The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the advertised image. Was missing Blue Iris flowers that were shown.

I ordered expedited delivery… it is now 1:20pm and my sister STILL has not received her Birthday flowers! She is now on the road traveling to go visit her son and won’t be back until Monday. A total of $75 just thrown out the window! I am beyond mad. I called customer service and they issued me a $5.03 refund for them not being delivered as promised. WHAT?! $5.03! I told them that was not enough and he gave me a $10 credit for my account for future purchases. REALLY?! I will never use this company again!

The flowers looked sparse and lame in a vase that was way too big, looked like old grocery store flowers but cost $45- never again will I buy from them

If I could give zero stars I would.. needed flowers delivered out of state and tried this company. I was so embarrassed when my friend sent a picture of the bouquet. It was appalling and so disappointing. The fall bouquet was a big fail as none of the flowers were in bloom but two roses. It was the ugliest bouquet I've ever seen. Do not do business with the company!!

So I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day before noon I paid the extra fees to have that done. The flowers didn’t show up so I checked on them and now they’re telling me that the flowers will probably be there by 6 PM. But we were supposed to be at a birthday party by 5 PM, they offered to refund me the expedited fee. What a big deal they failed, they failed, they failed, they failed, to deliver as advertised, and now I am in a jam. To top it off when you buy a $40 power flower package it’s not gonna cost you $40 plus tax you’ll end up paying more like 70 something dollars for it and then they don’t deliver on time that was my last time to order flowers from these guys , and I would not recommend them To anyone ever. To me that is false advertisement.

Ordered flowers for my anniversary 2 days ahead of the date. The tracker showed “delivered” but they were not! Customer service is clueless. I will never use this service again.

I truly wished I read reviews before purchasing my bouquet. I sent this to my grieving mother who lost her 28 year old son, my brother. I ordered the larger deluxe flowers and what was brought looked nothing like what was advertised. I am planning to purchase flowers for my mother every month on the same day to help bring a smile to her face. Needless to say they won’t be from this shop. I will say the delivery lady was very pleasant and put a smile on my mom’s face. The flowers on the other hand, are highly disappointing.

Terrible service! I ordered a BeHappy bouquet for same day delivery, and not only did they change the delivery date, twice, but they change my bouquet from something completely different. They couldn't even refund me for the same-day delivery payment. I wouldn't recommend from you flowers, they just don't care about their customers.

I wanted to send flowers and balloons to my 14 year old granddaughter who just had surgery and I was told they could not assure me that the flowers and balloons would be delivered at the same time and wanted to charge me 2 separate delivery fees. What a joke! Man, I guess maybe they are hard up for money. I went with someone else who delivered the flowers & balloons at the same time and only charged one delivery fee.

I just sent my 96 year old grandmother flowers from FROM YOU FLOWERS to her nursing home in Florida and I am APPALLED at what they look like. They look NOTHING like the picture. It looks like someone picked up dead weeds from outside and put them in tissue paper. I cannot believe the picture the nursing home sent me. They thought I should know how horrible the flowers are and I told them to just throw them away. This is what the picture said they will look like and this is what she received!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. This might be the last birthday my grandmother will ever have and you gave her the saddest most horrible looking bouquet I have ever seen. I don’t know how any florist thinks would would be okay. You should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. What a scam!!!!

purchased in-stock flowers 10/11/2024 to be delivered 10/14/2024. got delivery confirmation. emailed them 10/15/2024 (1 day after they were supposed to arrive), and they didn't give a reason why they weren't delivered, but gave a refund 10/16/2024. this was nice to get my money back, but does not give my sick Mother her flowers on her birthday, which is what they were for. they should've just continued to deliver them, along with giving a refund. really bad customer service and satisfaction.

I should've read the reviews before...don't do business with this company. I ordered a Bouquet 3days ago..Ieven paid a fee for same day delivery...the order was placed but to this very day not delivered. I kept calling the customer Service.. they promised to look into the case and promised to redeliver, promisses and lame excuse is all I get so far.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering anything from this company! They promised today for ny daughters birthday said they delivered them she never received anything . Spoild the while point of sending flowers . Had to keep calling my daughter to see if she got anything. On top of it we never got nothing this place is a SCAM do not send ur money to this company. They are fake

I ordered flowers to be sent on the same day and paid £15 for same delivery which was confirmed by myflower via email. The flowers did not get delivered until late evening the following day. I phoned and complained and asked for a refund as next day delivery is free, the woman who answered said that I will get my refund within seven days but after 9 days I am still waiting. It's not just the money but the principle of it as same day delivery should mean same day delivery. On top of that the service is extremely poor. Please do not order your flowers fro the company.

Ordered flowers on 10/4 to be delivered on the 7th. Checked back with them on the 6th and was told my order couldn't be delivered because the address was out of their delivery area. I asked why I had not been contacted and was told I should have received an email. I received the email during this conversation. I asked about my refund and was told it would process in a couple of days. I called back a couple of days later again checking on my refund, was told it would be refunded in a couple of days. Today is the 15th, still waiting on my refund.

Ordered same-day delivery and no flowers were delivered. Customer service they would attempt to redeliver the next day and still no flowers. Just avoid this third party company. When I requested for my refund, they just kept trying to say they would attempt to redeliver.

Ordered a beautiful premium bouquet for my sisters 40th birthday, but flowers never got delivered to my sister even though they say delivered. My sister is hearing impaired and waited outside for the delivery which they said was delivered at 6:57pm but she was outside waiting since she would not have heard the knock on the door and they never showed up. They offered me a 20% refund for inconvenience.

Absolutely awful service. I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday on October 10th, with delivery for the 11th. Not only did they not arrive on time, but they never arrived at all! I was repeatedly promised delivery "early the next day," but those promises were broken on both Saturday and Monday. They even claimed they would upgrade the arrangement to compensate for the inconvenience. Today, after multiple online chats, I was finally told they couldn't find a florist to deliver the flowers. Unreliable, unresponsive, and ultimately unable to deliver. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Wish I could give this a better rating, but the flowers delivered were so different from what was ordered. Not worth the $80, go with a more trusted site.
