I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered a flower arrangement the day before I needed it to be delivered and paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon. Noon came and went and no flowers were delivered. I had to stop what I was doing and call them so they would refund me the expedited charge. Then they guaranteed the flowers would arrive by 6pm which was fine because that's the latest I wanted them delivered. But no...so, I had to take more time and find out where the flowers were and wanted to cancel my order because the people I was sending them to already left from the location. At 7:15pm, they finally showed up...without the people there who should have received them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered flowers for special occasion two days in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping that guarantees delivery before 12pm. Flowers never arrived at 12, so I called them, and was assured that it will be delivered by 2pm.. 2:30pm and still nothing, then I get email that my order was delivered ! But nobody actually delivered anything ! I got cameras all around my house and nobody was on my property the entire day. This company is a scam ! Stay away from them as far as possible! This people should not be in business! They ruined the occasion and wanted to wait 24 to 48 while they investigate !

I ordered flowers for my DIL after her grandmother passed away. I paid for same day delivery. The flowers never arrived even though they said they were delivered. I emailed customer service who said it was an error and they would send them the next day, still no flowers. This went back and forth for two more days, each day they would say they would be delivered, each day the tracking said they were delivered, each day I spoke to my DIL and she never received them. Finally was able to get a refund, ordered from another supplier and they were delivered within hours. This was very frustrating.

Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, I needed them delivered to her work before she left at 12:00 pm on Friday. At 11:00 am on Friday, I get an email saying they can't be delivered until Monday. It was too late to even order any flowers at all at that point!!!

Never order from these place I ordered sympathy flowers for funeral. Not delivered and when I called the person couldn't speak English well. Bad service I waiting for credit to my credit card. All I wanted was beautiful flowers for my love one.

Two missed deliveries in one year. First was Valentines day and now our anniversary!!! They even sent an email stating that the delivery was made, which it wasn't. Please avoid this company at all costs

Ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife. Trying to do a nice thing for her because she's been so busy with work and our 1 year old daughter. Ordered two days in advance. Day of I was expecting to get a delivery notification while I was at work and wife was at home with baby. Never got one. Got home at 3pm still nothing.... website says residential deliveries are completed by 6pm. 6pm comes around, nothing. 7 pm nothing. 8 pm nothing. Customer service told me they would give me 20% off. Still hadn't even received them, so I have to pay 80% for items I didn't get?? Canceled my order, will make one hundred percent sure no one I know will ever use this company, ever. F you all right in the face.

BUYER BEWARE!!! On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from “From You Flowers (FYF)” to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF’s website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating “no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave.” I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with “Joy,” she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, “we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received.” So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am “disappointed!” FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states that my order was delivered and was not delivered and is “willing” to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.

I paid an additional $4.99 to ensure they would be delivered by noon. When I tracked the order, they couldn't even find it at first and it had not been delivered by 1:00. When I chatted with a representative of the company she gave me a set schedule for a residential, funeral and business deliveries. Do not order from this company! Plus they charge you an additional and hidden fee of $14.99 when you go to pay for it. Very unethical.

Ordered 2 days in advance for a wake. No communication and had to call during the wake to ask about my order, and was told they dont have it. Too late to go anywhere else. Will never use again

The flowers look nothing like pictured on the website. 10 Gerbena daisy that barely fill a small glass container. Worse yet 3 of the 10 heads fell off immediately. Waste of money. As the recipient I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother’s Day 4 days before Mother’s Day! My mum never received the flowers! I called back four times. They promised me that flowers are on the way. Men on the phone had heavy accent! She told me that flower is called going to be on the way! Flowers never made it to my mom only promises! I think it is some type of scam. They are collecting money by not providing bouquets.

Everything is wrong with this company. They did not deliver They did not answer my query. They did not acknowledged my answers to their queries about the address. The asked for an updated address and I sent it to them with a googles map and an explanation that the house has been in the same location for 50 years and it was the same location they made deliveries to the last five times they delivered. They set a second email saying the recipient wasn't home when she was. They sent a third email saying that I had not provided them with an address and a search of their records didn't reveal a delivery address I called to ask them which of their conflicting stories was true and they said they were waiting on me to give them a description of the house. I asked when they planned on letting me know that they wanted one... They offered a 20% refund for a product that they failed to deliver.

My son and daughter in law order me flowers for Mother’s Day. Today is Tuesday 2 days after Mother’s Day and I just got them. I think you should refund their money. Wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered flower to be delivered to my mom the day before mother's day, their delivery time is between 9am to 6pm, I called at 2pm on the 12th and they said it was on the truck and is out for delivery (LIE) I called at 6:15pm and they said they had a lot of deliveries and it was still out for delivery... At 8:38pm still nothing... Customer service in India said ooops sorry it will have to be delivered on the 14th, I received an email at 6:24pm on the 14th stating it was delivered, I called my mom and guesssss what?! NOFLOWERS.. This company is a SCAM... I asked for a full refund and I called my CC company.. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, STAY FAR AWAY.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother that were supposed to arrive on May 12th. On May 13th I checked the tracking as they had not arrived yet and it said they were in a UPS facility in Wilkesboro, NC. I checked again today as they had still not arrived and they are still in a facility in Wilkesboro. I first tried to chat on their website but the bot closed out my chat before it even anwsered. So I emailed and got a response about how sometimes deliveries can take longer, which wasn't very helpful as it didn't actually give any information. I ended up calling to see if I could get a better answer than that and it was not a pleasant phone call at all. I asked why they are still in a facility and the man assured me that they were out for delivery and would arrive tomorrow. So I asked about what would happen if they were dead since they are fresh flowers and according to the tracking website they were put together on May 10th and were heading to North Carolina from Kentucky. He assured me that they wouldn't be and they were coming from a local florist but if there is a problem I could call and get a refund. When I made a comment about how they are coming from Kentucky and that they have been cut since May 10th, he let me know that they know what they are doing and that I "don't understand" (his acutal words). He tried explaining some sort of process to me but I was having trouble understanding his accent, I let him know that I was having a hard time understanding and he asked if that was all and said goodbye. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever expericenced. Which is a shame because my family has ordered from there before and has never had a problem. I guess we'll see if they actually get delivered tomorrow, but I don't have much hope.

My son and daughter-in-law sent me roses . Some were fine but the majority were dry and didn’t look good or open up! Your reply to my son was your mom is to picky!!! Shame on you for that remark !

Horrible experience . I ordered mothers day bouquet 4/7/23 for Friday 5/12/23 delivery . I was awaiting email confirmation of delivery and called the cust serv phone line . The rep on the phone had English as 2nd language for sure . I couldn't even guess what country i was calling . But the few words i could understand were delivery tomorrow . The next day I went on their chat feature on their website , and was told they were reaching out to the local florist and I would receive email conformation . I did not so I again called the cust serv number and spoke to another rep who spoke a little better engrish and was assured delivery would be Sunday 5/14/23 . It was NOT delivered Sunday either . For the 1st time in 30 years or so I couldnt get my mother flowers on mothers day . I ordered a month in advance but thats not enough time for them to deliver . I will advise everyone NOT to use FromyouFlowers .
