“I wish i could give it zero stars. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING or shop here at all. Flowers came over 7 hours late and was the complete wrong order. Tried to surprise my GF when she woke up on her birthday”

“I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. This company lacks communication. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend because she just recently lost her father. My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days after I ordered it (perfectly fine and I was happy with that) but it got pushed back TWICE and ended up arriving 4 days after the original delivery date which also ended up being after the funeral. Not to mention, the morning of the delivery date I received an email from the company saying the original arrangement I ordered wasn’t going to be the one delivered. I was frustrated because I feel that information should’ve been told to me sooner. In the end, she did receive her flowers and was happy with them but I will never use this company again because of the lack of communication throughout the whole process.”

“I ordered this on Saturday for a delivery of Monday paid expedited delivery fee to have it delivered by noon because my husband is off at 2pm. The order is still out for delivery! They did not deliver on time. What’s the point of making a delivery if the person to accept it has left the building already. I will not be ordering from this place again.”

“The flowers I ordered from here were terrible. They actually came from Albertsons not even a florist. Some flowers were already wilted. None of the lilies were opened and I doubt they will open and there was not a single flower, that was pictured, in it. I spent close to $70 in this bouquet to get a larger arrangement, which I did not, and was given a $7 refund. Will NEVER use this place again nor will I recommend them.”

“I ordered a pretty big bouquet of red carnations and white carnations and what they sent me was nothing like what I had ordered and it was way smaller than what it should have been. For $72 I got $20 bouquet of flowers”

“I'm 64yr retired senior and I'm SOO DISSAPOINTED with YOU FLOWERS!!! MY BROTHER IN LAW PASSED AND IT SADDENED ME I COULDN'T Afford to GET THERE. SO I ORDERED FLOWERS w/1800 flowers ON THE 26TH OF DECEMBER $92.00. 27TH CONTACT THEM INQUIRING WHY NOT THERE THEY CLAIM NEEDED A NAME. (ALL INFO NEEDED WAS LISTED W/ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS. I checked 3 times made sure all completed correctly. NO CALL NOT EVEN TOO RECIPIENT... I INFORMED TO JUST DROP OFF FLOWERS TO DESIGNATED ADDRESS LISTED. THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL DELIVER ASAP ON 27TH FOR 2- 3 DAYS- NO DELIVERY N I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY! THIS WAS THE 1ST AND LAST EVER DEALING WITH THEM!!! I ORIGINALLY ORDERED WITH 1800 FLOWERS ANYWAY ✨ I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY ORDER!!! THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! IT MEANT MORE TO ME THAT THEY RECEIVED THE FLOWERS THAN A REFUND!!! “I only gave it one star as this is the worst company. I received email that flowers i sent my mother in law for Christmas were delivered. They never were delivered. I called 4 times and was assured that they will be resending the flowers. Here it is December 28, still no flowers. Hope they refund my money and doesn't take weeks. Do not use this company.”

“The worst service I could ever imagine!!! I am from Poland (Europe) and I wanted to order a gift for my cousin’s wedding. You needed more information about my order but didn’t want me to provide it by e-mail only by phone. I spoke with you 23 minutes just to hear that I need to call to another phone number!!! My bill for this call will cost like 200$ and finally I need to cancel the order! So no surprise gift and lot of money spent on this call. You are ages behind Europe! Come to us and learn something about perfect service and online purchase!”

“TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT The worst experience. The flowers weren't guanteeed the day of delivery. The recipient said she can't even believe they brought them to her door. Some flowers were wilted, broken stems, flowers looked as if smashed. She said it didn't even look like an arrangement. From You Flowers only wanted to give me a 20% credit towards my next bouquet. After yelling at the the guy who I couldn't understand I finally received a 50% refund. FOR NOW ON I WILL ONLY WORK WITH LOCAL. Online wasn't worth the convenience.”

“The roses were completely open when delivered. Purchaser complained about the flowers that were gifted. Company gave back $7.00 for complaining. Roses heads fell over on third day. Don't buy from here if you want the flowers to last three or more days.”

“I wish I would have seen the bad ratings for FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM before I wasted my money on two orders. The first order was not even close to what was pictured. The order had maybe 1/4 the flowers shown and they were not arranged very nicely at all and were very short. My second order has not been delivered yet being SIX DAYS LATE so far. That is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. They should not even be in business with such poor results.”

“ordered two gift baskets, which I already felt were overpriced at $80 each. Shortly after placing the order, I realized the family members I was sending them to had dietary restrictions. Within five minutes, I called to cancel the order, but they refused, stating that it had already been processed. I even offered to pay for the shipping label and refund the basket cost as long as they didn’t ship it, but they still refused. Eventually, I received the baskets and planned to deliver them to the family myself. However, upon inspecting them, I noticed significant visual differences from the advertised products. When I went through the item lists, I found that half of the items in each basket were missing. I contacted customer service via chat, and they tried to justify it by saying that items are subject to change due to seasonal availability. One of the baskets was a fruit basket, and while I understand seasonal changes can happen, I expected the missing items to be replaced with comparable alternatives. Additionally, chocolate is not seasonal, so there’s no excuse for that missing item. After pushing for a resolution, I was initially offered a 30% refund but eventually managed to get 50%. Now, I’m left with two poorly assembled baskets that look far too cheap and incomplete to give as gifts. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend their services.”

“Ordered my daughter flowers just because. I ordered at 8:00 am, website said it was going to be delivered within 4 hours. I paid for expedited delivery. After no response by 12 or 1 I called at 4:00 to be told that they aren’t going to be able to delivery today. Excuse Me!!! I received no email, no call or even a quick text. When I said I wanted it cancelled they offered me a discount of 10% at first but when I continued to advise No Cancel my order they then offered me 30%. I advised No Cancel my order. When I asked why I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience (well that’s kinda what it sounded like his accent was thick). I asked again still same answer. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Scam”

“Zero stars! I’m typing this review as I wait on eternal hold for a supervisor. Flowers were ordered Monday. As of today Thursday the flowers have still yet to deliver! Everyday my husband is told tmrw. Sup finally answered advised yet again delivery tmrw. Now 4 days after guaranteed delivery. Unbelievably disappointed. Our first Christmas as husband and wife and no flowers to commemorate.”

“0 STARS... I waited at home until after 3 pm so I could bring my arrangement inside and tip the delivery person. They emailed me saying they couldn't make the delivery day. This was for my family holiday/ my daughter's 18th birthday party! She wanted flowers so I had to go find flowers and make an arrangement for her MYSELF! When I should have been at home getting things ready for the party! Do NOT order from this company! I have not received the refund in was promised either! Thieves and liars!!!”
