“I ordered from this company on impluse without reading reviews. I know better than that, so I guess it's my fault for my lack of good judgment. Anyhow, the flowers look like a cheap grocery store bundle shoved in a vase without any effort to arrange them attractively. The only thing they did right was to deliver them on time. Don't be stupid like me! In fact, I'll save you from wasting time reading reviews - just block their ads from your email account. I tried to add photos of what was advertised and what was received, but I don't think it worked. No surprise.”

“This place sucks. I paid 100 dollars for a 40 dollar arrangement. Never use this business. I was excited sending my fiancé flowers until I seen the arrangement when she got home. DONT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Ordered “PLUSH” Teddy Bear and Balloons… requested same day delivery, didn’t happen. Ordered the premium size (for a sick 5’year old. Was told I would get an email once delivered. Never received and email. Called my son to see if it was delivered. It was, he didn’t know who it was from because my card was not included, he then sent me a picture of the “PLUSH” Teddy Bear. It was a 6 inch scruffy, used looking Bear. With tax, delivery charges I paid $91. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m now fighting to get a refund, not getting a response.”

“Just got the flower I have ordered. Very very disappointed not as described at all. A small arrangement even though I ordered a large one $95.00 Sorry I ordered from this company they are a rip off. Stay away dont waist your money you will regret it bitterly.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I requested delivery for a few days out. They couldn't do it, fine, so I changed the date to a few weeks out. Then I got an email saying they couldn't find a local florist and would need to cancel my order. But no worries, they can ship it by UPS but I couldn't use the discounts I was offered for my original order being messed up.”

“I've had good results from them but the last time for Mother's Day they sent roses that were already drooping and within a few days they were completely dead. I could deal with this if they would have answered my email to let them know that the local company they used had failed them. I sent pictures and asked for new fresh flowers. I was completely ignored, no response at all! I emailed them back to let them know I will never use their services again if they didn't make this right. Again I was completely ignored! So I suggest if you want a hit and miss company that has no customer service then use them. If you expect better I'd find a better company! I tried to up load pictures to show you but it wouldn't upload for some reason.”

“I paid for a large bouquet for my daughters birthday for fast same day 4 hour delivery with a balloon. I was so made when she sent me a picture of what was delivered. They were 6 hours late, the was no balloon, they sent the SMALL bouquet. Never again and I will be posting this on my social media. All I got back was $13 refund for spending almost $85. So disappointed that business will short change people trying to do a nice thing for others.”

“Flowers were sent to a friend and was sent a photo of 2 different delivery’s to her and they both look TOTALLY different than their photo. The bouquets were tiny as compared to photos. I ordered as well one bouquet with a balloon and teddy bear and of course the teddy bear never arrived with the flowers. Complete disaster. Had to escalate a claim. To PayPal as the company refused to give me a refund. The flowers as well were wilted. I spent close to 200 dollars. This company is horrible. I will never order again from them.”

“Ordered from this company twice, one came delivered on a completely different day. The other time the flowers never came, no refund or anything. This place has the worst reviews and I wish I read them beforehand”

“I placed the order 2 months prior. The call me 2 weeks prior the delivery and told me flowers are not available. I’ve changed the order to more expensive flowers and the called me 18 hours(!) before delivery and told me the can’t deliver on time! Huge disappointment!”

“Very disappointing experience. I purchased flowers in advance for my daughter to receive on her birthday & they were never delivered; however I’ve been charged in full, no refund. I was never even notified that they wouldn’t arrive. This is the first year I’ve been away from my daughter on her birthday & I really wanted her to receive roses (which I always give her). A tradition is now broken. If I had been notified, I would have made alternate plans. I cannot recommend this site for any important events.”

“Ordered fantasy pink orchils for a friend but what she received was half of the flowers that were on picture. Your supplier ms should be held to the same standards as what u show on your site. I am angry and embarrassed what it looks like for which I paid full price not half”

“Horrible service. I had flowers delivered to my mother for mother's day who lives 4+ hours from me. The flowers delivered were mushy and brown. I called to let them know and that I wanted them to send a replacement and they said they would but refused to get them there by mother's day. The customer service rep would not even allow me to speak to a supervisor. So I asked them to send the flowers anyway; they said they would and they never did.”

“DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! I placed an order and paid for expedited delivery. After waiting over 3 hrs past the delivery time I had to reach out to them to get told they're sorry.. they refunded less then half the cost and the package never arrived.. this is an absolute terrible company.. I can't leave a photo or video because it NEVER arrived”

“Everything went wrong. FYF Delivered A low quality bouquet that bore no resemblance to what was ordered, delivered 2 days late and without the add on (and paid for) overpriced chocolates. Complaint made, new bouquet of slightly better quality flowers delivered a second time and still no chocolates. For You Flowers turned a special occasion into a profound embarrassment”
