“I ordered funeral flowers for my mother-in-law’s service on 06/04/25, and they were never delivered. This caused deep distress to our grieving family on an already emotional day. I got a call the next day, 6/05/25, apologizing and was told they would be diverted today. Is this some kind of joke? The damage is already done. This was not just a delivery failure — it was a lack of basic human decency during grief. I will not order from this company again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.”

“The arrangement I ordered for the birth of my great-grandaugter was the most disappointing item on display with all of the other floral arrangements she received. I was toitally embarrased. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone I know as well. The yellow roses, which are my favorites, were nothing but miniature buds found in grocery stores and were pathetic looking. This company doesn't even deserve the one star.”

“I ordered and paid for next day and get an email next day they can’t delivery. Than tell me will deliver following day before noon. Than changes to by end of day and than sorry they won’t delivery until next day! Patient was already home by than. Terrible. Will never use this service again!”

“The experience was a total nightmare the delivery was not done on time and my friend left the hospital without the arrangement. They offered me a 30% refund and an upgraded arrangement to be delivered next day at their home address and nothing was delivered. I called them again and got offered the same to be delivered the next following day I got tired of it and had to argue to get a full refund. Our surprise got totally ruined worse service ever!”

“Usually I am very satisfied with Fromyouflowers, but recently, an order went unfilled and the florist did not speak truthfully about delivering the flowers. I am, however, appreciative that Fromyouflowers made it right by sending an apologetic floral arrangement to the grieving family. I will continue to use Fromyouflowers.”

“This company has a bunch of crooks. They just want your money in exchange for poor delivery. They send auto- generated reply and no action. I asked or demand my money back but was ignored. PayPal gave my money back after the case was reviewed. Stay away from this company!”

“Flowers were sent to my cousin in Missouri for her Birthday. Ordered 2dz Rainbow Roses with a customized photo vase (and the photo of us came out perfectly clear). She said she has never received such beautiful roses before and loved the vase (her favorite part)! They arrived on time and per my cousin, well packaged. My only wish is that they could have been delivered on her exact birthday, which fell on a Sunday this year. The customizable vase option made up for it though.”

“I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend so that they could be taken to my boss's retirement party. This order was messed up 3 times, and my boss's never got the arrangement. The first order was sent 2 weeks early and I contacted them and they reported this would be corrected and re-delivered. They then reported they were delivered on the correct date, but they were never received. They then sent another arrangement but it went to my mother and it was the wrong arrangement. I am DONE.”
