“They didnt deliver my order on time no matter I paid for the expedited. When they finally delivered the missed most of the order. I was extremely disappointed. They did refund me but it really does not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment!”

“I paid 60.00 for a deluxe Lilly and rose bouquet. When it arrived it looked like a sad 15$ last minute bouquet from a gas station. It had 3 Lillies and no roses. It also did not come with a care guide or plant food. I also requested that no vase be sent with it. The person who received the flowers is adamant NO MORE VASES. They have plenty. I would say im never using this company again. And noone else should either.”

“The worst flower delivery I’ve ever experienced in my 52 years look nothing like what I ordered in the picture. The balloon was half filled with helium by the time my wife left work. It was sitting on the ground. I could’ve picked up a better bouquetat a gas station. I do not recommend them to anyone should have listened to the reviews and not giving them a chance.”

“I ordered an urn tribute for my father from From you Flowers for $153.00. What was delivered was a small vase with a handful of flowers. No more than $30.00 at any grocery store. I called and was offered a 20% refund! After refusing the offer went to 30%. Again I refused pointing out that they are stealing from people in their grief. The final offer was then 50%. They should be ashamed. I will obviously never order from them again as they are not trustworthy or honorable. The pictures show what I ordered and paid for versus what was recieved.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend's father's funeral. Received no prior notification that a vendor could not be located and the flowers would not be delivered. By the time I received the notification, the funeral was already in progress and there was nothing I could do. There are no do overs for funerals, so I am beyond words on how highly disappointed I am. They should not be in the business of delivering any sort of flowers to anyone for any occasion. ”

“Ordered time sensitive arrangement for my gf at work. Paid for expedited + same day delivery that morning. Not even a complex arrangement. 5:30pm now. Still not delivered I used to use them back in 2018 but lord have they fallen off Order: 431820018”

“I ordered beautiful pink Lilies & Roses & got some ugly white carnations, a red rose w/greenery. I called to complain & they will redeliver..but TWO DAYS after my sister's bday! SOO WISH I'd read reviews FIRST!”

“At first customer service was great and accommodating. I paid for same day, all of a sudden they can't do that. How can you say you offer next day delivery and not fulfill it? Then they offer today and refund my delivery fee and increased the bouquet size, ok fine. Then they run out of the bouquet I actually ordered. Now they're saying it's gonna be delayed another day? Just cancelled my order.”

“I spent over 100 bucks to send my sister flowers and a vase that was meaningful as our whole family is gone and it’s just us and I’m two states away and it was her birthday. She recieve the wiltedest flowers and it did not include the 30 dollar box of chocolates and the vase was not the one I ordered. Taught with customer service for three days.”

“Very important that my sister get a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up because she starts chemo on Monday, I ordered the flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday with a box of chocolates. I called her Sunday and no delivery was made. From you flowers didn't let me know that there was an issue. If I had known I would have called a local florist to deliver arrangement and hoped it was a nice one. Now if anything happens and I don't get the opportunity to let her know she is in my heart and prayers it will be this service that caused it. You need to operate in a smaller market and get that working before expanding.”

“I said I would not leave a review. I figured it would be better if I did. I paid for faster delivery and was told my wife’s 50th birthday flowers were going to be a day late. If I did not push the issue for a refund I would have not received it. The flowers are literally 3 days old and are already dying. My recommendation is to contact a different company. It would not let me add a photo”

“In the last month I placed three different orders every single one of them was wrong I understand it's not going to match the picture 100% but this was like night and day I don't know what kind of floors they use but they're not good don't order from this company. The first order I specified that it could only be carnations like the picture because my friend was allergic to all other flowers what did they send a whole bouquet of all the flowers that she was allergic to.”

“This is the second time in a month From You Flowers failed to deliver my order. All I get is order received and delivery scheduled with no delivered time. From You Flowers will charge your card and not deliver. At this point, this business is a scam. Google shares some blame in this at having this company a 1st selection for choice of Flowers. Anyone looking for Flowers, choose another company.”

“The arrangement was a day late and looked nothing like what I ordered ( I have ordered from them 6-8 times ) this arrangement was just plain ugly! I contacted customer service, they gave me a 20% credit. I will not order from them again!”

“I ordered flowers for my wife birthday yesterday and nobody deliver any flowers yesterday . I am very disappointed with this company. I also called them and I asked them when they’re going to deliver and they said they sent me email when the flowers will be delivered . This one never happened.”
