This is the worst company. I ordered my Mother flowers day before her birthday. It was same day delivery so it would be there on her birthday. I receive an email stating " We are sorry for the inconvenience but the delivery is going to be a day late. I contacted the company and reassured it was going to arrive on the 25th. I contacted the company to confirm that delivery was going to be made today. The representative informed me my order was at the florist and delivery was going out today. Much to my surprise I receive another email hour later. This is email stated, " We apologize for the inconvenience however there is a delay your order won't be delivered until the 26th. I was lied to by the representative I had to fight to get a full refund. My mother did not receive her flowers. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. I was told I can give you 10% off and flowers will be delivered on the 26th. . I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with customer service. This place is complete GARBAGE!!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM YOU FLOWERS. I paid for an expedited fee and I was told my flowers will be delivered before noon. Guess what is almost 7:00 pm and still no flowers. Extremely disappointed.

Scammers hacked my email and all AVOID!!! got flowers for a special occasion and of course they never came when they said they did. Mention ring camera and call dropped. A bunch of low lifes pretending to run a company

I purchased on January 22nd from fromyouflowers.com the Charming Garden of Love flower bouquet same-day delivery. I'll NEVER order from them again. It look like the delivery guy hit every bump in the road and through these flowers all over the place. It looks as if the person who arranged these flowers went skimpy on the materials and could not even find similar or even close to like flowers. You can easily count six different flowers in the online photo bouquet but once delivered there was only two different type of flowers and some kind of huge green leaves thrown in there…and they were all falling out of the vase and could barely stand on their own. It looks like they ran out of flowers and couldn't even make it look like a full bouquet nowhere near worth the money I spent…I called customer service immediately and they were trying to down play and get me to accept low-ball offers ….they finally offered me a 50% refund so I figured this was the best I was going to get. They said it take two to three business days to get the refund and when the refund finally hit it wasn't even 30% refund. I don't think The customer service representative can do simple math…Even if they were just figuring on the cost of the flowers alone and not the delivery cost or taxes they were still nowhere near 50%... I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with the delivery all the way through my phone call conversation with customer service.

I ordered days in advance and I get an email at 4pm saying they cant make it today and will try tomorrow. It was a birthday gift and now I have NOTHING!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! they refunded per my request but it wasnt about the money it was about the person getting flowers on her Birthday!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my church for a funeral.When the flowers came I could not believe it. They did not look like the picture at all.I ordered the deluxe size.It looked like it could be an arrangement for a child.I was extremely embarrassed .The flowers were for a beloved member of our church,who was 95 when he died.All the other flowers there were beautiful the ones I got made me look like I bought the cheapest flowers I could find.I was mortified.I will never ever order from them again

Paid for expedited delivery, the flowers were late… the company discounted me 30%. Doesn’t make up for the disappointment of the delivery being late and the recipient not being there to receive the flowers for their birthday.

I have ordered from this company twice. The first time was flowers for my wife which were supposed to be delivered at a specific time that I paid extra for and they were not delivered until about 4 hours after that time. This time, I ordered something to be delivered to the exact same address and they were supposed to be there on a certain day but no certain time and it is now two days later and they still aren't there. When I go to tracking it says that they tried to deliver them on the day that it was supposed to be delivered but had the wrong street address name and now when I track it it says that they're trying to deliver it again but they have the wrong street address number. That can only be possible if somebody at the from you Flowers company messed up because they have delivered to that address before as I formerly stated. When you contact them through email or other means they say that they will have someone get back to you shortly and then no one gets back to you. Don't waste your time and the only reason I gave them two stars was because my wife said that the flowers were nice when she received them but I have yet to see if this other order is any good.

If there was a minus 1 star that would be my choice. Their customer service and standing behind their products and promises is disgusting! A $59 bouquet that I ordered to be delivered to my sister in Terlingua, Texas arrived with broken stems and dead flowers. I have photos that she sent to me. The company has "graciously" (total anger and sarcasm) offered a $15 refund. I will never use this company again and will find every venue possible to save others from this situation.

