“Ordered about $57 flower arrangement for next day delivery to my sister, it didn't arrive they then said the next day, next day, next day for 3 days. I cancelled the order. Next day my bank acct. was charged $10 from a credit monitoring service I didn't order. I just received the new card, they were the 1st co I ordered from with it... I think they sell your $$$ pymt. info. along with card # , and phone # to other scammer thieves. They credit monitoring co is in NJ.”

“Abysmal online service. Forces one time customers to make an account even when paying with 3rd party app. Hidden fees all over the place. 175 character limit for sympathy cards. No question this company is harvesting data. Will never use again.”

“What the picture you show is definitely not you order. Makes the sender look cheap. The bouquet Cotten Candy has pink and white roses mini carnation. Pom pom mums greenery and very full. What the recipient got was three pink roses and spider mums, no mini carnations,cheap as can be. What a birthday surprise. Whom ever filled the order needs to be fired!”

“Do not order from this company!!! The flowers we ordered were to be delivered two days later on a Friday. They did not arrive on the promised date. When the company was called they said that the flowers would be delivered two business days later on Tuesday. They still were not delivered and the company is saying on Wednesday they won't be delivered until next week. That is over a week past the original delivery date. That is not acceptable.”

“I ordered flowers and then got an email stating there was a nice credit available on the next order. I decided to go and use it and the system would not let me use it! When i sent an email asking why couldn't I use it there response was "they had already discounted it so cant discount it again." Well, they ALWAYS show a site wide discount so that means you can NEVER use the "discount" coupon they send you!”

“This is the worst company ever to deal with. I would give them a negative review if possible. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend and they were to be delivered and never came. Upon calling we were promised they would be delivered the next day. No flowers again. I have called 5 times to try and get my son’s money refunded.”

“They offer same-day delivery but they never get it done. They charge you $15 handling fee +3 dollars to deliver it same day and then don’t deliver it the same day. I’ve had this happen three times now this is the worst company in the world. I ordered the flowers for a funeral and one hour after I ordered the flowers, they emailed me stating that they weren’t gonna be able to deliver them not using the number that they require you to provide them in case there’s an problem with delivery because they don’t want you to cancel your order. They send you a small email letting you know that they weren’t going to deliver it when it’s too late to order any other flowers , hoping that you just stick with them and they don’t have to offer same-day. It’s a scam.”

“I received an email verifying my order. I checked on its status and no order could be found. I have the charge showing up on my bank account. It’s too late to order again because it was supposed to be delivered today. I am very upset and will never use them again .”

“From You Flowers is a terrible company. I have had issues with this company three times now. The never deliver on time. I paid extra for same day delivery but it wasn't delivered at the time they promise. The other issue is that they never offer a refund when one is do. They only offer a gift certificate. NEVER AGAIN.”

“I ordered flowers for my Boss for her birthday and paid the expedited fee to get there before noon. Well now nobody knows what time my order will be there and she leaves at 2 o’clock. The reason I paid the extra fee now I’m nervous to see what the arrangement looks like or if it’ll even get there in time.”

“First, I placed my order two full days before delivery. They charged me expedited shipping. Today is delivery day. They said that it would be delivered in the morning. It is now 6:00 p.m. and no one knows where my order is. Obviously not delivered. The recipient is very ill and we are all really upset.”

“I would give them negative ratings if I could. When I put the address in their website there was nothing telling me they could not compete the order for the next day. The next day I received an email about 6pm letting me know the flowers were not going to arrive until the following day. Not great but ok I guess. However, the next morning I received yet another email telling me that they could not deliver to the address provided. At no time was I informed of this as I was making the order two days ago. I was given a choice to have it delivered to another address or order something else that could be delivered. Um. No. I asked for a refund at that point. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal except it was for my sister’s birthday, and she had just lost her husband to cancer 2.5 weeks ago. I was hoping flowers might brighten her day a little. Instead I had to apologize for the flowers not being able to be delivered. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.”

“Absolutely the worst!!! I ordered flowers for a friend as a thank you. I picked this company because of the next day service. They were unable to deliver on said day and notified me and gave me an option for an alternative address for 2 days later. I gave them my friend's work address which is a hospital where she works 12 hour shifts 7 am to 7 pm. I again got a notification that they were unable to deliver as no one was there. Really, in an Emergency room??? So I cancelled that order and reordered to have it delivered NEXT DAY to the same place, a hospital Emergency Room. Again I get a message that no one was there to accept delivery! There are at least 20 people there to accept and the recipient was there both days! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and disappointment and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! What a scam!”

“Never again will I order flowers from these jokers!! Paid $83.00 to be delivered on Valentines day, flowers were delivered the same day I ordered them (2-days before Valentines day) and the bouquet had only 4 red roses and 3 red carnations, oh and yes, the dead flowers of unknown origin.....”

“I ordered flowers for my mom on Saturday evening to be delivered by Sunday at noon. It is now Tuesday morning and she has no flowers. Every time I call them they say oh by 5:00 today. I have just finished phone call #5 or maybe 6 and nothing is getting resolved. They said the first order was delivered Sunday afternoon. I checked with the hospital even and there were no flowers. I don’t understand why they would not do the right thing. I am thinking she has a week left in there and she will be home before this is resolved. All I wanted was to send my mom flowers, I could have driven the 1300 miles and delivered flowers myself by now. So disappointing and I am out $70 bucks, no $60 because they refunded me 9$ of the shipping fee.”
