Order wasn’t delivered to my workplace before closing as promised. My boyfriend had to pick the roses up far away by himself on Valentine’s day, and they were totally dead upon receiving. Horrible company with completely false advertising on website. He paid so much money for a lack of service and product quality. Stay away!!!

Flowers were not delivered after being ordered two days in advance. Both chat support and email offered apologies but did not follow up after promising they would contact the florist and take steps to resolve the issue. A phone support agent offered a partial refund with guaranteed delivery two days after the missed delivery. That delivery never happened. Once back on the phone with support I was made to feel uncomfortable when I requested a refund. This will be my first and last order with fromyouflowers.com. Happy Valentine’s Day.

From start to "finish" this was a horrible experience. They charged the wrong amount on my credit card and then refused to credit the same card, despite it being their mistake stating they needed to speak to the "card holder". Being the "card holder" I informed them of this and they still refused to refund the incorrect charge despite having literally just charged the card for the inaccurate amount! Beware of this flower service. Many red flags. This company has the poorest customer service. I could not understand the agents (yes, more than one agent both online in a "chat" and via phone) and they were rude and condescending. I will not be placing another order through this company.

I ordered flowers for my elderly mom, as Valentines Day was coming up. (I ordered them 3 days ahead for a 2/14 delivery, not the day of.) On the night of the 13th, at about 10:30pm, I received an email that the flowers were delivered...first red flag, as it was so late. Checked with my mom first thing the next morning, no delivery. I called, spoke to someone apparently in another country, he told me he didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered but that he could set us up for a 2/15 delivery...but there would be a charge for the change in delivery date. I told him there would be no charges added, as this was your mistake, not mine. He agreed and clarified that they would send red, pink, & white flowers for 2/15. I said fine, as long as they were Valentines Day colors. He said 'I don't know about that.' (???) Of course on 2/15 there was no flower delivery. I called again, asking this time for a full refund. They quickly refunded my account and offered to send my mom a complimentary bouquet, along with an apology, and I said yes, please do. Flash forward to 2/17, 8pm, I get a message that 'There's a problem with your delivery, pls call us back.' So I call back and get a woman who could not figure out what the problem was, she kept insisting that they refunded me. I told her yes, you refunded me...but you guys called ME! I returning YOUR phone call! No clue at all. I had to hang up because I can't spend any more time on this. So all in all, my mom has no flowers, and I've wasted SO MUCH TIME talking to these idiots. I will never use From You Flowrrs again, and I'll make sure that none of my friends or family will use them either.

The flowers didn't arrive till almost 9pm on Valentines Day even though I purchased them about 2 weeks in advance. With them being as late as they were, my wife didn't even get them until the next day as we were out for the night.

Not only was there terrible communication with the delivery, but more importantly, the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. Completely embarrassing.

Where to start, I had payed extra for "Before Noon" delivery on the 14th for Valentine's Day. Package finally showed up 3 days later today on the 17th. The vase that came with the flowers was broken and the strawberries had early signs of mold on them. Just support your local florist and avoid this company at all costs.

Really poor customer service, had to call multiple times for assistance with my order. They never followed through on returning calls or coordinating with the florist. Horrible experience.

If i could leave a negative score , I would...do not, NOT use this company...paid for delivery date 2 weeks ahead..it arrived 2 days late...ordered a custom picture vase, and it was another couple...wrong picture...the rose petals were falling off as the roses opened up...what a disaster !...terrible service

I ordered a plant with flowers. I paid a lot of money. Received it damaged completely. I complained, they gave me a refund. But who needs to order something and get it damaged especially if it is a gift for someone. It’s embarrassing. I do not recommend this company. I do not know from where they get their orders or who are they using for shipping but definitely not qualified for flowers or plants.

This is the worst flower company I have ever ordered from. I received an email on February 10th saying they were shipped. I purposely chose them to come two days before V-Day so that there would not be any delay in the shipping. The order never showed on the 12th and as to date (17th) still has not arrived. The order could not be tracked and when I went to their automated system there was no record of the order. Finally I spoke to customer service who gave me no explanation as to why this order never arrived or why it was not even in their system. The fix for customer service was to give me a refund of $14 on a $90 order that still is not here! This is completely unsatisfactory and I am so frustrated that I paid anything for this horrible service. I will never recommend or use this company again. Terrible.

The flowers were very disappointing. Droopy, stems missing, late delivery. Contacting customer service and got little or no support. First picture is what I ordered, second is what I received .

Ordered a purple bouquet in a purple vase and received 1/3 of the flowers in a clear basic vase. Not one purple flower. Paid over $100 for a bouquet of flowers that I could have just purchased at Publix. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I was wanting to order flowers for a friends mom after a medical emergency and the price advertised was bait. Once I got all the way to the cart, the total was 3x the amount. I didn't see that until after I logged into PayPal for payment. Once I saw the total, I backed out and didn't even hit submit. I was surprised a few minutes later when I checked my bank account that I was charged the full amount... when the order wasn't even placed. I waited a few days to see if it would fall off and it didn't. I reached out to the company and they told me that they did not see an order and that due to "security reasons" they cannot access my account. The only thing they told me to do was call my bank.

I could type a book but I'll make it short. Ordered flowers didn't come on time or as pictured even even upgrading to premium. Email customer service twice. Seems like they do the 20% and $10 back to everyone with a bad experience. Cust. Service gets back to me with an order that isn't mine. I call them tell them I got 7 roses in my bouquet, sent them pictures. They said we can redeliver. I said cool that'll work. Flower shop shoes up to my wife's work to repossess the flowers. Yes you read that right. 3 days later and multiple call to cust service i still haven't received my flowers. DON'T SORT THIS COMPANY. I think as petty as it seems small claims court would teach them a lesson in the long run. Forgot to mention the roses were brown on edges and wilted also.
