I wish I would have seen the bad ratings for FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM before I wasted my money on two orders. The first order was not even close to what was pictured. The order had maybe 1/4 the flowers shown and they were not arranged very nicely at all and were very short. My second order has not been delivered yet being SIX DAYS LATE so far. That is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. They should not even be in business with such poor results.

ordered two gift baskets, which I already felt were overpriced at $80 each. Shortly after placing the order, I realized the family members I was sending them to had dietary restrictions. Within five minutes, I called to cancel the order, but they refused, stating that it had already been processed. I even offered to pay for the shipping label and refund the basket cost as long as they didn’t ship it, but they still refused. Eventually, I received the baskets and planned to deliver them to the family myself. However, upon inspecting them, I noticed significant visual differences from the advertised products. When I went through the item lists, I found that half of the items in each basket were missing. I contacted customer service via chat, and they tried to justify it by saying that items are subject to change due to seasonal availability. One of the baskets was a fruit basket, and while I understand seasonal changes can happen, I expected the missing items to be replaced with comparable alternatives. Additionally, chocolate is not seasonal, so there’s no excuse for that missing item. After pushing for a resolution, I was initially offered a 30% refund but eventually managed to get 50%. Now, I’m left with two poorly assembled baskets that look far too cheap and incomplete to give as gifts. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their services.

Ordered my daughter flowers just because. I ordered at 8:00 am, website said it was going to be delivered within 4 hours. I paid for expedited delivery. After no response by 12 or 1 I called at 4:00 to be told that they aren’t going to be able to delivery today. Excuse Me!!! I received no email, no call or even a quick text. When I said I wanted it cancelled they offered me a discount of 10% at first but when I continued to advise No Cancel my order they then offered me 30%. I advised No Cancel my order. When I asked why I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience (well that’s kinda what it sounded like his accent was thick). I asked again still same answer. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Scam

Very disappointed. The flowers should arrive on the 23-24, which was my friend’s birthday! Today is the 27th. There is no point to pay for delivering flowers with such a sloppy service!

Zero stars! I’m typing this review as I wait on eternal hold for a supervisor. Flowers were ordered Monday. As of today Thursday the flowers have still yet to deliver! Everyday my husband is told tmrw. Sup finally answered advised yet again delivery tmrw. Now 4 days after guaranteed delivery. Unbelievably disappointed. Our first Christmas as husband and wife and no flowers to commemorate.

I really did not want to just 1 start!!! Guess this is my own fault for not checking the reviews first to see that this company has nothing but bad reviews. Do not waste your time!!!

0 STARS... I waited at home until after 3 pm so I could bring my arrangement inside and tip the delivery person. They emailed me saying they couldn't make the delivery day. This was for my family holiday/ my daughter's 18th birthday party! She wanted flowers so I had to go find flowers and make an arrangement for her MYSELF! When I should have been at home getting things ready for the party! Do NOT order from this company! I have not received the refund in was promised either! Thieves and liars!!!

This is the second opportunity to delivery flowers on the date you guaranteed. First time, was a failure. This time (2nd) was a failure also. If you can't delivery flowers on the guaranteed delivery date, then do not promise that date. This was my last time ordering from this company. My rating is a 0 but they the lowest star was a 1.

I tried to leave zero stars but not possible. What a disappointment. Do not use this company. It will not deliver on time. Two days later still waiting for a “same day” delivery. Of course it cost extra. When it’s really important DO NOT USE this company. Call a local florist or 1-800-flowers

I ordered the Golden Elegance Tree centerpiece for delivery on the 24th by early evening. The doorbell rang at 11:20pm on th 23rd which scared us. I received a Christmas Sleigh centerpiece that was nothing like what I ordered and paid $99.00 for. I spoke with Customer Service and requested the correct item. I was told not possible. They offered me $23.00 and I told them I just wanted what I paid for. They couldn't do that for me and refunded my purchase. I just wanted what I paid for, not my money back. In fairness to the florist the centerpiece was lovely, but not what I wanted. I won't order from this company again. When I place an order and pay the amount owed I expect them to do their half of the deal and send me what I paid for.

I ordered flowers and chocolates on 12/17/24 to be delivered on 12/23/24 and paid extra for delivery and here it is 12/26/24 and still no delivery their response is they will tell florist to deliver as soon as possible, not first delivery to this address in Brooklyn NY, incompetence at its finest.

Flowers were a Christmas gift. Never delivered. Ordered with advanced notice. Was gift to 2 elderly house bound people. If I lived nearby I would have just went there. This is terrible

This company is a joke, and don't even deserve 1 star. They didn't have the arrangement i ordered at the florist shop, so I got an email asking if they could change it. I called them, and spoke to someone who barely spoke English and was hard to understand, they said it would not be delivered til the 26th after Christmas. I told them to.just refund the money, since it would be defeating the purpose to send after the holiday. They then said it would be delivered tonight (24th) by 6:00, i then got the same email at 6:10 saying the same thing as the previous email. I called they then told me it wouldn't be delivered until the 26th again. I requested a refund, they tried to talk me into a partial refund and a credit for the company. I told them I wasn't interested in doing business with the company again. Now I'm SOL, and grandma won't get her Christmas flowers this year thanks to there garbage service.

IVE PLACED A COUPLE OF ORDERS AND THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. EVEN IF YOU PLACE THE ORDER DAYS IN ADVANCE THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM.. I WILL NEVER NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.. HORRIBLE.. THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before. Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. apparently it’s not too remote for New Years Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer. It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.
