Don’t ! They didn’t deliver Holiday delivery to my daughter and their complimentary “ I’m sorry “ for the bad service bouquet didn’t arrive either ! My daughter’s first Easter away from family was sad , and she had nothing ! Don’t order from this company

This company is a literal joke. Ordered these flowers for my mother in law. Flowers we received looked NOTHING like what was pictured and also gave it to us 2 sizes smaller. Total BS. Save your money and business and go to another company who actually cares about their customers. All they offered us was a $16 refund.

My funeral spray flower did not look like the one in the photo on the website. I was very disappointed. Will not order from this website again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I am so disappointed in this company. I will never use them again. What happened to the beautiful easter vase, bow?, card, how about greenery. False advertizing!!! Not what I wanted for my 97 year old mother for Easter.

They never sent the flowers! I even called to check on it during the day and they said that they would arrive by six. At six I called again and they said that they were sorry and could offer me 20percent refund and they would send them in two days. What a joke this company is. Do not trust them with your special day!

Very disappointed .. I paid for it one day delivery service and the flowers never reached the person they were supposed to be delivered to I've called and emailed customer service got the runaround and they promised that they were going to redeliver them the next day only to find out that was a lie and I was misleaded and the flowers had to wait an extra 4 days to be redelivered to the recipient's address I asked who the florist was they said they're not allowed to give that information however the flowers that were supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address is somewhere else and it just seems like flowers for you or all for their florist and don't really care about their customers. I gave him enough time to rectify and correct this situation and ask them to redeliver the flowers the day after they were supposed to they guaranteed and promised me only to find out it wasn't important for them to be on top of everything I will never order from this company again not only was I upset and frustrated but customer service did nothing to help but only make the situation worse. And there's still no guarantees that my flowers will be delivered 4 days after the date that I wanted them to be delivered

The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and they did not deliver the complete order(I ordered something else in addition to the flowers). It was so disappointing, especially the reasoning behind the order today. Today was a year anniversary of this individuals mother passing. We really wanted to show love and appreciation on this day, but instead subpar service was given. Just disappointing. They gave 27.14 back, but it really was a check the box and keep going. Just was very unfortunate no care shown towards the customer or the recipient of the flowers:-(.

I had a horrible experience. What I ordered and what I got were 2 very different things. If I had seen a picture of what I actually received I would NEVER have ordered it. I didn’t want to spoil everyone’s Easter so I took the 20% discount. As an added complaint, I oiled barely understand what the 2 people I spoke with were saying. Very frustrating. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered two days in advance. They didnt deliver so I messaged them at 3pm and asked where my order was. They said they couldnt fulfill it in the allotted time. They suck

I usually read reviews before I place an order. Unfortunately I did not do that this time and I’m totally regretting it. I don’t know what this company even is because I placed an order online from them but the flowers that were received were from “Buds and Blooms” so I guess they just farm it out to other companies which I could’ve done that myself and save the middleman. The flowers were horrible looked nothing like what was pictured. I ordered the medium size exactly what I’m going to show in the picture that I’m posting I will never order from them again and would not recommend them. I did send them an email explaining to them the issue and received a generic automated message back. They did refund me $12.84 out of an almost $60 total order, not sure how they came up with that amount, as it was not a personal response that seemed specific to me or my situation. I gave one star simply because they did deliver some flowers, and responded quickly to my complaint, but that’s all that was good about it

This is the worst flower company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to deliver my order on a Monday they didn't deliver it I called. I gave them a chance to deliver it on Tuesday they didn't deliver it I called again. They were supposed to deliver it on Wednesday they still didn't deliver it. I called for the last time and demanded all of my money back. They did refund my money. Call 1-800-Flowers. Never ordered from this company.

Worst experience ever I ordered flowers with a four hour window. We have passed a four hour mark and still no flowers to be delivered. I called their customer service and was told I should’ve paid for expedited service. These people are the worst if you see this come up in your Google run as fast as you can do not do business with them not only do I not have flowers I’m out $80 for a bouquet that never showed up

A few hours after purchase I get told I was "randomly selected for review" and a woman asked for my full credit card. When I told her I already gave that information online, she told me they would be cancelling my order if I didn't give them the info. Will be disputing any charges with my bank and leaving bad reviews where able.

Boyfriend wanted to get me flowers, he ordered them Monday, was supposed to be same day shipping, didn’t come and said it’ll be here Tuesday, then on Tuesday it switched to Wednesday now they claim there’s no florists near me which is false bc there are bc we bought flowers from FromyouFlowers before. The also only refunded $3 for the same day delivery even though it was almost $20. Don’t buy from them or have them deliver you’ll just never get your flowers

Placed a same day delivery earlier in the morning. The delivery date just got pushed to tomorrow. Why would I order something for a special occasion and decide I want it a different day? Did they text the number I provided? No. So frustrating after you pay so much. I could have just door dashed it.

Horrible!!!! Lied twice, said flowers were delivered! On hold for 3 rd attempt to rectify - at first they said they’d issue a “ partial “ refund! For What?!! No flowers were ever delivered! Call your local florist, not someone halfway across the world who leaves you on hold and doesn’t deliver - literally! Horrible company

Promised to deliver by 12 noon. Nope. Refunded me the 5$ for expedited delivery. Home at 430 - still not delivered. NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE!!!!

I paid $115 for the largest bouquet for my mothers birthday with the teddy bear and the chocolates, just to receive a picture from my nephew of the flowers and boy they did not look like the picture they advertise, they looked horrible!!! the company that delivered them when as far and to beg my mother to call me and not to leave a bad review!!! this company seriously F***** up like wow they contact my mother how unprofessional who contacts the recipient to beg not to put a bad review i am beyond mad that they ruin my mothers birthday they did not deliver what the website showed... just horrible DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY FALSE ADVERTISE !!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!! I I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FREIND !!!

They are horrible. You schedule your flowers a in advance with expedited shipping so you get it in the morning of delivery day and it doesn’t show. They call you in the afternoon that day to ‘apologize’ because they couldn’t find a florist. What??? You can’t find a florist that delivers to my zip code? You tell me it’ll deliver next morning. Still nothing. Their service would get zero stars if I could.
