“I ordered twice premium bouquets. The 1st time, the bouquet that arrived was the most basic bouquet, nowhere near the beauty and number of flowers & roses I ordered. They refunded part of the bill. The 2nd time I ordered, they informed me at 3:30pm that they cannot fulfill the order on that day, and that they will send it the next day with an upgrade. Guess what, once again, the bouquet that arrived wasn't close to the premium one I ordered (let alone the upgrade), the flowers that were mentioned were not present in it, the only thing in common was the color palette. I am SO disappointed in them and will never order again from them.”
“Complete scam. Won’t deliver flowers when they say they will. Won’t give you any information on the “local florist” they use. Won’t send an email to confirm their refund. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB and my credit card company”
“I paid $70 to send to my elderly aunt. The price point for the arrangement that I ordered (1st picture). was fine. The flowers she received were terrible & basically filler flowers resembling nothing to the picture.
I called to let them know & they said they would have another arrangement delivered . I received a call from the driver the following day clarifying the address, as the town didn’t have a street with the name written. Once clarified I received an email that they were delivered.
The flowers were not there.
My third message to them has been met with automated responses….
The neighbor residing 5 houses down did deliver the flowers to my aunt later in the day. (3rd picture).. definately not the volume of florals that I’d purchased.
Very displeased”
“Easy ordering and delivery went well, however the flowers I ordered compared to what was received was unacceptable. Paid over $100 and was credited back $20.”
“DON'T DO IT! it's a Bait and Switch! I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday that cost me almost $65.00, what they sent was an arrangement of cheap carnations with 1 Lilly and 2 Roses. This was not what I ordered. When I called customer service they apologized and said that they would credit me with 20%. I literally laughed and said are you kidding me! you charged me 65 dollars and want to refund me $9.46 after "you" got the order wrong! They then said stated, we will send out the "actual arrangement" on the following day. Here we are next day and once again they failed to send her the arrangement. I called them once again and asked for a full refund after I threatened them with calling Pay Pal and the better business bureau. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Horrible!”
“Half the tulips in the bouquet were withered and the entire bouquet had to be thrown away after a day and a half. It looked nothing like the picture on their site.
A real disappointment for a 79$ bouquet :(
Never again.”
“The flowers I ordered:

One of the reasons I ordered these flowers was because they were on the Same Day list. (Saturday am.) I also paid for expedited delivery. Apparently the florist emailed me about substitutions, but I didn't get the email. I then got a second email from them that I did receive saying they were sorry they couldn't deliver until Monday morning and that they were refunding my same day fee and my expedited fee. I kind of understood that, because I had missed the email. However, they still were not delivered until the following Tuesday, rather than Monday.
Also, I paid for a Get Well balloon to be delivered with the flowers. That was not included at all.
The worst part, though, was that the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the arrangement that I ordered. I had also paid for the largest/most expensive of the three arrangements that were offered (Premium), and what she received was, honestly, embarrassing.
In the picture/description on their site, the arrangement has at LEAST six full-sized orange roses. There were 3 in the one she received. The picture/description also shows red/orange spray roses (there were none), orange daisies (there were none), mums (there were none), and some reddish/orange lilies (I think) - there were a lot of those. And, there was a lot of greenery. Oh.. and there were a couple of red carnations thrown in for fillers, although their site says if substitutions are necessary, they will be of equal or greater value than what is missing.
Part of the chat transcript:
:
11:31AM
Pooja - My sincere apologies for the disappointment once again. As an apology, we are offering you 30 percent refund and 15 dollar gift certificate via email. You are under no obligation to use it but we would like the opportunity to prove to you that this incident is not indicative of our service. Our gift certificate never expires and can be combined with a promotional offer as well.
11:33AM
Holly Jackson - I appreciate that; however, honestly, my main concern with that is that I have sent about 3 floral arrangements through you all in the past several months, and now I'm worried that all of them looked like this. And how will I know if future orders look like this?? The only reason I saw these is that they were sent from the company to my mother.
11:34AM
Pooja - Please rest assured, we don't use the same vendor for each order and we are working diligently to prevent this error from occurring again. As we do with all our affiliates who make a mistake, we will closely monitor their activities within the next few weeks, and decide if they still meet our quality criteria.
11:35AM
Pooja - Please rest assured that your credit of 30 percent refund has been processed and will reflect back to your account in 1-3 business days. Additionally, 15 dollar gift certificate has been shared via email.
11:35AM
Holly Jackson - Is it possible to have the vendors take a picture of the delivery and send it to the person who ordered, like Amazon & UPS, etc. does??
11:36AM
Pooja - Unfortunately, a picture of the final product is not available to be shared. I'm sorry as we don't have that option.
11:36AM
Pooja - If for any reason, you are not happy with the item delivered, you have our 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee and we would be happy to work with you on an appropriate resolution for your dissatisfaction.
11:37AM
Holly Jackson - Well, I do have another question...
11:39AM
Holly Jackson - If the vendors don't provide a picture of the final product, and if I send flowers to someone, knowing that I will not see the arrangement, how will I know if I am not happy with it?? How can you make that guarantee on something that neither you nor I will see?? :(
11:40AM
Holly Jackson - And if you have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, why are you only giving me 30% back??
11:40AM
Pooja - Please be advised, we do not have an option of the final product to be shared as it depends on florist. The only option left is to ask recipient about what has been delivered.
11:41AM
Pooja - As your order has been delivered, we have offered you a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
11:41AM
Holly Jackson - Well, that's tacky... :*(
11:43AM
Holly Jackson - Well, I am not sure if we will be able to keep working with you all.