Avoid. Ordered flowers early on 1/17/24 for my mom's birthday on 1/18/'24, received notification late on 1/18/'24 that they couldn't fill the order (too late for me to find alternate). On the only 10 min she was out on 1/19/'24 they tried delivering, and declared they would not try again for the day (plenty of business hours left today), and so they will try on 1/20/'24. They failed and really didn't try hard to fix the situation. They offered a 20% refund. Again, avoid this company.

Ordered full dozen bouquet and only got 5 roses paid full price came out like 100 bucks they were sorry and only reimbursed me 20 percent would never use them again

Promised to deliver flowers on my wife's birthday just to find out that they were not even prepared for delivery. Customer service hung up on me when I asked to track it. very unpleasant experience. The most important job is to be on time with the flowers, and they failed the test. Very stressful trying to make sure they would be delivered at all.

as with most everyone here I also had a horrible experience. Nobody died, no one was injured, but I did wnat my new wife to get flowers at work on her birthday. Well, yep, didn't get them. They did refund the money, but zero stars for me. I guess I should have slowed down and read reviews from this place....AVOID at all cost!!!

Omg!! Paid 122$ for same day delivery for my 84 yr old mom who broke her hip while in the hospital... it's been over 48 hours... still no flowers. They keep saying the flowers will be delivered, now get this... delivered yesterday! What?!?!?!?!

I feel as if I was being scammed on my order. In December, we were having a candlelight vigil for a student at our school. We ordered a large spray of flowers with guaranteed delivery before noon the day of the vigil. I placed this order a week in advance. The day of the event, when 12:00 rolled around, no flowers delivered. I called and said they were running late and no later than 3:00… which was fine. No flowers at 3:00. I called multiple times over the next 2 hours and customer service told me they could not give me any more info. Could not tell me who the florist was or anything. My last call to customer service was about 5:20, I was very upset as the event was scheduled at 6:00. Within 5 minutes of my last call, I got notification that the flowers were delivered. This was NOT the case. They were being delivered to ME! and I received nothing. I even drove around my neighborhood to see if they accidentally got delivered to the wrong house.. but nothing. I was livid. After the vigil, I called customer service again to explain they were never received and was offered free shipping on my next order. Like seriously?!?!?! I spend $130 and didn’t get what I paid for and that’s what they were offering me? I demanded a refund since I didn’t get the flowers and customer service would not give me the name of the florist so I could verify the order was even made. My refund was promptly granted once I made my point. I have NEVER experienced this kind of horrible customer service and I will never use From You Flowers again. I have learned my lesson and will call local florists from now on!

Sent flowers being promised they would be delivered the same day and was charged for it. The flowers never arrived I called and complained to a gentleman in another country and they said they would be delivered the next day. The only thing I can say is I will never use this site again and I will definitely call a local florist myself rather than to use from you Flowers. Now I am promised the flowers will be delivered tomorrow a day late!... I will never repeat this mistake by using them again.

Ordered flowers for a memorial service for a family that just lost their dad. We told them what to say on the card and it WAS written out and they left out a 1/3 of it. REALLY UPSETTING, called and were promised 20% back on card and it turned it they were giving 15% off. And they flowers did NOT even look like the photo. IF they do NOT have a STORE AVOID, really SAD business

I need a 0 stars option!! This is the worst company!! I was stupid and actually used them twice, both times were epic flops. Deluveries nog made on time despite paying extra. When I called to inquire I wanted to cancel the order and got a runaround and promised of discounts and upgrades.is this even a legit company that does deliver flowers?

I never write reviews but this experience particularly irked me. Ordered my mom an $90 deluxe bouquet for her birthday. My first payment was "unsuccessful" so I tried a different method, only to find out the first one actually went through as well as the second attempt, so I ended up paying twice. Whatever. Then, they emailed me to let me know A) they can't deliver on the date I selected, and B) they didn't have the flowers I paid for so they'd need to substitute. I wrote back to let them know this was completely fine as long as the bouquet they put together was still "deluxe" quality and worth the $90 I paid. I got a vague but apologetic email back and just assumed they'd take care of it. Anyway, I've tried to attach the pictures here of what I ordered versus what my mom got. I'll let you decide if you think it's acceptable. I could've done better at the grocery store with $20 if I wasn't halfway across the country. Contact and coordinate with local florists directly and support them instead of giving this company your money. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from them again.
