Terrible business. I chose a bouquet from their website, and the bouquet that was delivered, was completely different and smaller. Customer service is clearly not in this country, they don’t speak basic, English, and they don’t solve problems. After I placed my order, I called customer service to make sure the delivery would be the same as the picture. I was assured that it would be. I also asked why was I charged the full price instead of the 20% discounted price that is on the website. Her answer was because I ordered online. I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am at these people. These flowers were for a dear friend whose mother died of cancer. I sent her mother‘s favorite flowers to her. Or I thought I did. I will not ever use this company again. Nor should you. Terrible terrible company, terrible terrible people .

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my boyfriend as a surprise for Valentine’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered from a local florist, but the roses were shipped in a box from UPS instead. How romantic. Flowers were ok looking (not like the picture online, but not the worst considering all the other one star reviews). Stems weren’t cut. If you are type A like me, don’t leave your flower delivery in the hands of a huge corporation that doesn’t pay attention to details. Better off calling a local florist directly, which is what I will be doing from now on.

Absolutely terrible. If you expect flowers to be delivered in a vase that you purchase from them you will be very disappointed. Everything comes in a box shipped by UPS. And their customer service cannot understand basic English with very bad background noise like chickens and dogs barking.

Do not order from this company. Its a complete ripoff, they will substitute your order for something totally different and completely different and still charge the very high prices they think is reasonable.

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on valentine's day in the morning. They were delivered the night before at 5 PM. to the workplace of the person I was sending them to. They arrived in a box with no we're left upside down. The flowers were not fresh at all they were damaged. It was signed for by Brandon because the delivery person wrote the name. He saw on a picture on the wall. That person was not even at the job site that day. Called customer service couldn't understand a word anyone was saying and they couldn't understand me. They wanted to give me a ten dollar credit for my trouble as if that made up for the wasted money. I told them I couldn't use their credit because I would never use them again. Horrible service; damaged, ugly flowers looked nothing like the picture. Would not recommend using this avenue for flowers ever at all for anyone.

they don't deliver what you pay for, and customer support is not at all helpful. Recommend not using them they are a very bad supplier.

My husband keeps sending me these flowers and I wish he would just stop. I finally had to speak up.. These flowers look nothing like the picture. They come in a box almost dead because there is no water. You have to put them in the vase provided and they are just ugly. I emailed the company last time because he spent a lot of money and they were only able to refund 16.00. This time they were supposed to send them on Valentines day and they came a day early and wilted. This place is a rip off. Paying a lot of money for dead flowers. What a fraudulent company.

Ordered for Valentines day and spent well over 100 for a nice vase of roses some chocolates and a small bear. Ended up with 4 roses 8 carnations. Crappy chocolate, and the bear was cute atleast. Felt like 40$ worth of junk though. Just a completely embarrassing gift to send.

The flowers were never delivered. Customer service said it was do to weather, but it was a perfectly clear day. So no bad weather. Just an excuse. I was never refunded my money. Just avoid this company at all costs.

Customer service is no help at all. Asked if I could edit an address and was told no and no refunds. My order was supposed to be delivered the 14th and it was delivered early. I called and was pretty much told oh, well. Never using this business again. The flowers may seem cheaper but this place is a scam.

My husband ordered a bouquet delivered as an early Valentine gift. I didn’t want to tell him but when they arrived the delivery person didn’t bother to ring the doorbell. Some of the flowers were rotten and mushy and a couple of the roses were brown on the edges. I feel bad for my husband and don’t even want to ask what he paid for them-I had to trim them and arrange them myself.

Horrible customer service. I received a call from this company in order to inform me that the flowers they offered online could not be delivered on Valentine's day. I was very happy with that communication and promptly made 2 new selections over the phone for a total of 3 bouquets to be delivered on Valentine's day. The agent confirmed 2 times that they will indeed be delivered on Valentine's day. Two days before Valentine's day, 1 of the 3 bouquets was delivered in the morning. No one is home, so they sat in the sun for over 7 hours before I could get home. Flowers are sun spotted and warped. So I do a chat, I would like a refund for these ruined flowers. First, the agent creates another order, this is not what I asked for. Then the idiot gives me credit for not just the 1 set of flowers, but cancels all 3 so now my wife and other daughter won't have flowers on Valentine's Day. They never once asked me what I needed or wanted. They just assumed and it messed it all up!

The flowers, a dozen red roses, arrived ion extremely bad condition. One was already broken off the stem and several others were old and brown. The wrapping was intertwined with the flowers and was very difficult to remove.

BUY FROM A LOCAL FLORIST, this company is trash, wrong delivery dates, flowers look like trash, what do you expect tho, you can't even get a english speaking person on the phone that you can understand.

Ordered the Pretty Petal Bouquet on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. Not only did they not get delivered, no one from the company reached out to say why. Monday morning, I contact them and received an "oh sorry! we apologize that delivery didn't happen" and offered to upgrade my flowers. The flowers that were received late afternoon on Monday should have been the premium bouquet. I would not want to see what the standard bouquet looked like. I will not be ordering through this company again. Feeling ripped off.

Ordered a sympathy spray..expedited, they did not get delivered on time. Very disappointed. I wouldn't use "from you flowers" they said they would refund in full, I will wait and see.

Scam company, advertises same day delivery to sucker people into buying and then instead of confirming delivery, sends you an email two hours later saying that they actually can't and will refund the $1.99 same day delivery fee. Clearly this fee is intentionally minuscule since they never intended on delivering same day in the first place. Their business is taking advantage of people with kind intentions. I have never posted a negative review in my life but I will find every possible forum I can to warn people about these fraudulent swindlers. Support a local florist.

Of the many online flower companies, this one sucks. Choose someone else. Getting flowers three days late is not what I paid for.
