“Too bad I can't give this business ZERO stars. 45 minutes waiting while the website was "fetching" delivery options. I could have driven halfway to Milwaukee in that time, which, by the way, was where my potential order was to be delivered. Same daydelivery guarantee? BUNK Never again. Nice job FYF.”

“Terribly, the flowers look nothing like in the pictures. People send flowers for different occasions, funerals, deaths, etc. The arrangement is ugly in person.”

“I should have read reviews before I ordered. It is now 2 hours past the stated time I was told delivery was going to happen. Just like too many of others have stated. False advertising. It's my fault, I fell for it so I'm writing this in hopes whoever reads this does not fall for it.”

“Ordered some flower's and payed extra to make sure it's delivered by noon! It's now 3 pm and they still have not been delivered it's very upsetting. I have gotten a refund for the amount I payed extra for not being delivered on time. But I don't care about the extra amount I really needed them delivered early because the person receiving them is disabled so it was crucial! Why offer early delivery when you can't deliver! I will never send flowers thru you ever again.”

“I was VERY disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered!! It looked nothing like the picture & it was the premium which was the most expensive & fullest! I contacted customer service & all they could do was give me a 20% refund. I will never order from them again!@”

“My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday paid extra to have it delivered before noon called to ask me if I had liked my flowers about 1:00 & by 2 o’clock I still have not received anything. Not only did they not deliver in a timely manner they ruined the surprise…. will never use them again they suck. It is after 4 pm & nothing has been delivered. I am starting to wonder if they will even bring them. $75 not well spent!! THEY NEVER EVEN GOT DELIVERED AND WE ARE NOW LEAVING WORK!!!! BEWARE OF USING THEM!!!”

“Service was fast. Definitely not expecting the $15.99 charge. Paid for premium got more of a reg/deluxe bouquet which is not what I paid for. The flowers were beautiful just again less than what I paid for.”

“Ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. Paid approximately $79.00 for the delivery and arrangement. The pictures show what I ordered and what I actually received. Very disappointed and they would only give a 20% refund. I literally received half an arrangement. Definitely wouldn't consider using them again.”

“Very disappointed. Flowers did not look anything like the picture. I ordered Cotton Candy flower arrangement, one was Deluxe and second was premium. They were not worth it. I contacted them via phone, no help but in the chat i was successful at getting a refund.”

“Really bad experience Fruit basket was fine and sent on The right day Flowers didnt send on day 1. Then didnt have the flowers. Was promised upgrades and discounts. Not true to their word. Then flowers not sent the second day. No courtesy for that day. Re ordered with no customer satisfaction. Then they say they dont have that flower in stock again. Just a big headache. Never again.”

Guess I'm not going to be one of the "...7 MILLION Satisfied Customers!" I see only 3% of reviewers recommend From You Flowers, pity I hadn't done enough due diligence.”

“Delivery was Nothing like I ordered. Pot was supposed to be a large white decorative container but instead it was a $4 clay pot. And the succulents were horrible. I have a picture of what I ordered and what I received! Unfortunately it will only load what I ordered and not the pic of what I received.”

“I am SO disappointed with my order. I ordered flowers for my friend for her birthday. The flowers that were delivered look NOTHING like what I ordered. The flowers were sparse, not bloomed and different colors than what was pictured. The flowers were supposed to be purple and pinks and they sent red and white. It was all awful. I wish I could post pictures. It was my first time ordering from here and won’t be again.”
