They didn't deliver the flowers as paid for on same day delivery and gave no real customer service solutions to rectify the issue.

I literally filled out the address that I wanted it sent to and I had my mom’s old work address saved but when I paid and I saw where it was going, it was supposed to go to the address that I just logged in and I screenshot it and it said it was going to the new address I called and they literally sent it to the pre-saved address and had a drive across town to go get it and I paid extra money to have same-day delivery. I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me. I didn’t get my flowers on time because they dropped it off at the pre-saved address instead of reading what I put in, I will never use this company again save your money just go get flowers yourself

Worst experience ever! Didn’t deliver flowers in time. After contacting them several times the flowers still weren’t delivered a week later. Canceled order-which ironically they did immediately. Ordered flowers from Telefloral and they were promptly delivered the next day!

By far the worst experience I've ever had ordering flowers. The flowers were for a funeral and I paid the expedited fee. The flowers were never delivered and I had to contact them to find out they were never delivered. Don't order flowers from here if you want them delivered on time or if at all.

paid for sympathy banner and wasn’t supplied. it was a major thing for me as i ordered BROTHER PEACE and was not able to attend the ceremony. i am his only living family and wanted to honor him with a spec banner. the company pestered me for credit card info to be sure i wasn’t a scammer but didn’t give a hoot about their customers order. never again and i will not refer them.

This company is absolutely scammed me. Ordered flowers with same day delivery for extra £11 for that. Been contacted later through email that the courier did not gonna make it because of traffic, hour later another update through WhatsApp saying that the courier not gonna make it because of his van breakdown. Tried contacting them though, email 4 times, WhatsApp 11 messages (been seen), called 10 times with no response and it automatically hung up after 31 seconds, no one’s get back to me whatsoever! Never use this company again and I advise everyone do the same!

Absolutely would not recommend. I originally ordered a casket spray, which did not arrive. Two solid weeks of going back-and-forth with them. There was appropriate resolution. I’m just sick of dealing with them. It added trauma to an already hard situation.

Message on card is wrong, flower is far less in quanity and quality, a huge downgrade from the "deluxe" which I ordered, the company also attempt to delay the shipping to next day when i paid for same day. NEVER Ever order Banquet from this company, it is the absolute worst experience ever! I ordered a "same day delivery" "deluxe" banquet for my friend who just deliver a baby and in a hospital, which hey called my friend asked, "if they can deliver it tomorrow instead" as they said, and i quote, "the driver went home". This order is meant to bring little sprinkle joy to a new mother whom has been prlong hosplizated whom is very vulnerable, now the suprise is runined/downgraded. I paid a hefty amount, I didn't get what I paid for, the whole suprise is runied, I am utterly disappointed.

The flowers were a day late and the bouquet was not the one I ordered. It looked pathetic in comparison with the bouquet I ordered. You can see a beautiful image from the official website and a real pic of the flowers I got.

I purchased many times flowers last 2 times was a Joke never again they where ugliest arrangements I ever purchased $69.00. Look at pictures night and Day stay away save ur money.

One star is not low enough for this service. I ordered a blue, yellow, and white arrangement for my grandma for her first anniversary without my grandpa, who was in the Navy. It cost $67.08 and the arrangement was wrong. It was a different type of flower and purple. I called customer service and the best they could refund me was for the cost of the flowers for $9.53. However, the guy called it a full refund, so when I agreed and received the refund there was nothing that could be done even though that was not the full amount because of taxes.

My flowers were supposed to be delivered for my birthday from my boyfriend. It was supposed to be a surprise. He had to end up yelling me because they never showed up. They told us they would be delivered in the morning the very next day. Going on 4pm they are still not delivered. My job closes at 5pm. We keep getting the run around. They seem like they could care less. They ruined my boyfriends gift for me. They won't give us the name of the florist. Our next step is to cancel and ask for a refund. It's ridiculous. Do not order from them. After telling my stiry to a coworker she told me they ordered flowers for her brother in laws funeral. They showed up wilted. Absolutely pitiful.

My husband ordered me 2 Dozen Rainbow Roses, for our 42nd Anniversary. He was sick and unable to go out. They arrived in a hot UPS truck, completely wilted. The edges were browned. Many of them were not salvageable when they arrived. The rest lasted less than one week. I contacted the company regarding this issue. They told me my husband needed to contact them. He did, added pictures, they refunded $8.56. Complete waste of money. These photos were after I placed them in my vase, after receiving them. I did clip the bottoms off (under running water) added the preservative before placing them in my vase. He spent over $70.00 on this bouquet of wilted roses.

I wish I had read the reviews first this company sucks Do not order from them. They can not and did not deliver on time. They also can't say where or when the flowers will be delivered.

Company required bank confirmation via fax and official letter head for a credit card purchase. Order was placed on Friday and scheduled for Monday. Not sure how they expected ME to jump through hoops. There was No concern about making a $300 sale. Either my flowers show up or I get my money back and will get them elsewhere. Huge inconvenience. Do not recommend.

Absolutely absolutely zero customer service. They won’t even help you by telling you what shop is delivering locally. They have no information on delivery times, or the status of the delivery itself.

I ordered flowers and the person never received them. The company only refunded me 50% of the total. Very sad be aware, read listen to the reviews they are all true.

HORRIBLE - paid for expedited delivery, didn't happen. Called 7 hours later and they couldn't even get a hold of the florist to confirm when delivery might happen