I apologize for the length of this post. It is, in large part, the body of an e-mail I sent to the company (no response… anyway, continuing with the email….)
I just wanted to express, again, my 100% dissatisfaction with the arrangement that was sent and for which I originally paid over $100. I am also disappointed that even knowing how completely unhappy I am with what was delivered, and even though you claim a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, I was given only 30% back. The reason given in the chat (above) was that the arrangement had been delivered. Truthfully, I would have been more able to accept 30% back if the arrangement had NOT been delivered!!
I also asked if there was an option to have delivery drivers take pictures of the deliveries, similar to what Amazon and UPS have their drivers do with deliveries. Unfortunately, your rep (above) said that wasn't an option and that if for any reason, I am not happy with the item delivered, I have your 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee and that you would be happy to work with me on an appropriate resolution for my dissatisfaction. As you can see above, I asked him If the vendors don't provide a picture of the final product, and if I send flowers to someone, knowing that I will not see the arrangement, how will I know if I am not happy with it?? How can you make that guarantee on something that neither you nor I will see?? And if you have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, why are you only giving me 30% back?? - to which he repeated that was not an option.
I do a lot of research before choosing a business with whom to associate myself, as the product that is delivered reflects on me and on the non-profit for whom I work. After researching quite a few floral delivery services, I chose fromyouflowers.com as my representative. Not only was I embarrassed by the arrangement that was sent, I was only offered back 30% of my money and a $15 gift card. Besides making a liar out of your company and their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, part of what I was given is only helpful if I use your website again… and I won’t be.
Please understand that if you are not willing to return all of my money, I will be writing several unflattering reviews of your company.
Aaand, here we are… 🙄”
“I have used Fromyouflowers for at least 7 years and yes it stupid of me to keep using the but they are the worst. There is something wrong with every one of my orders. Sure no birthday balloon and I get the $6 bucks back. That’s not what I want.”
“Awful. I would have checked the reviews 1st. I ordered a candy basket on Saturday for delivery on Monday. Paid extra for expedited shipping. They couldn't get it done. The excuse I was given was the shop didn't have any candy. It was only like 8 pieces of candy. I paid $90. Total scam”
“This place is terrible . My wife Ordered premium and when it showed up it looks like the flowers were from an apocalypse. Not to mention they showed up a day late . But don’t worry they gave me a 8$ refund after I paid 75 for everything . This place is a joke. Goodbye”
“I ordered the most expensive premium funeral spray for my daughter’s memorial. Many people sent similar arrangements. The one I ordered was the smallest cheapest with lots of fake ferns few flowers and a ribbon. Instead if a card, it had a printed paper that was incompletely cut off at the edge. From You flowers is a complete rip off. The only reason they got 1 star ,is because zero stars was not an option.”
“I purchased same day delivery for August 2nd and it wasn’t delivered. Called customer service asked for a refund because it should’ve been delivered and it wasn’t. He offered a 20% refund plus the same day shipping fee and stated the flowers will be delivered today which is AUGUST 3rd and still no delivery. I went to track the delivery and an updated date for delivery is showing AUGUST 4th. I’m very disappointed because I was lied to twice. I don’t want the flowers I was a full refund.”
“I placed an order for same day delivery. I paid the fee for it, too. They were not delivered the day scheduled, which was supposed to be a surprise for a birthday. I was not informed of them not being delivered nor offered any explanation. I contacted the company the day after, and all I got was an apology — no explanation — and I was told they would be delivered that day (day late). I had to firmly request some form of reimbursement for the late delivery and bad service. Only then did I receive a fractional refund. Then after delivery, I was informed by the recipient that they put the wrong “from” name on the card, confirmed by picture. And mind you, the flowers did not look like what I ordered in the picture. Just unbelievable how badly this was handled from start to finish. This was horrible, horrible service all around, and I will never use their services again. Nor should anyone else.”
“I purchased the largest bouquet of flowers that they offered and they delivered the smallest bouquet that they offer. To say that I’m completely underwhelmed by the flowers that were delivered to my daughter is an understatement. This company is a total ripoff!”
“I paid for same-day flower delivery to a hospital for a newborn, but the flowers were never delivered. After searching the hospital extensively, we called customer service. They promised to resend the flowers the next day by 5 PM, but they still did not arrive. We contacted customer service again, as the hospital had no record of the flowers. The representative eventually issued a refund and I suggested verifying with the florist to determine where the flowers were left. This situation was particularly distressing given the occasion.”
“There service is awful, I had flowers delivered to my elderly Aunt. The flowers were delivered 8/1/24 they did not ring the door bell (she was home) left them on the side of the ramp on the ground turned over with no water and dead. She did not see the flowers until today around 4pm and the were dead. I call From you Flower and they offered me a 20% refund for their screw up. I will never and I mean never use their service again. I just started using their service again, now I realize why I left. Keep your little $8.00, that is an insult to anyone the utilize your services.”
“I was out of town and my girlfriend was having a really rough week so I ordered her a bouquet of flowers a day in advanced, and had them expedited so that they would get to her before noon, as she was leaving to visit family that night. At 12:30 I call and they refund the expedited delivery fee and I told them that I don't care about it costing extra, but that they needed to be delivered. At 12:40 I told them that if they didn't deliver by 2pm that they would need to cancel the order and refund me. No updates until 1:59 and they said sorry and refunded me.”
“I ordered Sympathy flowers on a Monday morning to be delivered on a Wednesday before the family went out of state for services. They were not delivered until 6:00p.m. So they returned to dead flowers! On Thursday. The company offered me a $10 refund!”
