Ordered flowers for my anniversary 2 days ahead of the date. The tracker showed “delivered” but they were not! Customer service is clueless. I will never use this service again.

I truly wished I read reviews before purchasing my bouquet. I sent this to my grieving mother who lost her 28 year old son, my brother. I ordered the larger deluxe flowers and what was brought looked nothing like what was advertised. I am planning to purchase flowers for my mother every month on the same day to help bring a smile to her face. Needless to say they won’t be from this shop. I will say the delivery lady was very pleasant and put a smile on my mom’s face. The flowers on the other hand, are highly disappointing.

Terrible service! I ordered a BeHappy bouquet for same day delivery, and not only did they change the delivery date, twice, but they change my bouquet from something completely different. They couldn't even refund me for the same-day delivery payment. I wouldn't recommend from you flowers, they just don't care about their customers.

I wanted to send flowers and balloons to my 14 year old granddaughter who just had surgery and I was told they could not assure me that the flowers and balloons would be delivered at the same time and wanted to charge me 2 separate delivery fees. What a joke! Man, I guess maybe they are hard up for money. I went with someone else who delivered the flowers & balloons at the same time and only charged one delivery fee.

purchased in-stock flowers 10/11/2024 to be delivered 10/14/2024. got delivery confirmation. emailed them 10/15/2024 (1 day after they were supposed to arrive), and they didn't give a reason why they weren't delivered, but gave a refund 10/16/2024. this was nice to get my money back, but does not give my sick Mother her flowers on her birthday, which is what they were for. they should've just continued to deliver them, along with giving a refund. really bad customer service and satisfaction.

I should've read the reviews before...don't do business with this company. I ordered a Bouquet 3days ago..Ieven paid a fee for same day delivery...the order was placed but to this very day not delivered. I kept calling the customer Service.. they promised to look into the case and promised to redeliver, promisses and lame excuse is all I get so far.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering anything from this company! They promised today for ny daughters birthday said they delivered them she never received anything . Spoild the while point of sending flowers . Had to keep calling my daughter to see if she got anything. On top of it we never got nothing this place is a SCAM do not send ur money to this company. They are fake

I ordered flowers to be sent on the same day and paid £15 for same delivery which was confirmed by myflower via email. The flowers did not get delivered until late evening the following day. I phoned and complained and asked for a refund as next day delivery is free, the woman who answered said that I will get my refund within seven days but after 9 days I am still waiting. It's not just the money but the principle of it as same day delivery should mean same day delivery. On top of that the service is extremely poor. Please do not order your flowers fro the company.

Ordered flowers on 10/4 to be delivered on the 7th. Checked back with them on the 6th and was told my order couldn't be delivered because the address was out of their delivery area. I asked why I had not been contacted and was told I should have received an email. I received the email during this conversation. I asked about my refund and was told it would process in a couple of days. I called back a couple of days later again checking on my refund, was told it would be refunded in a couple of days. Today is the 15th, still waiting on my refund.

Ordered same-day delivery and no flowers were delivered. Customer service they would attempt to redeliver the next day and still no flowers. Just avoid this third party company. When I requested for my refund, they just kept trying to say they would attempt to redeliver.

Ordered a beautiful premium bouquet for my sisters 40th birthday, but flowers never got delivered to my sister even though they say delivered. My sister is hearing impaired and waited outside for the delivery which they said was delivered at 6:57pm but she was outside waiting since she would not have heard the knock on the door and they never showed up. They offered me a 20% refund for inconvenience.

Absolutely awful service. I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday on October 10th, with delivery for the 11th. Not only did they not arrive on time, but they never arrived at all! I was repeatedly promised delivery "early the next day," but those promises were broken on both Saturday and Monday. They even claimed they would upgrade the arrangement to compensate for the inconvenience. Today, after multiple online chats, I was finally told they couldn't find a florist to deliver the flowers. Unreliable, unresponsive, and ultimately unable to deliver. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

I ordered a candy basket and balloons for my grandchildren and they charged me extra for next day delivery and they didn’t deliver. Then they promised they would deliver next day but I just found out that again they didn’t deliver. Now they are telling me 3 days to get my money back. Don’t use them.

