On 10/6/22 I ordered "How Sweet It Is" bouquet from fromyouflowers.com in the "Premium" size which is the largest size offered. The regular price is $59.99 plus shipping and taxes. The picture of this bouquet on the website shows 7 large roses and 17 small roses in the bouquet. The bouquet received had about 3 big roses and 3 small roses and was filled with filler leaves, Lillies and carnations. Colors, flower types, and quantity were not even the same or close. I understand substitutions are allowed but this was just unreasonably different and smaller/lower in quality. Upon seeing the flowers, I called customer service to complain and ask for a refund. They granted my request. However, they did not mention needing to return the flowers. Now the person I sent the flowers to just called me and told me the florist came to their house and took back the flowers. They did not tell me this would happen when I talked to customer service. This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have experienced. This is not a company I would trust with sending anyone you know a gift. Customer service has contacted me in response to my review asking for my order number, but I doubt there is anything they can do to right this situation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME. Twice i ordered flowers for my my mom, and twice, the order was nothing like what they advertised. Second time i gave them another try, and instead of 9 Yellow roses, my mom received 3 roses! That is bull! they said they would redeliver and nothing yet. They claimed they were delivered and they were not. Tired of calling and being on hold only to be told they are investigating. Call 1800 FLOWERS! never had any problems with them.

Fraudsters. Took the entire payment in advance and just keep making promises to deliver. It's more than 10 days and still not delivered. Not only this, additional amounts were being deducted from my account till I had to block access. Terrible disappointment

I placed an order two weeks before i needed to have it delivered for my wife’s big 40th birthday on 22nd. On the 22nd i worked from home so i can make sure i received those flowers and give it to her that night. That afternoon nothing. i reached out to foryouflowers via online chat and they apologized saying that they can’t make it with the flowers, and they are sorry etc and will upgrade the flowers n guarantee it will get to me the next day priority delivery. I was not happy but will be busy taking my wife out to dinner etc so if it gets here the next day in the morning or early afternoon that will be fine… on the 23rd again i try to work from home just in case they try to deliver. By 1:00 pm nothing (deadline is 6:00 pm set by their company) at this point i reached out to them again online chat and again they said it will be delivered today because now it is out for delivery. ok no problem as long it gets to me early afternoon before my wife gets home than that is still fine. Now it is 5:30pm still no flowers,so i once again reached out to them via online chat and once again was told it is out for delivery. I asked them 1) i was told yesterday this will be priority delivery today why is it so late… (no answer) 2) i asked them deadline for delivery is set by your company at 6:00 pm and now it is 5:40 what guarantees do i have it will be here in the next 20 mins? at first no answer so i pushed and now the agent said I have seen delivery arrived between 7-730. (not impressed or believe them as this seems to be just another empty promises, the boy who cried wolf). I did wait till 8pm and nothing… Now it is the next day on the 24th at 10:10 am still NO FLOWERS. side note the 3rd online chat when i spoke with the agent he/she told me to call an 800# which is their automated 800# that you can’t get anyone to talk to other than bot. as i’ve already done so n entering my order number into their automatic system and only gotten a reply “can not locate your order.” I told the chat agent to call their 800# n he/she said “I am not authorized to call that number.” WHAT??? you are not authorized to call your company’s 800#??? WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS!!!!!!! —————— follow up… After messaging them on their Facebook page and posting what happened on yelp (which now they must have deleted or hide my yelp post as i can not see it anymore). They told me their supervisor will call me. i told them not to call me as i do not want to talk to them. if they have anything to say they can email me as i want it in writing. the next day on the 24th i got a missed call from their 800# with no voice mail. If your supervisor really wanted to talk to me than leave a voicemail! They did issue a refund in the early afternoon on the 24th, but said will take a few days to clear. we will see if that will process or just another empty promises just Like their deliveries.

BEWARE. HORRIBLE. LIARS. Guaranteed they would deliver and lied to me all day every time I contacted customer service. They kept telling me the flowers would be delivered and they never were. And after they ruined everything, they didn't even try to correct the situation or make any offer of compensation. Just despicable. I can't wait to see karma nail them.

I ordered the "Bright and Sunny Rose Bouquet" the day before my friend's birthday. It was delivered on her birthday, in the afternoon (I was hoping for a bday morning surprise, but OK), but it looked NOTHING like the beautiful picture. What was delivered didn't even look like an actual "bouquet," which the picture on the From You Flowers website definitely did. The flowers that actually arrived looked way cheaper, way sparser, and not "bright and sunny" at all by comparison. Very disappointing. The photos below show the difference between what I ordered and what was delivered.

I waited 8 hours for my guaranteed 4 hour delivery. When I contacted them, 6 hours later, they responded saying they tried to deliver. Funny, I never left the front door.

