“The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that were sent! Sunflowers looked like they were wilted and not fresh and vibrant! Plus the flowers weren't as full as the picture shown! I'm very disappointed as these were for my mother for Mother's Day!!!”

“I received an email that the flowers were delivered. It’s been two days and they still haven’t received the flowers. I called them and it looks like now they won’t receive them until tomorrow which is four days after the expected delivery. I should not have used this company. I should’ve read the reviews.”

“Terrible, unreliable Company. The flowers never showed up. I ordered them well in advance for Mother's Day. Scheduled to have them delivered on Saturday and my mom never received them. Would never recommend this company. They said they would issue me a refund, hoping this site is not a scam, and I do get my money back.”

“Flowers were delivered on the wrong day and were completely different from what ordered. Three of the roses in the arrangement were dead. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me 20% back and when I said no they upped it to 30%. Then I spoke with a supervisor who said she would give me 50% back and deliver knew flowers on the date I originally requested but there was no proof of the new order so I asked for a full refund. After hours of this they finally agreed to give me a full refund”

“I made 2 orders for Mother's Day and paid 9.99 for each order to ensure on time delivery. One was made on time, the other is scheduled to be delivered today, 2 days late. I chatted with someone at From You. They use overseas support. They told me the delay was because of the carrier and that they would check into it. Here's my problem. I purchased the Flowers from From You, not the carrier. From You chose the carrier. They don't get to defer blame to the carrier when deliveries aren't met. They picked the carrier. Also, when I asked for the delivery charge to be credited, they offered me a coupon instead. Now why would I want a coupon for a future purchase when I had problems with this one. I told the agent I preferred the credit. We'll see what happens. I am not at all impressed.”

“From you Flowers failed to deliver flowers on time. Their apology email makes me think their strategy is to promise on-time delivery, take your money, then delivery whenever. I feel scammed. I'll never use them again.”

“It would’ve been a beautiful surprise from my daughter, who sent me flowers from overseas on Mother’s Day. Instead, what I got was a bunch of crushed blooms delivered in a crushed box with a small box of melted chocolates because it was left at my door in mid afternoon heat of 90+ degrees.”

“I've been getting my flowers from them for over 7to 8 yrs I am always happy ! Flowers always come on time great customer service except last year when my mom got her flowers she didn't know who they were from they 4got to include my card ! But other than that one time they are the best! My mom loved her flowers this year 5/10/25 As she does every yr❤️”

“I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the same address at the same time. 1. paid for a premium order with a special vase. Received a subpar and much less elegant vase. 2. They charged 2 delivery fees to the same address and same transaction. 3. The second order was a podium order where 10 roses were shown. Received 6 roses and I didn't appear anything like the picture. I agreed for them to replace it. The new one still didn't look like the order and was not the premium bunch I paid for. I'm not sure what they're doing to qualify the florist for quality but never again.”

“Well, it's 6:30 pm on Mothers Day. No flowers. Flowers were ordered 5 days ago, plenty of time to deliver flowers on Mother's Day, plus paid an additional fee. Customer service said order was canceled due to being in an undeliverable area. Undeliverable in a city? It's not like I live out in BF Egypt. Ruined my wife's Mother's Day. My daughter was excited to see the flowers we ordered. To offer a refund is a cop out. I want my order, and I want it on time. If you can't do that, don't tell people you can, especially on Mother's Day!!!! I will never order from this company again. I will leave a negative comment everywhere I can.”

“I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered 5 days later at the funeral parlor. The flowers were not delivered and the following day when I called to inquire as to what's happened, the customer service agent on the other line asked if they could deliver the flowers the next day which would be 2 days after the burial. I thought his question was out of place and tone deaf. I would never order from you flowers ever again and as far as I am concerned nobody else should.”

“Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom. Delivered to Florida, they got shipped from VA in a box. Not nearly as “full” as the picture stated. Didn’t even last 24hrs. Cost me $71.66 they refunded me “50 percent” which to them was $23.54. Do yourself a favor and order from a florist and don’t make the mistake I did.”

“Don't order "fromyouflowers" on important holidays (e.g. Mother's Day) - although the site promises delivery 5/9-5/11, IT DID NOT! You have to check and ask for a redelivery, at the soonest, 2 days later! The point of a set delivery IS TO DELIVER AT THE SET DATE, which the company FAILED. Don't order from them if you have a special date in mind!!! ZERO STARS”

“Shame on them. I ordered FRESH flowers for my mother, to be delivered by 5/11. They were shipped via UPS on 5/8. Won't be delivered until 5/12; a day late. Being in a box, no air conditioning from Pennsylvania to Florida. Seriously!!!! They will likely be dead. When I contacted them , they credited my card $11.98 credit on a $84.50 order.... For dead flowers that will arrive late. I chose a different arrangement, not the one I liked more, just to ensure they would get there on time. From You Flowers used to be excellent. This is definitely not excellence. I no longer recommend using them. Disappointed to say the least.”
