceptable service..”

“I ordered expedited delivery… it is now 1:20pm and my sister STILL has not received her Birthday flowers! She is now on the road traveling to go visit her son and won’t be back until Monday. A total of $75 just thrown out the window! I am beyond mad. I called customer service and they issued me a $5.03 refund for them not being delivered as promised. WHAT?! $5.03! I told them that was not enough and he gave me a $10 credit for my account for future purchases. REALLY?! I will never use this company again!”

“If I could give zero stars I would.. needed flowers delivered out of state and tried this company. I was so embarrassed when my friend sent a picture of the bouquet. It was appalling and so disappointing. The fall bouquet was a big fail as none of the flowers were in bloom but two roses. It was the ugliest bouquet I've ever seen. Do not do business with the company!!”

“So I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day before noon I paid the extra fees to have that done. The flowers didn’t show up so I checked on them and now they’re telling me that the flowers will probably be there by 6 PM. But we were supposed to be at a birthday party by 5 PM, they offered to refund me the expedited fee. What a big deal they failed, they failed, they failed, they failed, to deliver as advertised, and now I am in a jam. To top it off when you buy a $40 power flower package it’s not gonna cost you $40 plus tax you’ll end up paying more like 70 something dollars for it and then they don’t deliver on time that was my last time to order flowers from these guys , and I would not recommend them To anyone ever. To me that is false advertisement.”