Ordered beautiful simple any florist could make ended up with cheap arrangement and generic vase. Very cheap will never order again and discourage anyone else from doing so!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. after I did an order for Mother’s Day, they said apologize and they are going to deliver it next day, next day they refunded $5 and apologize e-mail and said next day delivery. Finally after 3 days they decided to cancel my order and never delivered. DO NOT RELIABLE FLORIST. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered Friday. On Thursday I thought I'd check the status, said delivery exception and order will now be delivered next Tuesday. It's for my parents anniversary so 4 days later wasn't going to cut it. I chatted with the rudest customer service rep who assured me the time and date it was shipped out and said it's with UPS the delivery information will update soon. He became rude messaging in all caps when I asked what to do when the flowers arrive 4 days late and are dead. He again assured me they'd arrive fresh. Friday at 10pm, the DAY of delivery, I get an email saying the bouquet I chose is out of stock and will be delivered next Tuesday at the earliest. Weird, cus the customer service rep promised me it had shipped. When I order on Tuesday, it took 4 days to realize the bouquet was out of stock? Or what benefit is telling me this the evening it's supposed to be delivered?? I called customer service and was told next Tuesday is the best they can do. I ended up getting a refund and canceling my order and putting in a new same day order which probably won't get there either. Extremely frustrating and beyond useless and rude customer service.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed with what arrived. I called the company and the agent who answered asked me if I would take a 20% refund to which I said "no" he then offered me a 30% refund and again I said "no, why are you trying to keep my money"? he then placed me on hold and came back letting me know he is going to refund in full. Do not order through this company. See photos.

I ordered birthday cake and flowers with birthday balloons for my husband who is currently station another state and in hospital. Since I can't be with him I wanted make him feel love and care. Today they delivered flowers without balloon. I contacted coustom support and chatted with him or her. Told me that balloon can't deliver because it out of stack. All they said was we can refund you. Of course you need refund me but what about you ruined my plan that I want make my husband happy and feel cared by his wife and family? I won't recommend order from this company, if you want to have special plan because they know how to ruin your plan!!

Nothing but a scam. You'd be better buying flowers at Walmart and paying some kid $10 to deliver them...What my wife received on the left...What I paid $90 for on the right. RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS.

On Saturday, April 10, 2021, my husband placed an order through From You Flowers to be delivered the following day. Hours later he received an email stating that the order couldn’t be delivered Sunday as requested but would be delivered on Monday. The flowers were for our anniversary so having them delivered on Monday simply wouldn’t do. He canceled the order and received an email stating his order had been canceled and his money would be refunded. On Monday, April 12, 2021, the order of flowers my husband had canceled was delivered to our doorstep. The delivery person wasn’t wearing a mask and was holding the flowers very close to her face while talking on her cell phone. She left them on the wet ground outside of our front door and left without ringing the doorbell. The flowers weren’t wrapped, and the vase wasn’t even in a cardboard box. I called Bouquets N Things, the florist in Easton, PA who delivered the flowers, and told them we had canceled the order and asked them to pick up the flowers, which we would have returned regardless because they were half dead when they were dropped off and the wrong color. We spoke to the owner who couldn’t have been ruder or more belligerent. She refused to pick up the flowers despite the fact that she had admittedly filled the order in error. She told me that she wouldn’t get paid by From You Flowers if the flowers weren’t delivered. She also gave the excuse that due to COVID she couldn’t pick up the flowers, despite the fact that neither my husband or I had touched the flowers and completely ignoring the fact that she had been holding the flowers by her face while talking on her cell phone as she was delivering them. We didn’t want to bring flowers in the house because the person who delivered them wasn’t wearing a mask, was coughing all over them, and my husband and I didn’t want to expose our family to COVID. Not to mention we weren’t going to keep flowers we didn’t pay for as he had canceled the order. The owner kept telling us to keep the flowers, not out of generosity, but so that she could get paid for this bogus delivery. We called Bouquets N Things several times but each time the owner refused to do the right thing and became ruder with each call. She yelled at us that her shop isn’t open on Sundays, which we had no way of knowing because From You Flowers doesn’t tell us what florist will be delivering the flowers. All we wanted to do was give back flowers for an order that had been canceled so the owner was not justified for her rude and unprofessional behavior. Unable to reason with the owner of Bouquets N Things, we called From You Flowers. From You Flowers contacted the owner of Bouquets N Things several times and asked them to pick up the flowers, but the owner refused. Not wanting to keep the flowers on an order that had been canceled my husband took an hour drive roundtrip to return the flowers to Bouquets N Things. What Bouquets N Things did was not only bad customer service, it was unethical. I could forgive a florist who dropped off flowers with a few dead rose petals, but I cannot forgive a florist that is verbally abusive and refuses to pick up flowers that had been delivered in error. If you order from Bouquets N Things you won’t get roses the way you ordered them, all you get is stuck by a thorn.

An hour after I placed online order, called to change delivery date because recipient, unknowingly, was going to be away that day. They could not change date kept saying I would have to contact courier. I called courier and they didn't have record of shipment since order had not been processed. Contact "fromyouflowers" and they couldn't even give me phone number of business who would make my order. 48 hrs. later was notified order had shipped.. Was a mess...will never use them again. They couldn't manage to do something so simple..change the delivery date.

Onhold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I callback if I havent received by 6pm as florist isnt answering phone. Its 715 pm. Of course they're not. And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then rep has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NEXT HOUR WILL BE ME CALLING MY BANK AND WAITING ON HOLD EVEN MORE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!
