“I paid $115 for the largest bouquet for my mothers birthday with the teddy bear and the chocolates, just to receive a picture from my nephew of the flowers and boy they did not look like the picture they advertise, they looked horrible!!! the company that delivered them when as far and to beg my mother to call me and not to leave a bad review!!! this company seriously F***** up like wow they contact my mother how unprofessional who contacts the recipient to beg not to put a bad review i am beyond mad that they ruin my mothers birthday they did not deliver what the website showed... just horrible DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY FALSE ADVERTISE !!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!! I I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FREIND !!!”

“They are horrible. You schedule your flowers a in advance with expedited shipping so you get it in the morning of delivery day and it doesn’t show. They call you in the afternoon that day to ‘apologize’ because they couldn’t find a florist. What??? You can’t find a florist that delivers to my zip code? You tell me it’ll deliver next morning. Still nothing. Their service would get zero stars if I could.”

“Not what I paid for. They emailed me back promptly and offered me 10 percent back. Bouquet was much smaller and thinner than advertised. I should have looked at reviews first. I posted photos of what was advertised and what was delivered.”

“Horrible. These people literally put a bouquet in a vase like they are from Walmart. Picture below. When I complained they offer 20% refund!! I didn’t it want a refund I want the flowers. They agree to redo a set and then sent a email telling me the location was not available. But they delivered yesterday to the same location”

“Everything went wrong! Where do I start? I had some flowers, small box of chocolates, and a birthday balloon delivered for my aunts birthday. I am EXTREMELY disappointed whit the product that was delivered. I ordered a Happy Birthday balloon and a greenish happy face balloon was sent. I ordered a small box of chocolates, and they delivered not one, but two happy Valentine’s Day boxes of chocolate (almost two months after Valentine’s Day). I ordered the deluxe flowers, the largest arrangement for the flowers for the arrangement I chose and the ones delivered were absolutely pathetic! It was such an EMBARRASSMENT. I sent in photos of what was ordered as well as what what delivered and requested a FULL REFUND. Thwy apologized and provided a refund. BUT, my aunts birthday was ruined! I sent the flowers from California to Washington because I was not able to make it to see her on her birthday. My aunt was confused with the delivery but didn’t want to say anything about it. So she sent a picture. Boy, a picture is worth a thousand words!! I asked the company to also send the original bouquet of flowers I ordered to my aunt as an apology from the company, and nothing. Basically citing I received a refund. DO NOT ORDER from here! Save yourself!!! The photo is what I got vs. what I ordered. Never again will I order from this company!”

“Delivered when promised however, the arrangement looked nothing like the one in the ad. There are about 60% in the bouquet as in the ad, and they are wilted and bent over. Never again. How disappointed I am to give those to my wife. They make a bad name for. Flower delivery services.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I was told that my flowers would be delivered same day. When I called back to check on the status, I was told that none of the florists wanted to drop off to my location. What kind of "professional company" denies a customer AFTER they've already paid?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!”

“Ordered flowers for same day delivery get an email at the end of the day saying they couldn’t fulfill same day delivery. That it would be delivered the next day by end of day. End of day comes and they want to fight with me about refunding my money and try to offer a 20% refund and $10 gift card. This order was to my sister because our father died. I live in a different state.”

“Terrible service! Glad to be reading these reviews too. They keep adding fees and service and wasn't happy about it. Called them and they decided to waive the delivery fee with a code, however, when I went to select the bouquet - it wasn't available, imagine that ! So selected a different arrangement, but wasn't available in the size I selected, ok, so I chose the deluxe version and then on checkout, they had the nerve to add on delivery and service fees! Bait and switch. Very frustrating. Reading the reviews, appears that the flowers are of poor quality and arrangements are not up to par either. Best not to use this service after reading all the other negative experiences and reviews.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered to my house on March 17th. My mom's funeral was on the 18th. Was given a 9hr delivery window from 9am-6pm so I had to wait all day. Called the company twice and was assured the flowers would be delivered and to wait. Needless to say it was 7pm, still no flowers and THEY NEVER CAME!! The company said to wait until the next morning. NO!! I needed them for the funeral. So, I had so much stress and had to go to Michael's Craft Store in the last 5 minutes before closing. I will NEVER use this company again, it's obvious that my floral arrangement was never made. On top of this all, I even paid extra for a weekend delivery. Hopefully my refund goes through smoothly.”
