“Terrible outsourced customer service. Flowers were not delivered. Had to convince someone for over 15minutes to allow me to speak to someone in management. I wanted a refund and was only given a 50% refund. My sister was still not sent any flowers.”

“I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday the weekend before her birthday. The bouquet was to be delivered on the date of her birthday which was the coming week on Wednesday. So that was three days notice to have the bouquet delivered on her birthday. It was not! It was delivered the following day - Thursday at almost 6pm in the evening! So I did not get to surprise her. It left me tremendously disappointed! I will never order from this flower company again!!”

“Bad experience just like everyone else that is ordering from them. I got the wrong color roses and when I did a chat I got lip service on why and a 20% ($6.00) refund. Their mistake not mine $6.00 WOW.”

“The worst flower arrangement I have ever seen. They say flowers may be substituted. I get that but for me to pay $80 for one rose one lily some baby breath in a clear vase is ridiculous. I will not ever use this company again and I’m hoping for a partial refund. And of course, it won’t let me upload the photo of their hideous “bouquet” of flowers. I mean straight up ridiculous. I wish I have read the reviews before ordering from this place.”

“I would go lower if I could. Terrible product, terrible customer service. They delivered flowers and left them out in the sun in a box, didn't knock on the door or ring the bell. Found the flowers two hours later. Needless to say they were pretty much dead, through away........Paid 74 with tax and delivery.....they offered a 26.00 refund. Company is a joke!!!!”

“WORST EXPERIENCE! There are so many options to order flowers from, save yourself time, money and frustration and find someone else. They cancelled my order with NO communication and no reason. The flowers that were supposed to be for a special occasion never made it and the customer service was awful. I highly encourage you to stay away from this site.”

“It's a scam! I hurriedly bought a bouquet for a birthday present to delivered to Arizona But I should have done some research earlier so that I didn't fall for this... I lost $100 to these scams and the suprize gift that I wanted to to was not possible becose of them... Be ware and never bought from them ! Is a big fraud”

“If I could give zero stars I would. One arrangement the flowers were already browning and dying, the second arrangement had 1 sprig of baby’s breath. Neither looked anything like the pictures and the balloons I ordered were also never delivered which I paid for. Would NOT recommend this company AT ALL!”

“This is the absolute worst flower delivery service EVER. I paid $80 for an expedited delivery before noon today. It is now 6PM and the flowers never arrived. I have called 4 times ansking for ann update. Each time I ann told “Don’t worry, it will be there before 5pm!” Still nothing, and they refuse to refund my money. They offered to “upgrade” my arrangement twice and continue to say they cannot refund my payment. This company is a scam in the clearest way possible. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!”

“I ordered 25th wedding anniversary flowers for my husband. The tracking said "delivered" but they never got delivered. The company refused to give me the full refund I requested and would only give me 20% off and a redelivery a week later. They totally ruined my anniversary surprise. The customer service rep was not rude but didn't offer anything in the way of sympathy or apologies. Awful company. Do not use.”

“I have ordered From You Flowers many times, however, this last time was a scam. Started getting emails saying come back we know you’re interested & 25% off shop now but the company refused to apply the 25% off! I emailed customer service 4 times but was given excuses 4 times. Click bait 😒 Company used to be good.”

“This is the worst place ever to order flowers not did I order 3 bouquets a day in advance they so that can receive them a day early for my mothers memorial service they came in late and the flowers were dried up and dying when one of the flowers got delivered it was upside down and smashed. 486 dollars in flowers for my moms memorial service ruined not only was it waste of money but it’s something I can never redo for my mom flowers especially sunflowers were her favorite flowers and this company ruined a very important emotional. They don’t deserve anyone’s money! Please don’t purchase anything from This company they caused so much emotional distress I’m still trying to cope with”

“This Company is a scam there call center is in another country and they sent the wrong boquete. Sent so many emails. They only apologize. They lie. They said they would send out the correct bouquet on Monday. They allow you to track their app. It said Flowers were delivered when they never arrived. This Company is a humongous fraud. You can never trust the internet anymore.”

“My daughter is about to make final life choices for hospice. I arranged for the I love you balloons to arrive 2 hours b4. They didn't make it. They charged 3 different shipping fees. Everything you read as a negative review is true. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. !!! THEY FAIL 1000000000%”

“On 9/28/24 I placed an order for a birthday arrangement to be delivered the Same Day to my sister as a gift for her 60th birthday. The arrangement was not delivered until 9:28/24 and the arrangement that I chose and paid for was not delivered she received an arrangement that I did not order this was my first time ordering from your company and I cannot tell you how highly disappointed I am. Not only was the arrangement delivered a day late it wasn't even the correct Arrangement that I paid a lot of money for. Needless to say I will not be ordering from your company again in the future.”

“Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. After, a local flower shop called my wife (not me). Then they texted my wife (not me) asking for me to call. The flower shop rep did hardly spoke English. They told me they could not complete my order for the price that I paid through Fromyouflowers.com and demanded more money. I told the flower shop not to complete the order. I then contacted Fromyouflowers. The service rep told me the flower shop was not supposed to contact me directly and was supposed to contact Fromyouflowers. I asked to cancel the order, but they ensured me that they would use another vendor and the order would be completed as requested. I allowed them to redeem themselves and begrudgingly accepted. The next flower shop again texted my wife (not me). Not that it mattered because the surprise had already been ruined to begin with. The flowers arrived and I was less than impressed. I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought better flowers at a way cheaper price. I will NEVER use Fromyouflowers again. Horrible experience.”
