I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my best friend's special birthday. When she sent me a picture of the arrangement she received, I was very upset. It looked nothing like what I ordered!! I called the company where they offered me a partial refund or a gift card ( lol, no gift card, since I will never order from them again!) I was able to get a 50% refund. But that doesn't make the disappointment go away.

I placed my order on a Monday for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day for my wife at her place of employment on Wednesday. They never showed. The next day, Thursday, I called them and after they tried to upgrade my order I explained I just want my money back as Valentines Day is now over. They did finally reimburse my CC but I will never use them again.

Bunch of scammers, i placed an order to be delivered on February 14th, it's already February 15th at 1:02PM and no delivery, i called and they told me that if the flowers dont get delivered today that i should call them tomorrow, do not do buisness with this company

This place really sucks. They are the biggest liars. They do not have any customer service. Cannot understand the people when you call. This is so wrong disappointing so many people. I ordered for Valentines day. Have not seen anything, get form email back when contacted by email and called 10 times cannot understand people due to heavy accent. Reporting this..

I ordered flowers the day before Valentines Day and was charge for same day/weekend delivery. Then I was charged service and handling fee of $14.99. My total bill was $63.94. Well Valentines Day came and went with no delivery. So I called and it took forever for someone to tell me they had a lot of deliveries. If you can't handle the volume DON'T TAKE THE ORDERS! All said and done they were going to refunded me $5.32 but just looked at me bank account and the took it out of my account. WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS !!!!!!

WOW! I ordered flowers on Jan. 23 to be delivered Feb 14 for my son's anniversary. Not only did they not deliver them, they did NOT bother to tell me they were not even going to deliver them. Only found out after several calls to customer service that no one was available in that area. I sent flowers to that address many times from them before. They say guaranteed 1 day delivery but can't even deliver flowers ordered 3 weeks in advance. Right! Very irritated. This florist cannot be trusted.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers (before 10:15 am) to be delivered same day and paid the additional delivery fee. By 9:15 pm, they were not delivered. I tried to reached out to customer service without a reply. So I sent a message asking for a refund. At 8:00 am the following morning, they arrived and were not what I ordered. Then I received the delivery message that they were delivered the day before. Called customer service and not only would they NOT give me a full refund (guess they do not ensure the 100% guarantee) but would only return me the extra I paid for same day delivery. I bought a bouquet at Trader Joe's for $12.99 that was bigger and cheaper that this place. NEVER use them again!

Bought 119 dollars worth of flowers, balloons and candy for v-day. One of two balloons showed up. The flowers were an absolute mess. 4 pieces of chocolate for 15 dollars which we found at wal mart for $1.24, and a 20 dollar teddy bear worth 4 bucks…. Rip off scam - do not trust

Ordered Jan 12 to be delivered Valentine’s Day to my fiancé and waiting all day with UPS showing out for delivery arriving by 7pm finally almost 9 at night I get ahold of customer service and they say I’m sorry your order is rescheduled to be delivered Feb 20th I told them that’s not acceptable ruined our first Valentine’s engaged. I demanded a refund we will see if they actually refund. Don’t let them mess up your special occasion

Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Got the email confirmation saying that they were delivered. However, my girlfriend said that they were never delivered and she never received them. I contacted them, only to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes, just for them to tell me that it was delivered even though I said that they weren't. They said that they would deliver them the next day. I asked for a refund but they said that they could only give me a 20% refund. Don't order from incompetent idiots like this

SO DISAPPOINTED. I’m not sure if we should be upset with the local florist they chose or the company… but the flowers didn’t arrive until 7pm on Valentine’s Day and they sent an email stating they were delivered at 5pm. The picture looked nothing at all like the bouquet that was delivered.. Definitely do not recommend this company!! Feels like a complete scam.

This company is the worst. My flowers were never delivered on Valentine’s Day. I called three times and they stated that my flowers are out for delivery only to find out that Flowers would not be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The lady stated to me that they would be delivered the day after Valentine’s Day, which is not acceptable. When speaking with Lady on The phone she stated she would give me a refund and still send the flowers out the next day. She put me on hold and came back and stated that she would just give me a refund. If the flowers were not going to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and they should’ve called me and stated that they would not be able to get the flowers there. And I could’ve went to another company. I will never use this company again and I hope no one else does.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED. My husband ordered flowers from them for me for Valentine’s Day a week ago. They said they would be delivered by 5:30, and then radio silence. They refused to communicate. We’re out $100, seeing if we can get our money back from the bank, and no flowers were delivered. Don’t order from them unless you like to throw your money in the garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered from them and had a delayed order. When I contacted them, customer service hung up on me multiple times and offered me a mere 30% on an $120 Order. KEEP PERSISTING, THREATEN A LAWSUIT AND PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO OFFER YOU ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FULL REFUND! I persisted and Threatened a Lawsuit and they immediately started to scramble and Have not issued me an email stating i will recieve the full 120 dollar refund. Please do not order and if you do and they are not good, please get all of you money back!

My husband ordered flowers for my daughter for valentines. On Valentines it changed to delivery 2/15. THATS NOT VALENTINES!! For over $100, I expect delivery on the day scheduled. I called a rep, who changed the date back, then said delivery by 6. It’s a business and closes at 5. She said, sorry, that’s our policy. So she would absolutely allow a very busy florist to make flowers for delivery to a closed business on Valentines? I asked who the company was delivering the flowers. She hung up on me while saying something to an associate that I couldn’t understand. I ordered from a local florist who squeezed me in at 2:30 pm and I called back to ask for a full refund because I ordered elsewhere. The rep then offered 20% discount and they’d still deliver on 2/15. Like it was a HUGE favor to me. Excuse me??? Why would I do that? I just said I ordered elsewhere. I’m so disappointed with this service.

Terrible business. I chose a bouquet from their website, and the bouquet that was delivered, was completely different and smaller. Customer service is clearly not in this country, they don’t speak basic, English, and they don’t solve problems. After I placed my order, I called customer service to make sure the delivery would be the same as the picture. I was assured that it would be. I also asked why was I charged the full price instead of the 20% discounted price that is on the website. Her answer was because I ordered online. I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am at these people. These flowers were for a dear friend whose mother died of cancer. I sent her mother‘s favorite flowers to her. Or I thought I did. I will not ever use this company again. Nor should you. Terrible terrible company, terrible terrible people .
