“I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered 5 days later at the funeral parlor. The flowers were not delivered and the following day when I called to inquire as to what's happened, the customer service agent on the other line asked if they could deliver the flowers the next day which would be 2 days after the burial. I thought his question was out of place and tone deaf. I would never order from you flowers ever again and as far as I am concerned nobody else should.”

“I had the worst experience ever. We ordered Mother's Day flowers that never showed up. We got the runaround, first being told they were delivered, then told they were not delivered and actually reassigned to a different florist too late in the day to deliver Would never order again.”

“Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom. Delivered to Florida, they got shipped from VA in a box. Not nearly as “full” as the picture stated. Didn’t even last 24hrs. Cost me $71.66 they refunded me “50 percent” which to them was $23.54. Do yourself a favor and order from a florist and don’t make the mistake I did.”

“Don't order "fromyouflowers" on important holidays (e.g. Mother's Day) - although the site promises delivery 5/9-5/11, IT DID NOT! You have to check and ask for a redelivery, at the soonest, 2 days later! The point of a set delivery IS TO DELIVER AT THE SET DATE, which the company FAILED. Don't order from them if you have a special date in mind!!! ZERO STARS”

“Shame on them. I ordered FRESH flowers for my mother, to be delivered by 5/11. They were shipped via UPS on 5/8. Won't be delivered until 5/12; a day late. Being in a box, no air conditioning from Pennsylvania to Florida. Seriously!!!! They will likely be dead. When I contacted them , they credited my card $11.98 credit on a $84.50 order.... For dead flowers that will arrive late. I chose a different arrangement, not the one I liked more, just to ensure they would get there on time. From You Flowers used to be excellent. This is definitely not excellence. I no longer recommend using them. Disappointed to say the least.”

“worst experience ever! I can’t see my mom this year and flowers was my only attempt at making her day, she loves flowers, especially purple ones. I ordered a purple bouquet for her and here it is Mother’s Day and they are not able to locate the status of my order, even though I have an email confirmation and the agent that I spoke to got silent and eventually hung up when he was unable to assist me! So again, here I am on Mother’s Day with no deliverable flowers! Currently in the process of figuring out how to get a refund, but at the end of the day Mother’s Day has been ruined and there’s no making that up!”

“Spend $80 for Mother's Day Flowers. First delivery the roses were brown and wilted. Second delivery was even worse. Brown and wilted roses and half of the flowers were broken. Never again will I order from this company. My Mother's Day gift for my mother was ruined.”

“Ordered Mother's day flowers to be delivered on Friday, May 9 2025 flowers were never delivered. contacted customer service on may 10, and was told the order is delayed due to the busy mothers day weekend ( excesses) and it will be delivered by the end of the day. It was not! will NEVER use them again!”

“Buyer BEWARE! The florist cancelled my order without notification. I called multiple times to get the status of my flower delivery and each time was told the date it would be delivered. Called again I. The delivery date and was told the order was cancelled. This is terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.”

“Never use this company. My mother never received her Mother’s Day flowers even though the company sent me a email confirmation that they were delivered to her. They would not refund my money or send a replacement and have gone silent on emails. I also purchased flowers for my mother-in-law and they were no where near what I ordered online for $101.99!!! I’m so disappointed and I will NEVER use them again.”

“Absolutely horrible all the way around. Wrong flowers, missing customized vase, and horrible customer service. Paid almost 100 dollars with 13 dollars on the additional customized photo vase and they tried to just give me a $10 voucher to buy with them again as if I ever would and then only gave me a 9 dollar refund when the entire order was completely wrong. Horrible.”

“ordered a premium bouquet. What got delivered was some cut flowers with almost nothing in bloom and nowhere near the number of flowers shown for the type of arrangement I ordered. Went on line and complained -- got a proposed 20% refund -- told them to stick it -- sending me a replacement but I suspect it too will be woefully unimpressive relative to what they picture. Will not use them gain and go with a local florist. Too many bad experiences with them to continue.”

“Ordered flowers fromyouflowers.com and they never delivered them. I got an email saying they were delivered but my mom was home all day and never got them . I called the company. They offered to refund 30% 😳 I demanded a full refund and now will see if they will refund. They offered to deliver the following week but my mom will be out of town. Scam ! Total scam”

“I’m so so upset. I ordered flowers on 4/22/2025 to be delivered on today, 5/10/2025 only to be told in an email that I just received TODAY, that you can’t deliver them. I ordered them EARLY so to be sure they were delivered. I spoke to your customer service representative and had to cancel the order completely because they were for MOTHER’S DAY to be delivered to my daughter who is a brand new MOM! I’m in tears over this.”

“I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered Friday the 9th. They are still somewhere on a UPS truck. Flowers and candy. Been on the truck for 2 days. No way they will be fresh but he time they get delivered (if they arrive ). I’m so disappointed. I will never buy from this company again.”
