Buyer beware. Behind this fancy package is a company where the quality control seems to be nonexistent, whose vendors are suspect and when called out for an arrangement that's not what was expected, they too easily defer to a refund to quell any disappointment. I just experienced all this for the 2nd time. The first time I shrugged it off. Not this time. This time was the last.

I be paid for the deluxe for a funeral with a cross in the middle. There was no cross some of the flowers were dead and it was not deluxe. I reached out to them and then to compensate me for a $100 purchase they gave $15 back are you serious? I will never use them again so disappointed

I ordered a christmas centerpiece to arrive 12/20/23. On 12/22 still had not arrived. Contacted company and they apologized for the delay saying it would be delivered as soon as possible, but would not confirm it would be prior to christmas! This company should mot take orders they cannot fill and ruin peoples holidays! This is fraudulent! Do Not Order From This Company!

I ordered a planted arrangement. Received a potted poinsettia, no custom florist potted arrangement. Plant wilted and not at all what I would like expect for almost $70. Could have bought a better plant from a Walmart. Very dissatisfied and will never order from again!

Although the flowers were delivered in a timely manner, the arrangement was not what I ordered. There should have been more white roses, lillies & no daisies, which it was full of.

Hi, good evening, let me share my experience with you, I must have been a customer for about 2 years, and I am passionate about flowers and I was enchanted by the flowers on this site, but unfortunately I was deceived and I only found out about this mistake on Monday, I always bought flowers for my friends here and had them delivered, but I never saw the flowers, however on Monday I had some flowers delivered to my friend who was having a birthday and I was the one who got a surprise, the flowers weren't even worth $20 once I always buy the premium one, what a shame, what a disappointment and I thought I was giving my friends a surprise by delivering the flowers, I was the one who got a surprise, I felt injured, robbed, deceived, you sell us something and deliver it another completely different one. After I saw my friend's flowers, I decided to ask other friends about the flowers, which was sent, and one more frustration, how sad I felt so bad about all this!! I have photos of all the flowers that I bought and which ones were sent, you really deserve to be sued, for destroying data that was supposed to be for parties and to steal the customer!! If I could, the review would be 0

This is my second time having flowers delivered next day and everytime it has been a bunch of bs this tike them or ups don't know where the package it then they saying it be 9 pm how can you deliver to a employee at a hospital in main office at that time first time I did not get my full refund now they saying I got to wait till 9 this is horrible service horrible tracking want NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN 1800 FLOWER HERE ON OUT THIS COMPANY GARBAGE

First of all flowers were delivered two days late Flowers arrived via DoorDash from Safeway The flowers I ordered, did not resemble what was delivered, except they were both flowers. Would never recommend your company to anybody because what you pay for and select do not resemble the product that was delivered The first photo is what I expected. The second photo was what was delivered. Colors are not even close. There was no succulent in the delivered flower what was delivered was a cheap grocery store flower arrangement versus a quality florist delivery which is what I was expecting.

I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday a week ago. They were supposed to be delivered today and they didn’t. Still waiting for the flowers and the surprised is ruined. Worst customer service ever! Unfortunately I did not see all these reviews before. Hope I’ll get a refund!

I have used this company for years and have always been pleased with them until the last 3 years One year my order was delivered to the wrong person and they could not track who they delivered them to Last year I paid for same day and they were delivered 2 days later This year is a joke. Thought I would give them one more try as I had a credit Paid for same day. Receiving email advising that was not done and they will deliver on Saturday. That didn’t happen Today I got an email that the florist no longer had the arrangement I wanted and asked if I wanted another one. I agreed to that and then 2 hours later they called me and said they couldn’t find a florist to deliver them today. But would deliver tomorrow. Also the credit I received from last year was not applied to my order when I asked them about that they stated the arrangement I ordered was already discounted and they could not apply another discount. Oh but they did refund back 13.00 on this order for the issues I am done and will never use this company again. This is totally unacceptable

They did a good job LY.. After literally 4 attempts “live” this year, I had to give up.. Humbly, with all due respect, I could not understand one representative (HEAVY (country omitted) foreign accents, I could not understand them nor could they understand me.. (*I do well with accents, born and raised in the most diverse (ethnically, culturally) area on Earth).. How bad? Verrry slowly: “B” as in boy.. O as in orange.. N as in new” etc.. “Could you repeat the name to me?” I asked.. “Yes sir.. Baji Byna..” Her first name was/is Bonnie, her last is not Byna.. ALL reps were very polite, and they were trying very hard.. I had to politely exit, pay more at another site.. I sincerely applaud anyone who can successfully place an order by phone with this company.. I “get” labor/staffing is probably cheaper abroad, all good, but.. They’ve made a bad business decision, I’ll leave it at that.. ✌️

