“Of the many online flower companies, this one sucks. Choose someone else. Getting flowers three days late is not what I paid for.”

“Do not order from this site . I ordered a peace Lily for a friend that had lost her brother. I was charged twice on the order ,upon looking at my bank statement and pay pal account the order had been canceled. I called customer service to verify and asked why this was canceled cause I did not cancel it and ask them to explain the 2 different charges and all they would say is its being refunded and hung up. Thank god for pay pal”

“I ordered flowers on February 6th to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday, February 7th. They were not delivered that day, or the next. I had many chats and calls with customer service and each time I was assured that they were on their way. They were not. I was very disappointed and finally just called and cancelled my order completely after my last conversation with customer service where they once again promised to have them delivered by the next day again, which at this point is three days after her birthday. If a person, or occasion is important enough to you to send flowers, do not place your trust in this company. This is the second time I've had this issue with this company and I will not try thelindm again.”

“I've used fromyouflowers.com in the past and had no issues so decided to use them again. This time they NEVER sent the flowers, I paid for same day delivery from a local florist and four days later we are still waiting on the flowers to show up. I'll never use this site again and I suggest you do the same if you are reading this. Seems like this is a common occurrence based on other reviews. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS A SPECIAL OCCASION!”

“Never will I ever order from "From You Flowers", Today, 2/7/2024, I ordered a beautiful variety plants in a vase for my daughters birthday, I know exactly what I ordered and ended only $73 something and when I was checking my bank account, I was totally horified or livited looking at $116.46 from this place. It seems as though they absolutely changed everything behind my back and added more fees which I did not approve. I called this company at 855-372-7383 and I could not believe the customer representative name Swastik P is a middle eastern and everybody else behind him like it is an offshore customer service call center. I immediately had to cancell this order because of the sham this company did to me surprising me from $73 to $116.46 and to refund me immediately, hopefully they're not lying to me about my refund, I will be checking. This company should be shutdown.”

“Never, ever order from this company! I paid $75.57 for this ugly arrangement of flowers for my Granny’s 81st birthday. The only good of them was that I complained and received a full refund. How are they even in business?”

“I tried to send a Christmas bouquet to someone which was never delivered. I called Flowers from you and first was told the florist didn’t have a delivery person in and it would be delivered the next day. Next day still wasn’t delivered and now had the audacity to ask me to pick up my flowers from the florist. I am several states away . Bottom line it was never delivered Christmas came and went. Received my money back but the whole transaction was a sloppy mess. I would never ever use their service again in life.”

“Cancelled my order, tried to act like giving me a refund was a nice thing to do when it's just the law, and then offered me a "free bouquet" that wasn't actually on my own terms. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Horrible company. Very nice customer service reps, but they're all located overseas. Horrible, horrible company, and the worst retail interaction I've ever had in my life. I hope this company goes bankrupt.”

“I purchased an order about two years ago and was very disappointed.I said I would never use this service again. My daughter & I saw a beautiful Bouquet and decided to give this company another try, Well once again the bouquet was delivered two days later than expected date.The flowers that were delivered was not what we ordered. I am done with this company!!!!!”

“Horrible , not only did they not deliver the flowers they never reimbursed. Then they let me order again just to cancel the order and never tell me about it . Save your money and go elsewhere, terrible customer service!”

“I placed an order for a funeral on 1/21/24, and requested delivery on 1/26/24, the day before the funeral. They sent me a confirmation that the flowers had been delivered on 1/26/24, which was Untrue! I went to the funeral home on 1/26/24! The flowers were actually delivered to the funeral home today, which is Tuesday, 1/30/24; 3 days after the funeral! The person was buried last Saturday on 1/27/24! Totally disappointed!”

“We paid top-tier for a PREMIUM full, beautiful arrangement to honor someone's life, with roses and other coordinating flowers.... and what was received looked like a handful of field flowers picked by a child and stuck in a vase.... and NO roses! I wish we had the presence of mind to take a photo, but this was a funeral service and it would have been in poor taste to do so. An offer of 30% refund was made to us. Laughable, considering we received 30% of what we paid for. Will never do business with this company again.”

“I ordered flowers for my niece's 25th birthday. I selected the "premium" bouquet since it was such a special birthday. What she received was a lot smaller than the picture of what I ordered. What she received was the size of the "regular" bouquet. I am very disappointed in what she received. She loved them and thought they were beautiful, but she didn't see what i actually ordered. I contacted the company and they refunded $15.26, that is not even the difference between the regular and the premium bouquet. I won't be ordered from here FromYouFlowers again.”

“Anniversary flowers, 5 days pre-ordered, were delivered 4 days later, in a completely different arrangement, looking like leftovers put together in a cheap glass vase. Left outside without any packaging or any notice.”

“I scheduled the 2 spray flowers to be delivered at funeral home today...they charged me for the premium for both and they only brought one and it was not premium...a total ripe off I do not recommend.”
