“DO NOT order from this place! Placed an order and did not deliver. Reached out to support and ended they ended the chat before I could reply, yet it took them over 7 min to reply to question while on with chat support”

“I have ordered two times from them and both times ordered have been delayed both times I have received a $10.00 credit for my trouble well this will definitely be the last time I order from them and anybody who asks I will tell them not to order from them”

“Flowers were awful! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they arrived dead!!! Vase had a cheesy Mom piece you inserted inside. Wow, spent 70+ dollars on trash!!!!”

“After reading tons of reviews I am upset that I didn't start here. I ordered flowers for my mom and they never got there. And as I am calling customer service they want to offer me a 20% discount?!?! Like what? How about my full refund?!”

“I sent my mom Mother’s Day flowers with chocolates. The chocolates were smashed, and the flowers were all over the front door. It was handled poorly. I would never order from them again I tried contacting customer service only to be spoken to people who I could hardly understand their speech, horrible service.”

“I would never order from them again . First we order two bouquets in same order to same house . The first set of flower the man delivered to wrong house twice . But the three time we received flowers . Then the second set of flowers never arrived. I even paid extra for delivery very very disappointing. Never agian”

“I paid over $70 for a bouquet to be sent to my mom for Mother’s Day. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and what few flowers were sent were dead or dying and the leaves all wilted. I received an apology and a $16.00 refund! And a disappointed mother. I will never use them again. Zero stars all the way!!”

“HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers 5 days ago for delivery today. They never showed so I had to call them!!! They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and say they can’t deliver. They tell me sorry will be a few day. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Now I can’t get any where to deliver by this weekend. SECOND TIME THEY DID THIS TO ME. Done!! Don’t order from there”

“Only rated one star because you have to in order to submit a review...Wasn't what I expected. Not horrible but by no means does that imply they were anything great. I spent over $150.00 on two arrangements for my daughters for Mothers Day and was kind of ashamed at the quality. These flowers were supposed to be delivered on the day before (May 11th) or the day of the Holiday (May 12th) as stated on my invoice and got delivered (May 10th). These flowers were carelessly left on the porch because no one was home. Wont even try to argue with company because as stated in previous complaints...it wont get me anywhere! Terrible business, terrible quality. NEVER AGAIN....so disappointed. Added a stock photo and a photo of what was delivered”

“Flowers delivered were terrible. One rose was completely moldy, others were losing petals and the leaves were falling off. Called and was told i would get a 50 percent refund off my bill and it wss inly 4.25 credited to my account. Bad customer service . Will never order again”

“If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance. I did not get any notifications of a delivery date change. When I called since they were not delivered today(Friday), they told me they changed the delivery date to Monday.... the day after Mother's Day. Great.... cancel that order. I will never use them again.”

“I found this site by googling and thought they had really pretty arrangements. So I ordered flowers for my mom and had them sent. I have added photos below to show what I ordered and what actually arrived! Sooooo disappointed! The online photo shows a full bouquet of really pretty flowers. What arrived was a NOT full bouquet of cheap ugly flowers! They gave me 5!!!! Roses, and filled in the rest with DYED!!! White daises and God Awful Stacia Flowers. I contacted them about the cheapness when the cost to me was 93.00!! They refunded me 50% of the cost but my poor mom has to have a case of ugly cheap flowers for Mothers Day! Don’t use this company to send flowers… they are NOT worth it!”

“Got strawberries delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely destroyed. Will provide picture. Customer service was terrible and they provided a partial refund. So much for their motto with the “Best overall quality and price”. Absolutely disappointed and not enough time order her something as a replacement for Mother’s Day. Will never order from them again.”
