“Horrible place. Wanted to fight about aa refund!! I spent 65 for roses and star lilies. Got one rose and burgundy roses. No lillies. I would have done better going to Kroger.”

“Supposed to have flowers delivered today for our secretary and they never showed up. I called them couldn’t understand the man what he was trying to even tell me, but said they would be there tomorrow. I used my PayPal, luckily, and then I look at it and they refunded me $3.21. I don’t know what is going on, but I will never ever use them again.!!! I highly doubt the flowers will even come. I’m so disappointed as this was for administrative professionals day today.”

“Terrible quality and presentation. If I could give lower than 1 star I would! I ordered a DELUXE $100 Easter basket that had your normal candy, like Peeps, Jelly Beans, little chocolate eggs,etc. And it had a plush 10" bunny. Requesting the deluxe at a higher price gave you the same items, only more of each. I sent this to someone very special and was trying to go big and make a grand gesture. First, it was thrown together like a 7 year old put it together, the appearance was very shoddy, there was no beautiful big bow that most Easter baskets are known for, it was a crinkled piece of rainbow ribbon wrapped around it. The basket itself was very small, too small for what it held, and it didn't hold much, a bunny with a few pieces of candy! It wasn't even worth $15, let alone $100. It was shoddy work, appearance was ugly, and I was never so embarrassed in my life when the receiver sent me a picure of it. I'm sure the receiver thought it was an actual insult, rather than a grand gesture! I was very upset and humiliated.”

“Flowers were a day late and more than a dollar short. The pictures show the purchase, the beautiful flower pictures are from the website and the last picture are the pitiful sunflowers. Really? Avoid this company as they offered 10% discount. Horrible.”

“The flowers were not as described in the photo for color or fullness of a premium arrangement. The balloon was nice and the delivery was on time. I wouldn't use this company again because the quality of the flowers. All the flowers are fully bloomed. These will only last a day or two before they start to wilt and die.”

“Flowers pictured had Easter eggs in the bottom of the vase. That’s the only reason I chose that arrangement. Sure they offered me a refund — 13 bucks on an overpriced $60 order. Very disappointed.”

“I received white peonies when I had ordered pink ones. The white ones turned brown before opening and that was only 3 of them. The others never opened and still turned brown. The replacement pink peonies also stunk and turned brown. Only a few bloomed and they were brown instantly. I didn't get the beautiful smell that I really love peonies for. I am so disappointed with these flowers and will never order from this company again. What I got and waited for to bloom was nothing like was advertised. The pink peonies that I received on Tuesday already were brown and dropping petals and really stunk. I would highly recommend no one to purchase these flowers from this company. Again, what a HUGE disappointment and a large waste of hard earned money just went in the trash with no enjoyment of these flowers.”

“Ordered flowers for my grandmothers Birthday. Called the company before placing an order to ask if the flowers going to be delivered in a vase. They assured me they are going to be delivered exactly as shown on the website from a local flower shop. I placed my order two days in advance. I was very disappointed when I received a email that UPS is the carrier! It means the flowers are going to be delivered in box ! Been waiting whole day and the flowers are not there yet! Very disappointed and mad that they lied to me just to get the business. Spare yourself frustration and find another more reliable and honest flower service!”

“HORRIBLE company to deal with. Received flowers WITHOUT the name of the sender!! FromYouFlowers woudl not give us their name, their state, their area code. NOTHING. Find a different way to send your flowers. There people only want your money. They don't care if your recipient doesn't know they were from YOU!!”

“Not only did I pay for expedited shipping that didn’t get there timely, my order was wrong, and many of the flowers were wilted. Definitely got a refund, but that will take days to process. They won’t tell you which local shop screwed up the order. I’m pretty sure there’s only one guy that works at this company; I swear I’ve talked to him three times on this order.”

“Do not expect what you see in the pictures. Received my flowers and they were half dead. I came and they resent them. 2 of the blooms on the second order were broken and the stems were only about 2 inches long and some were not good. Between the 2 I have 10 that are just ok. Extremely disappointed. Feel bad because the sender meant well but this company is not what it should be.”

“I would not take the time to write this review if I didn't hope that it would save someone else their time and money. Customer service is horrible. I paid for same day delivery and each time I checked on my order I was told it would be the next day. My daughter was in Atlanta for her birthday so of course I wanted to flowers delivered while she was there. Long story short the flowers arrived the days she left. It's not worth it!”

“Their Tropical Bliss is a Tropical Miss. The web pic is a very nice tropical display, but what gets delivered is the impression of tropicals using domestics like roses and mums. Some of the arrangement had started to brown on the edges. They offered a 20% refund which speaks volumes to their customer service. Don't bother.”

“Placed an order On Monday April 7th, was ask when do Iwant the delivery I chose Wed April 9th, today is Saturday April 12th, try to talk to somebody is impossible. Was told to contact UPS, thats another joke. I've told my family members to watch for a delivery and its still not there, im beginning to think I've been scammed.”

“Purchased flowers for a funeral service, I paid the expedited delivery fee so it gets delivered before the service started. When it still wasn’t delivered and the service started, I called For You Flowers. They said we’ll reimburse the expedited delivery fee. 2 hours after service started, it still wasn’t delivered. When the driver finally gets there, I get a message, get your order soon or the order is canceled. I purchased the flowers through From you Flowers because I live out of state. How am I supposed to pick up the order!!!! I’m never ordering flowers again from From you Flowers!!!!”

“My husband is not able to be with me for my birthday, he coordinated a special day so I wouldn’t be heartbroken and alone, and guess what, the flowers he specifically wanted that held a much deeper meaning never arrived, when it was brought up to customer service the evening of my bday we were told they would be there the next day and upgraded, again never arrived, when we called back I was told they would have them to me in 5 days, almost a week after my bday. Customer service was not helpful or trying to come up with a solution and condescending actually, they were just fine to refund the money and cancel my order though. At the end of the day I want my flowers but more than anything I wanted the card and his sweet message. I am so disappointed in this experience”

“The flowers were all white, and they had brown marks all over them and the daylilies were bad so at the third day, they were already wilting and falling over. I called they said they would resend the flowers which they did and the second batch was nowhere near the quality of the first and the flowers were worse and the vase was broken and cracked.”
