Wish I could leave negative stars. Worst customer service. Beware, chances are you will not get what you order/pay for. What a sad representation of what I order to send to my sister dying of cancer. You should be ashamed. Then refuse to make it right. Just awful

terrible, i ordered a specific setup for my wife in her favorite color on Sept 26 and scheduled delivery for Oct 7. That gave them 7 business days and 12 days total. 3.5 hours before my delivery i get a email your flowers aren't available and will be substituted for something similar. What they sent wasn't even close to what i ordered, i called and complained and jeez wow thanks for the 12$ refund. this wasn't worth the 100$ i paid. i will never use for you flowers again.

They never delivered my flowers in September. Customer service told me it would take 48 hours to investigate as to why my flowers weren’t delivered. It’s October and I still have yet to receive a call back. When I call them they wanted to offer me a 20% refund until the investigation is over. How long does it take to investigate a flower delivery!?? Do not order from this company at all!! They are a scam

How I wish I’d checked the number of bad reviews before ordering. Over a week late for a birthday; never even given to UPS. When enquiring, they demand every bit of personal information before saying, “How about a discount?” How about never again? Heed my warning!

The flowers I sent were to congratulate a dear friend that her housing situation was finally settled. They were delivered on time; she said they were beautiful ❤️. I think the previous person had the right idea when s/he commented that it's not the fault of "From you flowers." It's more often the florist on the receiving end that doesn't do a good job. My friend said they're flowers were beautiful; I'm with her now, and they are!😁

This was the worse experience. I ordered well in advance and the day of this event I got an email stating they were not able to deliver my order but instead delivered an up graded arrangement but took 50% off NOT ok! Disputing with my credit card company! Don’t use this company. Customer service was very difficult to understand!

Giving a 4 because they said they will refund some of the cost because the florist they used was not available, & even though we paid extra for day delivery before noon, it didn’t arrive until very late evening, & customer service did the best they could to communicate. The peace plant looked very nice. Thank you.

I ordered a birthday flower basket right two days before my brother’s birthday but not delivered that day. Every time I called them to follow up I was assured to be delivered soon but never received . Very disappointing…!They ruined the birthday surprise . I will never use their service again.

Bouquet ordered was not nearly as pictured. I have called and complained, assured another would be sent, it has been 2 days, original already wilted! Very disappointed, can't wait to see replacement, and when would it arrive to add to pitiful 1st?! I won't waste $$or money on this co. again, sorry to say

I was sent flowers from this company from my boyfriend. Once I sent him pictures of the bouquet he thought I sent him a difference bouquet because it looked nothing like the picture he had selected. He told me he sent them an email to request them to send what he had purchased but instead they gave him a $14 refund on the $80 flowers. night ruined.

Living out of state we weren't able to make it to our cousins funeral so we sent flowers. This is what we ordered and then this is what we got. It was a shameful arrangement.

My mom has a double lung transplant and I wanted this gorgeous red and orange autumn bouquet delivered and they sent the ugliest arrangement, not even a little bit similar to her room! Gave me $10 back for credit and said it states on the website that bouquets may vary. Vary? It’s completely different. Tried to upload a picture but the flowers are so ugly it won’t process it lol

I needed a beautiful deluxe bouquet of flowers delivered to my daughter’s celebration of life. It was supposed to be delivered the 3rd of October but did not arrive. I emailed, chatted, and finally called in absolute grief and tears and I was told HE was so embarrassed!!! Are you kidding me!? They offer a money back guarantee but I told him I was not interested in money back! I wanted the most beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter’s house! He promised an upgrade to Premium. I will say he added a credit to the site which I won’t use with a $15 delivery charge and said he gave me $10 back (we will see) but the flowers when finally delivered were not even deluxe let alone premium. I emailed again and was promised they’ll be delivered “when we find a better florist” which translated means never! I’m so embarrassed and angry that I spend nearly $70 for what I could have bought Publix for $12! IF they make this right, I will gladly upgrade my review for now I think they’re scammers.

Ordered a “Be Happy” mug arrangement with a Premium Upgrade. I also added a Mylar balloon for an additional cost of $6.00. The arrangement was to be delivered to the hospital. It was misplaced and left by someone else’s bed. Then upon finding it it was not as adequately described for a premium arrangement and was missing the balloon. The arrangement was sparse at best and did not meet the criteria for the premium cost.

Fail. I used them for same day delivery and kept getting emails saying delivery was postponed. It was for an event, so 3 days later wasn’t acceptable. I filed a complaint and cancelled. My money was refunded, but there was no apology or personal touch. Everything seems to be automated. Stay away.

I think these guys are taking an undeserved beating in the reviews. I believe it's just a matter of your local florist & how seriously they take orders. My order arrived after 7 PM, so I asked for a refund. The customer service team apologized and issued the refund with our question (I was convinced they had helped ruin our anniversary) the flowers were delivered almost immediately after they agreed to the refund.

Same issues as the multiple reviews listed. My mistake was not taking the time or my due diligence to research prior. Order delivery was paid for expedited delivery within 4hrs of order placement and did not make it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS
