Ordered flowers night before. Paid extra for the same day delivery (since after 3 pm is next day AND same day) plus extra for the expedited so it would be there by noon. Started questioning order around 1230 and until 430 pm when I canceled the order they were "investigating ". Couldn't tell me what florist was used, if it was actually out for delivery or if it would even arrive . Canceled the order, contacted a local florist who was closing within the hour. She started making an arrangement based on a description I was giving her AND delivered it to the funeral home WITHIN the hour!! I can't swear this isn't the same company I ordered The Lavender Rose and Lily Bloom for a service and it came in a vase with a bow so big you couldn't see the three flowers they sent. Never again and would certainly suggest try local if needed immediately or 1800flowers if you have time for the delivery.

I ordered a few days ago flowers to a friend for her birthday. After I placed the order I realized I made a mistake on the day, I had set the day two days before the day I really wanted the flowers to be delivered. I immediately emailed and equested to change the date, they guaranteed that they would make sure the flowers would be delivered on the right date. To my surprise I just received an email saying that the flowers have been delivered...on the WRONG DATE .They were not able to manage a simple change, completely incompetent. Will never use this service again.

Ordered hot pink rose arrangements and got orange roses and red carnations - looks like it came from a grocery store. I could have done this myself. Very disappointed. The cost was way more that the product warrant. Won’t use them again.

Ordered in the morning for a same-day delivery (which I paid extra for.) Order wasn't delivered and they didn't even let me know until after close of business day! The next day by noon, no update, no one can give me a timeframe for delivery, and since it was for an anniversary, it was a day too late anyway. They did nothing to try to make it right.

My wife received these flowers at work. The picture for the "FALL HARVEST BOUQUET" shows at least 5 roses. Her bouquet had ONE rose. The picture made the bouquet look full, you can see through the stems to the otherside in hers it is so light on flowers. THEN, the preview for the signature states "Signed: F*** Face" which is a little running joke but when she got the card there was no "Signed". It made it look like I was calling her a F*** Face when in reality is an inside joke for one of her nicknames for me. I should have gone with 1800-Flowers and next time, I will be.

Ordered balloons and flowers for an extra sensitive and sentimental event. When they still weren't delivered at 4pm, I called to check the status. Only at that point did they tell me they didn't have a florist available. WHY WOULD YOU NOT COMMUNICATE THAT SO WE CAN ARRANGE SOMETHING ELSE ON THIS IMPORTANT DAY??? They then offered a 50% discount to deliver them the next day. What a joke. Absolutely not. Refund my money and I'll let everyone know not to depend on them. Joke of a company.

Horrible! Showed delivered at 6pm! Told the receiptent to check her front door....NO FLOWERS! Received a text from her at 8:55pm that the flowers just arrived...She sent a picture and they looked nothing like the picture...Paid $140 for something I could have bought at the grocery store for $14.99! Never again....πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Do Not Order from Here!!! I order two sets of flowers for my coworker. One for her and one for a funeral service. The flowers she'd received did not look anything like the picture I order! No order was just plain white flowers, no color. The second order was the funeral service of my coworker. Even paid for the expedited service. And guess what?!! The flowers never arrived to the service!!!! I called customer service, and I'll they wanted to do an investigation! I would have an answer within 48 hours! Seriously!!! The funeral is OVER and they want to investigate! How unprofessional and inconsiderate! What kind of third party shops do they work with where they cannot expedite the order, especially for a funeral. Never again, will I use them again. Very disappointed!

I’d give no stars if I could I’m all about second chances but they proved me wrong again!! This is the last time I give them my money for them to not deliver my arrangements what an embarrassment on my part and theirs!!! How can you guarantee something but can follow through?? This is the second and last time you so this to me!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid extra for expedited service. Not only we the flowers jot thlivered that day as advertised, 3 days later they still have not been delivered. Thier excuse is they couldn't find a florist to deliver them. What a crock

I don't even need to explain myself I'll just post the what I ordered VS what I got pictures. These people are very unserious! They offered me 20% off and 15 dollar gift card. do I look like I'm ever going to order from you guys? if you can't match what's on the pictures, stop false advertising. We work so hard to find the perfect flowers and you deliver mediocre. stay away from these people guys! dont waste your time and money.

HORRIBLE!!! Ordered Peruvian Lilies for my dear ftiend who was celebrating her 100th birthday. Flowers weren't delivered!! They arrived one week late, wilted and some dead. Per tracking, Flowers had been transit for a week! Was told the would send new flowers, I said no way as the same thing will happen. They refunded my mo ey. AND, my card was not attached. They had no idea who sent them until I called. Unacceptable!!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, and the flowers she got looks nothing like what I ordered. She sent the picture and I called them immediately because I assumed she got the wrong flowers, and someone else received hers. I was refunded $7.64 from over $60 order!

Horrible company buyer beware on the day of a funeral order was canceled after speaking to a supervisor the day before and being insured order would be delivered the next day for the funeral. 1 hour before the funeral I get a message via email that not 1 but 2 flower orders over $60usd had been cancelled Absolutely horrendous company. Customer service sounds like robots reading from a script including the supervisors and managers I will never do business with them again. I recommend no one else does.

Paid extra for flowers to be delivered before noon. Not only did they NOT get delivered before noon, they did NOT get delivered that day and missed the big occasion! They were promised the next day in the morning, but they did not get delivered until after 4 p.m.! Lousy service!

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Git an email saying order was placed. A bit later, get a phone call from an 800 number saying they need to validate personal information before the order can be placed. Wanted A LOT of personal info.. I told them to cancel the order bc it was placed successfully online, and I'm not giving personal info to a random 800 number.
