“Needed flowers fast, and that's what they advertise. I ordered at 10am Friday paid expedited. No flowers were delivered, it was pushed back to next day. Saturday it was pushed to Monday, Sunday got an email that the bouquet isn't available so they'll pick whatever. This is not what I paid for. So flowers will be delivered 3 days late, and I have no idea or say in what is being delivered.”

“My order (Wood grain Forever Angel) was NOT delivered on day needed for my nephew's funeral. I was NOT told order would be delivered by UPS. I was NOT informed that order was NOT delivered. I will NOT use you again. I will NOT recommend to ANYBODY. Totally unacceptable. Angel was to be used for special presentation at funeral but NO angel😭😩 I was offered refund for shipping...geez thanks. I think price for my entire order should be refunded. Never again!!!”

“The absolute worst flower delivery service. Flowers didn't get there until 9pm and looked nothing like what I ordered. Their customer service is overseas and not helpful. I do not recommend.”

“I will never us this site ever again. They are not reliable in the quality of flowers or arrangement and expected delivery time. I placed an order Saturday afternoon to be delivered the following Monday. The arrangement included pink roses, carnations and lots of white daisys. I received a call Monday telling me they where sorry but they could not deliver the flowers until the next morning. Some flowers did showed up late the next afternoon. The flowers did not look anything like the arrangement I ordered and I had even upgraded the arrangement hoping to have even more beautiful flowers. I was very disappointed in what was delivered and will never again order flowers online.”

“These were for my daughter’s birthday. They were beautiful. However the happy birthday ballon was missing that I paid for. If you would credit that, I’d appreciate it. All else was great. Thank you.”

“So many things went wrong. I paid an expedited fee to have “happy birthday” flowers along with balloons for my sister delivered on her birthday before 12:00pm. It never came before 12. Finally I received an email saying it was delivered after 5pm but guess what?! They delivered it to the wrong address. After I called the customer service number and I keep getting the same guy he said he’s going to refund me my money and have them try to re-deliver the flowers. Later in the night someone dropped off some dirty flowers,( some of it dying )at the front door. There was no happy birthday card like advertised, no note like I had written for my sister and no balloons like I ordered. Completely random flowers they dropped off in the night. When I called the number again, the guy said he’s only refunding me 30%. I would NOT recommend this company. Completely horrible and a complete scam.”

“This company is a joke... twice I've ordered flowers through this company... I figured I'd give him another chance well I shouldn't have.. I paid the extra money to have it there on time never arrived. Second time I paid the extra money to arrive on time. It was 4 hours late she already left work.. I would not recommend using this company”

“If i could give zero stars i would. My bestfriend ordered beautiful flowers and a great gift basket full of Candy. The flowers were buds not bloomed & the candy was expired funsize candy that was unedible! When she paid a large amount for king size candy assorted. This place is a scam. I felt bad telling my bestfriend, I couldnt even eat the candy bcus it was so OLd!! Dont order from this place unless you want to be ashamed of what shows up”

“I was so disappointed with the flower arrangement I purchased for my mom”s birthday. The buds were mostly unopened , and some were brown and willets at the edges. Also, If I had known they would only pick one type of flower for the “ florists pick” arrangement , I would have chosen a prearranged bouquet .”

“I placed an order lastweek for my friend who's recently was diagnosed with cancer..I ordered dozens of pink roses & she received maybe 8 white roses..which is not what I ordered called to make a complaint the man who I spoke to was very rude & said he can only due 20 percent off & hung up on me after requesting to speak with a manager..I would never used this company again, definitely not worth it..”
