I have to say I am so upset with this company. This is not the first time I gave him another chance, but this is the second time. I sent some flowers to my mother yesterday one dozen long stem roses and she received six with some other smelly stuff in there that she was allergic to. I’ve been on the phone with them for two days. They told me they would send her more flowers today which she never received, meanwhile the guy yesterday was like let’s make a deal. I’ll give you 20% off or I’ll give you 30% off your next order. I said you need to make this one right or I’m not gonna order again so as you can see they never delivered her flowers they never called so I got on the phone tonight 45 minutes on with the supervisor and then I asked for another supervisor no one can help me. I told him at this point after six phone calls, and time tying up my time I would like a full refund and I would like the flower sense of my mother promised , they would give me 50% off I said no deal. I’m not trying to make a deal. I want what I ordered. Everyone was very rude and nasty. No one cared. They would not let me talk to the owner. I as a business person would want to speak to somebody that had been going through all these things so if I could give less than one star I would, but I won’t. That’s all I can do,if the owner would like to call me. I feel free to do so. Of course they wouldn’t let me leave a message for him or her very poorly run company very hard to understand. I don’t even think anybody is American. There’s too many flower companies. I say don’t buy from them or do but buyer beware.

Super bummed with the flowers that were delivered. Was supposed to be Vibrant and Bright with call colors and servers, but received a yellow spring mix with cheap filler. And their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They gave me 30% back. I would have preferred sending what I ordered

I send flowers to my son on his anniversary. The bouquet they received was totally different from what I had paid for. I talk to costumer service and they refund me partially and said they was going to send a gift certificate which I still waiting for. Anyway with the money I pay for if I use it in a grocery store. I probably where been more satisfied and dure keep some money. So I’ll never use this site again

Over priced for the product received. Paid over $150 for high end flowers, a letter, chocolate, and a bear. Only received 4 roses in the bouquet with pencil hand written note on small oval printer paper. Worst experience, worst costumer service. Don’t waste your money on this terrible company unless you are deliberately trying to get scammed. I would sue if I can.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and even paid extra for before 12:00 delivery and weekday delivery. They were never delivered. Had to call them that evening and tell them to cancel the order and credit my credit card. Had I known how bad their ratings were, I would have called 1800 flowers.

Service was awful. I don't recommend these people. They delivered to wrong address and promised to re-deliver the following day but failed .4 days they delivered. Their English is awful. I don't recommend

I will never use this company again. I ordered flowers for a friend and they never delivered them. I even paid the extra to have it delivered the next day and they never did and never contacted me I had to contact them. Then they told me they would upgrade my flowers for free and deliver the next day and still never did and still did not contact me. I called and demanded my money In full back. Then they send me a cheap complimentary arrangement that I recieved today with three roses in it, which they could have kept. This is not what I would have sent after totally forgetting someone’s order twice. I am so done with this company never again will I ever use them

DO NOT order flowers from this company! I ordered expedited flowers for a loved one’s memorial to be delivered in the morning, and they did not arrive until 5pm AFTER the memorial was over with. I ordered these flowers 5 days beforehand! I did receive a refund for the expedited fee, however, it is deeply upsetting to know my loved one’s memorial table did not have her flowers. I will not order again.

HORRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY DIDN'T EVEN NOTIFY THE RECEIVER OF THE FLOWERS AND THEY LEAVE THE ORDER IN A PILE OF AMAZON DELIVERIES IN THE LOBBY. IF I DIDN'T TELL MY SISTER TO WADE THROUGH THE PACKAGES, SHE NEVER WOULD'VE GOTTEN THEM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I put in an order and also paid the extra to have it delivered the next day and they never delivered it or even contacted me to let me know they could not deliver it. I called them and all they could say was they were sorry, and they would add more to my flowers and deliver it the next day and also give me 20% back credited to my card. The next day came still no delivery and no contact to update me and let me know they couldn't find anyone to deliver my flowers, so I cancelled my order and demanded my money back. This is horrible service and bad communication. I will never order from this company again, or refer anyone to this company at all.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received regarding my flower arrangement order for a funeral on Saturday, today, 11/2/2024. I placed this order on October 25th, specifically requesting delivery at 9 a.m. and paid the expedited delivery fee to ensure. Today, as we only had one hour for the viewing before the casket was to be removed for cremation. I even sent a follow-up email at 6 a.m. this morning to reconfirm the timing, and I received a confirmation reply stating that the delivery details had been communicated to the shop. However, when I arrived at the funeral around 10:00 a.m. the flowers were not there. I waited for two hours and made two phone calls to customer service team, only to be repeatedly assured that the flowers were “on the way.” Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive until 11 a.m., well after the casket had already been removed. This delay completely undermined the purpose of having the arrangement there to honor the deceased during the viewing. To make matters worse, when the flowers finally arrived, they were incorrect and of substandard quality. Specifically: 1. The arrangement was much smaller and looked tacky, nowhere near what I ordered. 2. The banner on the arrangement had the incorrect name of someone else 3. The delivery personnel even mentioned to each other that they had brought the wrong arrangement, acknowledging that the flowers should have been a larger size. 4. The card was missing. Instead, I was handed an empty business card to write something on myself, despite having paid for a proper card with a heartfelt message. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown, especially given the significance of this occasion and the additional fees I paid for expedited delivery, the custom banner, and the card. This experience has added immense stress during an already emotional time for my family and me. And they have the gut to refund $5.38 of expedited fee. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY THAT SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE BOYCOTTED

Flowers were delivered same day, like I requested, but were already wilting upon arrival and most had died within several days. Another family member also ordered through them (same recipient) and that arrangement looked worse. Got an error message trying to upload photos I took for evidence…how convenient.

Horrible, flowers are dieing, handwritten note looks terrible, they won't even fit one word on the same page, late delivery will definitely ruin your any romantic gesture

Ordered sympathy flowers, paid all the fees for same day delivery only to get a call the next day saying they couldn't locate a florist to deliver them so the best they could do would be the following day, 2 days after my initial order. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me back the expedited delivery cost of $2.99 that I paid on top of the initial delivery fee. The next day I get an email saying sorry for the delivery but the earliest they can deliver will be the following day. This too never happened. 4 days later I reach out to them and find out that they are still not scheduled to be delivered. They said I would received a full refund. We shall see. Terrible!! Do not order from them.

The flowers that were sent to the hospital were not nearly as nice as the photo on the site, so for $123 I felt ripped off. In addition, this review portal is not allowing me to upload the photo I suppose because they’ve been embarrassed so many times by photos.

I ordered an $80 bouquet for my wife and when she got it it had 4 roses and baby’s breath. Terrible. I sent them an email complaining and they gave me a disgraceful 20% refund. I will never use them again

Buyer beware........ they will not deliver your order... I ordered a funeral arrangement on a Thursday with sameday delivery for a funeral on Friday morning. My flowers were not delivered at all, and I was charged for them. When I called Custer service for a refund the guy on the other line offered me to have the flowers sent to the Decedents home. I argued as to what since does that make the Decedent is no longer at the funeral home.. 😕 What a bunch of jerks and crooks, they took my money 158.00 . And most importantly didn't deliver when I had already told the family of the Decedent what I had ordered. I'm so mad at this company for the embarrassing day ruined my friends funeral 😞 if I could give -0 stars I would. I hope I get my refund.
