“TERRIBLE SERVICE. Made a delivery for a family after their loss of a son & brother. Promised next day delivery (ordered on a Sunday, promised for Monday). Wasn't delivered. Then was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Wasn't. Then told Wednesday. Wasn't. Talked to them on the phone and said if it's not guaranteed on Thursday (the day of the funeral), I want a refund. They guaranteed and also gave a free upgrade with apology noted. They called me at 4 30pm and told me it couldn't be delivered. Asked if it's okay to be delivered the following day (Friday) with the upgrade and apology note. I said absolutely not and they then stated they had to wait for approval to be refunded. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! FOR A FUNERAL!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Ordered 2 days prior, paid expedited shipping even to make sure arrangement would be there early. Didn’t deliver day of, emailed me at 5:30 that night to tell me they wouldn’t deliver until the next day. All that time I could’ve found a different company to get something that day. Will never use or recommend this company again.”

“Ordered flowers for new baby on Monday to deliver on Tuesday, didn't deliver, released mother and baby on Wednesday. Went through hell to call and change delivery address because they didn't even get it there in the morning prior to discharge on Wednesday. They took flowers to deliver on Thursday and DID NOT leave the flowers because they said they would die in the cold. No call ahead, no warning and NO FLOWERS!!!! Now days after birth they still have NO FLOWERS that paid next day delivery!!! NEVER USING AGAIN!”

“horrible service! paid extra to have same day delivery and flowers were never delivered, even after they said they were. Email confirmation said they were delivered but nothing! Absolute worst flower company! DONT USE THIS PLACE. Use 1 800 Flowers instead!!!”

“Order flowers for my brother funeral and the flowers looks nothing like the picture it looked like a dog got a hold to them and rip them up was not definitely worth the money the picture was false advertisement never buy from them again. And don’t nobody else buy from them very unacceptable.”

“I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary with the promise of same day delivery and after paying almost $20 extras for said service, they were not delivered and notified later that they were sorry and for sure be delivered the next day and again no delivery. At this point I was very upset and angry and I just asked for a refund. I will not be ordering from this company again and will suggest that no one else does either.”

“The birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon and I paid extra. I never got an email confirmation so I had to take time out of my day to call them. They lied over the phone and said they would be there by 3:30 p.m. Flowers arrived at 6:30 p.m. I can't believe someone was still in the office to received them. And the balloon wasn't even full. PATHETIC! What could of been a special all day good feelings wasn't. I won't use this company again.”

“Ordered flowers for my Daughters B day and it was next day's delivery. Flowers arrived 3 days later. Very disappointed. I paid almost $80 for next-day delivery and it did not happen. I will never order from them again”

“I've ordered many times from them before with no complaints but this time was very disappointing. Below are images of what I ordered and what she received. I let them know and they said they'd refund me 20%. The cost of the flowers below was $63.63 including shipping. The refund, a whopping $7.43. I don't believe I'll be ordering from them again.”

“The flowers our friend received (from our order with this company) were ugly, plain, and cheap-looking. We are embarrassed that she thinks we would send her something that looks worse than flowers sold at a gas station. The bouquets on the website are huge, colorful, lush, and gorgeous; they pulled a bait and switch on us. When our friend sent us a photo of what she received, we were shocked and I immediately emailed the company. They did not respond other than to give me a credit of $9 (on a $60+ order)!!! Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before giving them my business.”

“I ordered a premium bouquet for my in-laws for Christmas. It looked NOTHING like what was advertised. In the advertised picture, the premium bouquet had 7 roses just on the one side featured. It also had several ornaments through the arrangement. The order received had a total of 6 roses & ONE ornament on one side! The “tree topper” was not on top of the tree, it cascaded down the side of the BUSH. And who thinks that a fireplace looks fitting to place a tree on top of it? I was so embarrassed! I have emailed them several times & only received one response asking for the order info which I did reply with ALL info they asked. STILL no response!”

“Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers. I ordered flowers for my aunt who is in Livia rehab in East Hanover. I ordered on Friday expecting them to be delivered on Saturday when they weren’t delivered on Saturday I called them and they said that they were having a problem and that they would be delivered first thing on Monday, unfortunately they were not delivered on Monday either. On Tuesday on 1 o’clock at 1 o’clock I called them and she said that they were having a problem farming out my order. They do not make the flowers there because their prices are so low none of the other flower shops want to take their business. I ended up canceling the order and expecting a full . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM”
