“First, the flowers were not delivered and when I called to complain, the lady did not believe me. She then got in touch with the intended recipient of the flowers who stated she was home all day, went through her entire ring doorbell, and asked if the delivery person took any pictures or did ring the doorbell, she stated she could not get in touch with the San Antonio, TX office to confirm that. You can take your chances and hopefully, you will have a better experience than I did. We still haven't received the sympathy flowers for a death in the family.”

Horrible 😞 I called and told them to redeliver the second one was only slightly better, still not the premium one which I ordered. I was expecting 9-12 roses and several lilies, it came with 3 roses and no lilies. I will never use this company again.”
“I haven't even had the delivery yet and already have a horrible experience. When I clicked purchase button they substituted my discount code and added a DIFFERENT one after I hit order? How? Why? I didn't approve that purchase, I approved the one I screen captured when getting approval for the order. I SHOWED THEM this in an email, yet they keep repeating the same lines about 'the discount code is added' and pretending that answers my question. I don't think it's even a human I'm in an email battle with. Do they think I'll just give up and be fine with them CHANGING MY ORDER AFTER I hit order? That's now how corporate approvals work so I can't get let it go. Unless you love wasting time or paying more than you hit purchase for, I'd stay far away. .. they were delivered, and I didn't get a photo, but the flowers at least did arrive.”
“Ordered a simple bouquet for a special someone that has been going through serious health issues and the order failed miserably. The bouquet of flowers ordered was not delivered. Even after paying extra and submitting the order early the day before. Their solution to deliveries being late or not delivered at all is to offer me 20% credit towards a future order. Never order from them, you'll be disappointed and have to do something even more special to make up for their incompetence. Better to go another route or use a local florist you can count on.”

It was nothing like what was advertised on their website. The total cost was $100, and it looked like something from Walmart. The individual plants are way out of proportion for the extremely disappointing container, which again, was nothing like they had shown. I contacted them immediately via email and they apologized and said that they would be issuing me a 15% discount on a future order. I wish I would have read the many many poor reviews that this company has received before I spent my money.”

I had to call to find out they will not be delivered until sometime between 12:30 and 3:30 pm! NOT WHAT I REQUESTED! If they can not deliver when you want then why do they have a button you can click to choose before noon or after noon. After telling them that nobody will be home to accept the flowers after 12:30 all they said was call us back if the flowers are ruined because they will only leave them on the front porch! SERIOUSLY!!!! After talking to a supervisor, whom I could barely understand, she advised that there is nothing they will do unless the flowers are ruined when they are received by the person getting them. I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday to be delivered last week. I picked this company because they had an arrangement that I knew she'd love. The flowers were to be delivered on Friday. They were not delivered to her only to find out that they were "supposedly" delivered to a town far from where my niece lives. ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER BY FROM YOU FLOWERS! They couldn't deliver another arrangement because it was Labor Day weekend. They assured me that the delivery would be there today (Tuesday). GUESS WHAT? Never showed up. They do not have a person in the USA to speak with. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! I will be leaving this review everywhere that I can leave it and also on the BBB website to let them know about this SCAM of a company. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! Go to a reputable florist. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!”
