“What I ordered is not anything close to what was received by the recipient. Very disappointed, and their solution was to refund me 30% .. what I ordered cost way more than what was received.”

“Three times I ordered flowers, 3 times something went wrong. This time I ordered 2 days in advance. Paid extra for delivery before noon. No show. Called 3 times to find out what's going on. Can't even get ahold of the florist who is handling my order. But promising it will be there by 1:30 pm. If they say there sorry one more time, I think I'll get sick. Horrible, horrible service, management and staff. 2 thumbs down, way down.”

“I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. They are stationed in San Antonio so couldn’t be there. I ordered the most expensive version of the cotton candy bouquet. The flowers that came was not anything close to what I ordered. It was small and had a bunch of greenery. They didn’t even have the roses. It had a few wilted mumms and that was it. I called telling them the issue and it took them 3 days to get new flowers to her and still not the right bouquet. I won’t use them again.”

“The flowers were a day late and no attempt was made (surveillance video of front door confirmed). The flowers are not what I ordered, not even close. They are downright UGLY. So sad, I'll use another company next time.”

“This was the worst experience I ever had with a flower delivery. The order came 30 hours late and were put at the front door in the dark at freezing temperatures Naturally the flowers were dead. A very disappointing experience!!”

“If I could give Zero stars I would. I was in a rush and didn't read these reviews. I paid over 100 dollars for a funeral spray for my departed brother. I also paid extra for them to be delivered by 12 noon. It is 3pm and they never followed up to say if they'd been delivered. The service is over by now. Customer service is a joke; they can barely speak English. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“I was not made aware when placing my order that there was not a flower shop in the area to deliver to my recipient. They should be able to go by the zip code to let a customer know they can’t deliver in certain areas.”

“Flowers were delivered later than promised to funeral home, even though I paid extra for express delivery. The personalized ribbon was missing from front of spray. The flowers were already wilted and had brown edges less 23 hrs later. They used a florist more than an hour away from funeral home that had to call us to ask where to deliver, when it was past delivery time. The spray was nowhere near the photo I ordered. It was embarrassing at my sister in-laws funeral. It looked like thay used flowers from grocery store. I got $33 refund from $150 order. It wouldn't let me upload photos.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They never delivered my mothers flowers for her birthday. Then when I called, someone with a very thick accent answered. I had to have him repeat what he said about 4 times and still was difficult to understand. They only want to give me $9 refund for not getting delivered on time. The delivery fee alone was $15. I had no idea about all the bad reviews until I tried to write one myself. Do not use this company!”

“My roses arrived late, ready for the trash can. My cousin ordered flowers for my birthday. They arrived one day after my birthday. The roses were warm with browned petal edges, and petals falling off. I really wish my cousin had not wasted her money. I would have preferred a 99-cent card from WalMart.”

“This flower delivery website is awful! Do not order from them! Delivery was not on time and when they did delivery, they only delivered 1/2 of what I ordered. I had ordered an upgrade on my flower delivery and had to call them because they were never delivered; when they did finally deliver , it was a tiny vase of flowers; NOT what I ordered.”

“I knew better than to place an order with a flower ad I saw but I did it anyways and I am sorry that I did. I paid extra to have my flowers delivered by noon and I called at 2:00 and they still were not delivered! I cancelled my order and asked for a refund so we will see how that goes…total scam!! Do not order from this company!! Buy local!”

“Horrible horrible experience. They never delivered my flowers. I went to them through email to address the situation. They addressed me twice as the wrong name. Didn’t refund me and charged me again instead of refunding me. Offered to give me 30% off a purchase that was never even delivered. I will never use them again.”

“I ordered flowers for my daughter with expedited delivery and she never received them. This company tried to convince me she got them because they didn't realize I live around the corner from her. SHE NEVER GOT THEM! I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone trying to get them to give me back my money. Eventually they did give me my money but my poor daughter never received flowers for her bday. I wouldn't recommend this company.”

“Flowers were supposed to be arranged in a vase. They were delivered to my wife on Valentines day, at work, in a box. My wife had to put the unbloomed flowers in the vase. Since they didn't come with the stay fresh packett you get with any bouquet of flowers you get from Wal-Mart, Kroger, ect, the flowers died before they bloomed. I sent an email to "From You Flowers" and asked how they could make it right. They gave me a $12 refund on my $87 purchase. I will never again order from here and I recommend you don't either.”

“I bought a standing spray for my best friend mom’s funeral. I paid more for the premium. What they sent was an embarrassment and didn’t look anything like the picture of what I ordered. The spray of flowers was little and some of the daisies looked wilted. I’m a very unhappy customer.”

“Awful experience. Bad customer service. Did not deliver flowers on day, but two days later. No upgrade like said for delay. Flowers are already dead and it's not even been a week. Do not recommend. Won't ever do business with again.”
