Flowers delivered in a box, no water and most of them dead. I thought you are a flower company who deliver, why would a company ship Flowers by UPS 1 day before and in a box. I cannot contact anyone now to get a refumd

Do not go through this wack ass company. I've ordered 4 different orders paid for same day and paid for expedite shipping and 3 days later they still have not been delivered and no one in their customer service can tell me why. Will never use them again. Then out of a $60+ order on EACH order all I got was a $4.25 refund "for the inconvenience ". They can kiss my ass.

Gave them two chances to get flowers to a family funeral and twice they failed. Got an apology email while I sat at the funeral. BBB website is full of these stories and this place is obviously a scam. Avoid them.

AWFUL from the start! Not convinced this company isn't a total SCAM. I should have known when I had to call them to replace my order when the one I placed online wasn't accepted. It only got worse for there! I paid for next day expedited shipping so the flowers would arrive by 12:00. When the flowers hadn't arrived at 12:30 I called and was told that they would be there by 4:00 (the did refund 5.36 to my account for the expedited fee) WELL GUESS WHAT...at 3:45 I got an email that the flowers had been delivered. THEY HAD NOT... THE FLOWERS NEVER CAME. When I contacted them once again I got the run around and was told someone else would reach out to me in 24-48 hours to "help me". How do you plan on helping me?? The bday that that the flowers were for is OVER...you missed that! ALL I want at this point is my money back. NO FLOWERS AND OUT 80 BUCKS

Guys please, I'm begging you. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LOCATED IN NYC. These people are fraudulent. I purchased flowers on the website to send to a loved one for grievances. I ordered a deluxe flower bouquet and paid extra expedited same day shipping. At 10am this purchase was made, in seconds my money was removed off of my card. At 6pm still no updates, no flowers delivered. Nothing. I called customer service more than 3 times and each time they are passively trying to avoid giving me my 100% REFUND.They offered me a 5 dollar refund when I paid $82. They even offered to send a new bouquet for today after I did not receive the first one, and even went as far as trying to send flowers tomorrow with an apology note. I told them many times, that I would just need my refund 100% and its becoming such a hassle with no resolution up until this moment that I am writing this review nothing has changed and I am so disappointed. I do not recommend ever. Save your money & peace of mind and really avoid them. Also, I felt like I called three times and spoke to the same representative who claimed to be a different person every time I called. This is truly sad and upsetting. I wanted to get beautiful flowers to celebrate a life that was lost and it ended so badly. What a way to end an already sad day... GUYS BE AWARE AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY, they will ruin your day, your spirit and your account.

So I ordered flowers for a friends grandmother who had a death in her family. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on a certain day. The guy says he attempted when in fact, the woman was home all day also never called the number that's listed on order & I got a confirmation email that's say's delivered no flowers were delivered, I emailed them. They basically tell me that the driver says that he delivered the flowers like I was a liar then come to find out they realize that there wasn't a delivery so they attempted to send flowers five days later and wrong flowers delivered. It's not even close ‍

Ordered yesterday to have flowers delivered this morning ! No show! Very horrible customer service. WILL NOT BE ISIJG THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! I advise no one else use this company either

I looked up for a local flower shop and it included from you flowers. I realized they just took the order but they looked really pretty from the pictures. The 55 dollar arrangement I realized would be the small one but after I increased the selection to large I thought the price now was closer to what others cost, around 85. Then the delivery, I paid for expedited and was never told if they were delivered. Then they “substituted” and they fell way short of the picture. Not arranged very well or near as full. I was very disappointed and asked for a 20% refund which they did. They just get your money and tell you sorry but they don’t make it much better, at least in this instance because the flowers didn’t look near as nice. Not like $100.00 arrangement that I paid for. Won’t use them again. Then they offer a 10.00 gift card. To a place I won’t use again. Disappointed in the refund.

I ordered flowers (thinking it was 1800-flowers) for my son's girlfriend. I received an email regarding a problem with the order. We were traveling so I emailed back asking the issue. After no response I checked my account,it had been charged. I called the number provided and they said my order had been "randomly" selected for verification. They wanted my information over the phone, CC, billing address etc. When I asked why when I had already been charged suddenly the person on the phone spoke very horribly broken English. They kept putting me on hold and tranferring me. Scammers

I placed 2 orders and paid for same day delivery. They weren't delivered and I was told I would get the same day fee returned. One of the orders was cancled because the patient left the hospital. I could not give an alternate address because I didn't have one. The other order was also cancled which I'm quite upset about. Now I'm told I have to reorder and pay a same day fee without a guarantee of delivery.

Placed order to deliver on 12/21 as of 12/23 it wasn't delivered. Hard to get a live person on the phone. I kept being told they called the florist and it was being delivered. I canceled the order. Will never ordered from them again. Do not order from them.

I paid extra money to have my husband's anniversary gift basket be delivered today. I wanted thos extra goft because I am a paramedic and had to work 14 hours today. I wanted my husband to have something from me delivered today since I couldnt be there with him. It never arrived. I received no email, no voice-mail, and my husband never received a phone call. The only thing customer service did is give me a credit of $3.19 with ZERO explanation of what happened. I won't be using this company again and I recommend no one else does either. I'm supposed to receive the order "first thing tommorrow". All I wanted to do was open a bottle of wine and share some candy with my husband since I am mandated to work and we couldn't go do anything special. My plans for the night are ruined, but at least I got a credit of enough money to buy a cup of coffee....

Ordered a beautiful floral arrangement according to the picture on From You Flowers website. It was delivered to my friend and she sent me a picture. It looked nothing like the picture on their website. I was disappointed and embarrassed. See what it should look like compared to what was delivered to her below.

I would give no stars. They are a scam stole $70 worth of sympathy flowers. They are liars, they will say delivered and it was not. They will say we will resend and they will not. They will refuse to give you florist number. Do not use them!!!!

Long story short, the poinsettia I ordered was either never delivered or delivered to the wrong address, though I got a notice that it was delivered this week. The plant was a variety my sister, a gardener, saw for the first time a few weeks before and fell in love with, so I knew it would be a great Christmas surprise to track one down and have it delivered to her. Instead, when I didn't hear from her, I had to text and ask if she'd gotten it. Not only hadn't she received it but by the time I texted her, she'd already researched the variety on her own and found one locally. The company kept saying they'd deliver another to her, but by that time the surprise was ruined and she didn't need two. I had to come up with another (not so thoughtful) gift at the last minute. I'm supposed to be issued a refund, so we'll see. I was also told there would be a free arrangement on my account but just looked and there isn't.

Please fix your online ordering system - your flowers are beautiful when they are delivered but something is wrong with the online ordering glitch - it stalls at the certificate information (it's either YES/NO) - you can't proceed from here to placing the ORDER and fix it/or I'm not going to spend 30 minutes calling the 800 number trying to do the ENTIRE order on the phone, please fix it I love your flowers I've used your company several times BUT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

AVOID THIS SCAM FLORIS! They don’t care‼️ I paid a lot extra to make my flowers the biggest but my friend received a small one!! I even gave them a chance to rectify it & sent over 10 emails almost everyday and no a single reply!! How is it even allowed to ignore customer? I paid almost $100 for the flowers and they’re not even medium!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS ONLY INTERESTED WITH YOUR MONEY, once you paid you doesn’t matter anymore!! SO DISGUSTED‼️

Ordered a Deluxe assortment, which was supposed to have a blue vase. No premium assortment- flowers wilted, and no blue vase- paid $75 for a lousy assortment in a cheap clear vase.
