The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I could have picked them from the weeds in my yard! Apparently you don’t want to see the weeds my friend got compared to your website since you will not let me upload the photos! You say you will resend them but I have little hope they will look like what is on your website!

The whole company is trash I order flowers on a Thursday my mom never received them they lied and said they was delivered and they never was…. Will never use the company again!!!!

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by From you Flowers for my recent order. I placed an order with them for a floral arrangement to be delivered before a funeral service, as per their commitment to timely delivery. However, they failed to honor this commitment, causing unnecessary stress and frustration during an already difficult time. Not only did they miss the agreed-upon delivery time, but their communication regarding the delay was also lacking and unprofessional. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for updates, I received no response until after the funeral had taken place. This level of disregard for their customers' needs, especially during such sensitive occasions, is unacceptable. I expected more from From you Flowers, especially considering the importance of the occasion and their promise of timely delivery. Their failure to fulfill their obligation has not only soured my experience with them but has also added unnecessary distress during an already emotional time. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their floral needs to From you flowers, as their lack of professionalism and failure to honor commitments can have significant consequences, especially during important events like funerals.

Placed an order for 2 flowers and only one was delivered with dead flowers. They offered me a 30% refund for flowers that were not delivered which makes NO sense. I will never use this company again.

NO Stars would be a better option!!!!! I will never use this company again! Ordered a PREMIUM FRUIT BASKET for my Mom for Mother's Day. Order was not delivered until a week later. When it arrived it had very little fruit in it and other things she could not even eat due to food allergies. It definitely did not look like the premium basket picture as advertised. When I called to COMPLAIN, they offered me $18 on an order over $100. Needless to say, they have lost my business and l plan on letting all my friends know to not use them as well!! Shame on you for messing with my Mother's gift! Disgraceful!!!!

I ordered a PREMIUM plant arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral. The PICTURE was a lovely saucer bowl full of beautiful green plants. It was serene and peaceful. I paid $58 for it. When we arrived at the funeral home I was disappointed and disgusted to see a 3 inch tall faux tree stump with 4 squished up little plants. I was mortified. When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized. Do NOT use this company!!

must strongly condemn a company that has no credibility or understanding of the term "same day delivery." I chose this product entirely because the official website mentioned: "Our Same-Day Flower Delivery service ensures that your heartfelt sentiments reach their destination without delay." However, they are utterly lying. Since placing my order in the morning, I contacted customer service five times. Each time, they assured me that the delivery would be on time today. But after 7 PM, when I contacted them again, they told me the delivery wouldn't be made today and that it would definitely not arrive as promised. They could only arrange for delivery the next day. Delivering flowers on a special day being postponed to the next day is unacceptable. Never choose this company; they have no credibility and are disgusting. When I asked customer service for the florist's contact information to inquire directly about the delivery, I was told they couldn't provide it. This means you have no way to check on the delivery status yourself and are left waiting passively.

I ordered my flowers a week in advance. They tried contacting the local delivery florist to check on delivery they never answered. The flowers weren’t delivered at all. I would not use this company. My family never received the flowers and I requested a credit.

I ordered at 7 am and I order the before 12pm and they didn’t so I called and got a refund for that then I called 7 more times making sure it got delivered the day of bc that’s WHAT I ORDERED then I call back at 6pm (the latest arrival) and they say it will be delivered tomorrow don’t ever order flowers from here. Worst customer service of all time.

I ordered bucket flowers with descriptions pink roses,white asiatic lilies, but I seen the picture not even with roses and lilies, I payed almost $65, and they said they will send it before 6pm but just arrived not like an expected no roses no lilies, they promising me to return my extra charge for delivery and extra 20% from the amount I payed because of delayed delivery, I really disappointed

Placed an order giving ample time for delivery for a friend’s birthday who recently lost her husband. Because we live in different states I wasn’t aware they weren’t delivered until I received an apology email the next day, saying they would be delivered that day. They were NOT delivered that day. I had to call & they promised they would get back with me, which they did, offering to upgrade the order & include a note of apology. I agreed and they WERE STILL NOT DELIVERED! No notice from the company at all!!!! I am waiting on a refund

I ordered a beautiful bouquet to gift my boss when I found out she lost her grandmother. I went online for a quick and easy process. I found an arrangement with tulips, her favorite. The bouquet arrive wilted and a lot smaller than the one I ordered and it did not contain the flowers I had been under the impression I was getting.

I ordered a a deluxe boutique wirh vase for mothers day for my mother first off what I ordered and what she received were very different then to add to this I rrecieved a pic 3 days later from my mother of dying wilting flowers that hadn't even bloomed so disheartening, So the best part ..I called asking for a refund of the $75.00 I spent ,they do state 100% guarantee ,I received a $13.00 refund & $20 .00 credit towards another purchase .Really ? A 100% refund should have been given w/o hesitation .here are the pics you be the judge!

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing flowers. Flowers arrived so wilted they actually couldn't be revived. I complained and they sent me back $4. Ridiculous. They won't respond anymore to e-mail. I called and they said they'd re-deliver but they never did. How are they even in business?

I used to order via this site with no problems. I’ve used it to deliver to my son’s family in Manhattan and always had good service. Once the wrong thing was sent, and they completely re-did the order no questions asked. The last few times, however, there have been problems with on-time delivery. These problems have been in smaller cities. They have been delaying the delivery, and this time they delayed telling me they delayed the delivery for over 24 hours, too late for me to call a local florist. I ordered on a Friday morning for a Saturday delivery, in enough time not to have to pay an expedited fee. When I got the email it would be late and called the company, “Katie” was sassy and said she’d messaged the florist and I could wait. She said I could call and see if my loved one got the flowers and let THEM know! I told her the purpose of flowers is a SURPRISE, not having to ask if they’re delivered. I said I wanted a refund if they weren’t delivered on Saturday as originally promised. She said I could call back. About 8 hours past when they should have originally been delivered, I got another email saying they were not, and I could have a 10% discount for a Monday delivery or click for a refund. I clicked. I don’t know what happened to this site, but it has turned into unreliable and I won’t use it again for smaller markets, if at all.

I have ordered from these people 3 times & they have screwed up twice. This last order was supposed to be same day ordered Thursday, flowers & large box of chocolates. Called late Thursday, oh sorry, will deliver tomorrow. Nope. Called again, gave me a few dollars back said they would come today, Saturday. The flowers arrived around 6pm but NO chocolates. Gave me back the cost of the chocolates but not, taxes, fees or shipping. Go elsewhere - their customer service is outsourced.
