Ordered sympathy flowers, paid all the fees for same day delivery only to get a call the next day saying they couldn't locate a florist to deliver them so the best they could do would be the following day, 2 days after my initial order. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me back the expedited delivery cost of $2.99 that I paid on top of the initial delivery fee. The next day I get an email saying sorry for the delivery but the earliest they can deliver will be the following day. This too never happened. 4 days later I reach out to them and find out that they are still not scheduled to be delivered. They said I would received a full refund. We shall see. Terrible!! Do not order from them.

The flowers that were sent to the hospital were not nearly as nice as the photo on the site, so for $123 I felt ripped off. In addition, this review portal is not allowing me to upload the photo I suppose because they’ve been embarrassed so many times by photos.

I ordered an $80 bouquet for my wife and when she got it it had 4 roses and baby’s breath. Terrible. I sent them an email complaining and they gave me a disgraceful 20% refund. I will never use them again

Buyer beware........ they will not deliver your order... I ordered a funeral arrangement on a Thursday with sameday delivery for a funeral on Friday morning. My flowers were not delivered at all, and I was charged for them. When I called Custer service for a refund the guy on the other line offered me to have the flowers sent to the Decedents home. I argued as to what since does that make the Decedent is no longer at the funeral home.. 😕 What a bunch of jerks and crooks, they took my money 158.00 . And most importantly didn't deliver when I had already told the family of the Decedent what I had ordered. I'm so mad at this company for the embarrassing day ruined my friends funeral 😞 if I could give -0 stars I would. I hope I get my refund.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered flowers with a balloon to be delivered same day. Never delivered. Next morning I called and they claim to have upgraded to middle size bouquet same day. Received flowers that still looked like a small bouquet thrown together and NO balloon. Called again and complained. Refunded for the balloon and asked how many flowers were in the bouquet. I said 4 roses which the original order, the picture showed three roses. They stated that was the upgrade. ONE MORE rose. I had a bad experience the last time ordered but figured I would give them another chance since it was a good deal. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again!! These flowers were much needed for the recipient

What a bunch of crooks! I ordered a dozen festive roses with a Halloween vase and my whole order was worng! They gave me a regular vase that had Halloween paper in it and charged me 14 bucks for it! Then they gave me the worng roses! What i received was not in the description. Furthermore they were late delivering it. If my wife hadn't stayed 5 minutes over her shift she wouldn't even have gotten them. So I called three times to tell them about there error. I was offered a 20% refund of $72.22 but only got $8.50 and a gift card I'm not going to use! I was told I would get the full refund for the vase but had to call a third time to froce them to give it to me. I will never buy from this establishment again! I've seen drug dealers and prostitutes with more integrity then fromyouflowers.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers for the mother of my son in law who just past away at 23. I ordered the blue spirit arrangement. What she recieved was NOT the arrangement I ordered. There was no blue/purple flowers as pictured. There was no roses as pictured and the vase recieved was not the vase pictured. That is one of the main reasons I ordered that arrangement. I ordered the biggest arrangement they had and all they did was stuff it full of carnations. A couple closed lillys and some greens. It wasn't even arranged in a nice way. It was hideous. I cried for hours once I received the photo of them when they got delivered. I'm so glad the recipient has no idea what they are supposed to actually look like. This made my grieving so much worse today.

I went to the funeral today and there were no flowers. I tried contacting from you flowers but no phone number. I texted them on their website. There system does not recognize the order number they gave me in an e mail. ??????????

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered flowers for my mom’s special day, and not only did they not arrive on time, but when I called to check on the order, the customer service was extremely rude and dismissive. They offered no apology or solution and acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them. I trusted this company with an important delivery, and they completely let me down. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.

The flowers were not delivered on the scheduled day no explanation. They were rescheduled for the next day , I received an email advising they were delivered. My recipient told me she never received flowers. I called customer Service and was told the florist tried to deliver but were unable to. A huge disappointment. I canceled my order. They clearly don't work with florists who care about their customers.

Ordered flowers yesterday for a funeral today. Got a call at 8:30am this morning that they would not be delivered. Now my family will not get flowers from us for the funeral. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Date of experience: October 30, 2024

If I could give them a double zero i would. I ordered flowers to be sent to a funeral home and paid for expedited delivery. Well here we are at 2pm in the afternoon and the flowers are now there. The service starts at 3pm and will only be a short service. Now I have to get in the phone and try to find a florist in that area that can get flowers to the funeral home like yesterday. SMH. This is not the first time with for you flowers this is now strike 3. I'm done well never order from here ever again.

I placed an order yesterday, for my daughter, and today when I see the arrangement I saw that the flowers look old, ugly, totally unfresh. It was a really waste of money. I don’t recommend this store.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and received an email stating the original arrangement was unavailable so a substitute was sent. When I asked for a picture of the substitute I was told one wasn't available. Do I have no way of knowing what kind of flowers were ever sent. And if in the same category

Please DON’T waste your time and money. The bouquets that show up look nothing like what you order. The arrangement that I ordered and the arrangement that I got looked nothing alike. I was actually offended at the cheap pass off. Very disappointing experience for all the money you pay.

Wish I read the reviews first ! Don’t do it ! Paid for expedited delivery . My delivery still hasn’t showed up 6 hours later . Customer service is TERRIBLE . I’m so mad at myself for not reading the reviews first .