Paid extra for the deluxe arrangement and for expedited ,same day delivery . It was delivered the next day and arrived in the late afternoon.. When the LATE arrangement arrived, it looked NOTHING. like advertised. It was small , sparse & looks rushed .. Highly disappointed after spending money …

From You Flowers sent me an email the day my flowers were to be sent for an event my family was having saying they were not going to be able to send the flowers on time. As soon as I read the email I called the phone number on their site, spoke with a company representative who promised an arrangement would be sent the next day. Well, the next day they sent two emails...one saying they would not be sending flowers the date they promised they would be sent. Rhe second email said they would not be able to send what I bought!! When I called again they did verbally apologize but that's how they rectified the situation. An apology. I have no idea what that if anything will be sent. At this point I'm pretty sure that From You Flowers is a scam company and i just lost 100.00$. I'm so mad at myself for sending this nonexistent company my trust and money.

Do not order from (fromyouflowers.com) I wanted to send flowers to my granddaughter in the hospital in pain to make her feel a little bit better. I paid for same day delivery, but instead got an email saying that they would not be able to deliver that day, but would deliver the next day as early as possible. They were not delivered the next day until 4:00 pm. Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. They were very sparse and cheap looking. I paid for the upgrade. She stressed out waiting all night and most of the next day , turning a intended GOOD thing into a BAD one

I ordered an arrangement yesterday to be delivered today by noon. I paid extra for this. At 1:00 p.m. today the product had still not been delivered. At 4:00 p.m. it is still not been delivered and they told me it was out for delivery. At 7:30 p.m. tonight still not delivered I called again and they told me it would be tomorrow. I told him that is unacceptable that I paid for it to be delivered today by noon and that they had told me it was out for delivery twice. I will not use this company again. If you don't mind if you're arrangement gets to the person on time or if it's days late that's fine but when you pay good money to have your delivery on a specific day by a specific time it should be done. This company does not do what they say.

We wanted to send flowers to our daughter on her special 40th birthday. Unfortunately the site we normally order from couldn’t guarantee delivery on her birthday. We found From you Flowers by accident but we’re so impressed with their reviews we decided to order for the first time. I wasn’t thrilled that they charged an additional $12.99 handling fee right before I confirmed my order but since they promised next day delivery I completed the transaction. The next day I was so excited to see the email that the flowers were delivered but sadly it never came. Later that evening I received an apology email from them stating the flowers weren’t going to be delivered until the next day. We were so upset because it totally ruined our surprise and embarrassed because we had to tell our daughter she would have to wait until tomorrow for her special delivery. Unfortunately the flowers weren’t delivered the next day either and all I got was an email I could get 10% off my order or I could cancel. I canceled and I will never order from this company again. Now I’m waiting for my refund which I’m sure they will have an issue getting to me as well. So disappointed.

Ordered flowers night before. Paid extra for the same day delivery (since after 3 pm is next day AND same day) plus extra for the expedited so it would be there by noon. Started questioning order around 1230 and until 430 pm when I canceled the order they were "investigating ". Couldn't tell me what florist was used, if it was actually out for delivery or if it would even arrive . Canceled the order, contacted a local florist who was closing within the hour. She started making an arrangement based on a description I was giving her AND delivered it to the funeral home WITHIN the hour!! I can't swear this isn't the same company I ordered The Lavender Rose and Lily Bloom for a service and it came in a vase with a bow so big you couldn't see the three flowers they sent. Never again and would certainly suggest try local if needed immediately or 1800flowers if you have time for the delivery.

I ordered a few days ago flowers to a friend for her birthday. After I placed the order I realized I made a mistake on the day, I had set the day two days before the day I really wanted the flowers to be delivered. I immediately emailed and equested to change the date, they guaranteed that they would make sure the flowers would be delivered on the right date. To my surprise I just received an email saying that the flowers have been delivered...on the WRONG DATE .They were not able to manage a simple change, completely incompetent. Will never use this service again.

Ordered hot pink rose arrangements and got orange roses and red carnations - looks like it came from a grocery store. I could have done this myself. Very disappointed. The cost was way more that the product warrant. Won’t use them again.