Big disappointment!!! The wreath that was ordered never got delivered to the funeral home. Unbelievable!!!! I asked for a full refund, flowers are not cheap, if the money is not refunded I will have to report this further. Very dishonest, it’s not fair to customers.

Listen. I really liked this website...at first. Customer service is lovely, but unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the delivery experience. Paid over $17 for same-day delivery, and the florist driving the truck couldn't find our business. We're literally right on the main road, albeit a little tucked into a corner without a clear driveway. I had to contact customer support four different times. I was told it would be delivered to us at 2pm, and I got a call from the company, supposedly, a few minutes after. The florist spoke little to no English, and I couldn't understand a word he said, and then he hung up on me. At the time, I thought it was because he was able to find our business. I even selected Business when purchasing. I got these as a farewell gift for my parents (We're a family owned company, and they are going on vacation for all of next week) After half an hour, I contacted them via online chat, and spoke to someone who told me they would be there any time. An hour goes by, and my delivery date changes to tomorrow. We are not open on the weekend, and that would be why I paid for the same-day delivery. For over a hundred dollars, this is not what I was expecting in the least. My new delivery date is set for the 21st when they get back, and supposedly, will receive a 30% refund in the next 2-3 days. I will write another review when, and if I receive the flowers, chocolate, balloon and teddy bear I purchased on the 21st. As of right now, to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I ordered before 10 AM and won't get my order until two weeks from the date I ordered on. I am utterly fuming. I would have saved money and time, plus, I would have actually received my order on Door Dash rather than going through these "Florists." I recommend you don't waste your time on this site. I won't be returning. Very, very unhappy.

I should have checked the reviews first... I ordered a premium Southern Peach bouquet for my MIL's 80th birthday, it arrived on time yet all flowers were white instead of peach, like for a funeral instead of a birthday! I chat with some customer rep who apologized and offered a $20 refund. Will not order again from them

Unfortunately I could not do less then one star, I wish I could, that is what this company deserves . False advertisement. I was promised to deliver next morning, was delivered next night. Flowers were for funeral. Will never even order from this company. Your customer service guy Swastik promised me it to be delivered by 10 in the morning. Lier. This is not how you do the business.👎👎👎👎👎

Do yourself a favor and find a local florist and call them yourself to place an order over the phone. I ordered an arrangement off of From You Flowers under the guise it would be delivered that same day. Hours later I'm waiting on a delivery confirmation but instead I get an email stating that my order was delayed and would be delivered the next day. I figured it would be delivered in the morning since they state their deliveries range anywhere between 9 AM and 6 PM. Wait a few hours, don't hear anything. Reach out to customer service and they assured they would have the florist send it out ASAP. Hours later and STILL nothing. At that point it had been well over 24 hours since I had originally placed my order that was supposed to be delivered within a few hours of placing it. I reach out again and they tell me the same b.s. about having the florist send it out ASAP. Told them that wasn't good enough and I wanted a time frame. They told me it would be delivered before 6 PM. I finally got fed up enough with them that I told them to cancel the order altogether and just give me my money back. That's the ONE positive thing I'll say about this company is that they did so quickly and without question. But because of them I had to scramble to research florists, and my arrangement will now be 2 days late. They are absolutely atrocious and will NOT deliver anything on time. Save yourself the headache and don't ever order from them.

I ordered same day delivery, paid extra to have it delivered within 4 hours. It didn't come until 8 hours later, when my partner wasn't even home. I was supposed to get large roses and big lilies, but recieve 1 lily and a bunch of small rose buds. Do not buy from this site. Horrible experience.

I have used this company several times. Up until this past time, no problems. My recent order has me looking elsewhere for flowers in the future. Birthday flower order not delivered until 3 days after the scheduled delivery date. Customer service was a whole thing- several calls, online chats and frustration before finally getting things resolved. In my opinion, this company has lost my trust and business...
