“Flowers sent had clear vase instead of orange and there were no sunflowers in bouquet as in pictures. Very disappointed. This happened once before too.”

“i was actually disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet I had sent. There were few flowers and they were closed tightly. I was actually embarrassed. I doubt I'll order again from your site.”

“Flowers looked damaged as if they were frozen. Although the delivery was within the time frame promised, I was not given specific information about where my delivery was prior to arrival (was it still at the store, on the truck, etc.)”

“At first, I was disappointed with my order because the flowers did not arrive as expected and the delivery was late. However, I reached out to customer service and they handled the situation very quickly and professionally. They processed a full refund and kept clear communication throughout the process. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team was in resolving my concern. “I tried again and it was even worse than the first time. 90$ for a bouquet that was half the size from what was advertised and the roses were wilt by day 3?! Can’t recommend and won’t order again after two disappointing experiences.”

“I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday the day before her actual birthday and shipping said it would arrive the next day by 3pm. At around 2pm seen my tracking update for rescheduled for next day. My wife’s birthday is today not the next day ruined my wife’s surprise. I’m sure you ladies can understand”

“Upgraded from a small bouquet of flowers to add on 2 Mylar happy birthday balloons, small box of chocolates, and a stuffed teddy bear. The recipient only received the flowers and 1 plain balloon. The price to upgrade is ala carte so to not have the extra gifts added was definitely a let down. I’ve used this company many times and haven’t had this issue before. Maybe just a spot of bad luck.”
