“First, they sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered, but I hadn’t received them. The customer service agent on the phone told me he couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement before 6pm - they did show up 2 hours later. But what I got is not even close to the double upgraded “premium” arrangement I ordered. $89 for 3 lilies and some junk filler is an outrageous rip-off. When I complained, they did offer a 30% refund - which is inadequate. Do yourself a favor: don’t place an order with FromYouFlowers.”

“1st time using this company and it will be my last. 1st time i have ever placed an order for flowers and in 8 hours they still have not been delivered. very poor business practice. customer aervice provides no helpful information. will never use this company again.”

“I ordered their most expensive version of an arrangement called Passionate Peaches for my daughter. I’m not happy with what she received because she sent a picture to me. It may be the fault of the supplier they used, but they didn’t offer to remake the order and issued me a $12.12 partial order refund. I cannot recommend this place at all and will not use them again. Customer service was nice, but the recipient did not get what I paid for. Have included photo of what I ordered and then what I got. Not the same.”

“VERY, VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED 😢 found this place while strolling through google looking for arrangements for my father in law’s funeral. Ended up ordering a standing spread and a smaller floor arrangement” walked in the church looking for them both, the floor arrangement was good… but when I noticed the standing spread my heart DROPPED!!!! After spending almost $300 paying extra for DELUXE “ this is what was delivered ⬇️see pictures below ⬇️ and was only given 20% of my money back 😡NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! O… no pictures because the site won’t allow me to upload them 😡it keeps saying it can’t upload the file 🤷🏾‍♀️HOW CONVENIENT ‼️VERY DISAPPOINTING”

“I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary 10 days in advance. On the day no delivery had been made. Contacted customer service multiple times at around 6pm asking where the order was, they were unable to give an answer and kept saying they would email me with more information. No such email came. By 7pm I demanded a full refund and once again had to fight with customer service to get it. Appalling experience that ended up ruining an anniversary. DO NOT USE.”

“Our family recently had two deaths in Baltimore, MD, I live in SC. I ordered flowers for both funerals and was very impressed with delivery and product. I was skeptical so I had a family take pictures and was very satisfied. Thank you for being here for our family🙏🏾”

“Placed 2 separate orders for same day delivery with expedited service. I got an email saying they would be delivered by 6pm and refunded me the expedited service. An hr later got another email saying the florist didn’t have the flowers so I had to cancel that order. 3 hrs later I got an email saying the second order was delivered but it never was. They offered discounts but I said they could keep them. Will never use them again for flowers. Awful first time customer experience!”

“The flowers arrived in a box with the flower stems in a jar without any moist packing which is the standard. 24 roses with about 6 that were brownish and never opened. I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.”

“Never order from here. Half the time the flowers don't look like the pictures online and there are times they don't deliver them on time or at all. Save your money order somewhere else.”

“Paid for guaranteed delivery by noon. It's after 2 pm and they still aren't there. They said they will be there as soon as possible today. Don't use the word "guarantee" unless you're going to follow through with that definition. I hope the person receiving the flowers is there whenever they show up. Terroble service.”

“I have used 1800 flowers for years and it seemed like the last few times I have gone with them that what I ordered was always so off what was now granted I get some colors might be off due to supply or season however not everytime and not carnations instead of roses that is way off. So unfortunately my mom recently passed and I wanted to have flowers in the house with her surviving spouse plus she just wanted flowers around always . So they had this beautiful purple and lavender with white roses and a crystal cross piece that was I. There sympathy section and I knew that was perfect I decided to go with the xlarge version as it was well deserved. Not that price is an issue for this situation however it was so much less then most flower companies I have ordered in the past and I will say the the presentation was exceptional spot on . I will never use another company moving forward. Thank you so much for lighting up the living room once again.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars… Wow…. I spent $140 on roses for my fiancés birthday that immediately went into the trash can as soon as the box arrived and was opened. Last minute I went to a local florist and spent another $200 on another 50 roses that actually looked and smelled good. with all that you refunded me 20%…?!!? That’s hardly what the shipping cost was alone. This is the second bad experience I have had with “from you flowers”, the first time I did not even complain, I figured it was a simple mistake, I figured that I would give ”for you flowers” another shot, just for this to happen... I’m not sure what florist you say these came from but they were delivered by UPS in a box left on the door step. Upside down in a damaged box nonetheless. For what it is worth, I will NEVER be ordering from “from you flowers” again and I WILL be leaving a review on your website and everywhere else that I can so that no one else will waste their time money on a gift they cannot give. sincerely, A very disappointed customer”

“I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday with delivery scheduled for July 9. I was contacted on July 9 and told via email that the flowers could not be delivered until the next day and I would receive a $3.17 refund. On July 10, I contacted them when the flowers were still not received. I was told they would arrive that day. At the end of the day on July 10, I was emailed and offered a 10% credit on a future purchase because they could not deliver until July 11. I asked to cancel the order and expect a full refund. Do not ever purchase from this company. Total fraud. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.”
