“Very disappointed. Flowers did not look anything like the picture. I ordered Cotton Candy flower arrangement, one was Deluxe and second was premium. They were not worth it. I contacted them via phone, no help but in the chat i was successful at getting a refund.”

“Bait & switch - total disappointment. I paid for roses, poppies & succulents and got the 2 cheapest flowers on earth instead (carnations & mums).”

“Really bad experience Fruit basket was fine and sent on The right day Flowers didnt send on day 1. Then didnt have the flowers. Was promised upgrades and discounts. Not true to their word. Then flowers not sent the second day. No courtesy for that day. Re ordered with no customer satisfaction. Then they say they dont have that flower in stock again. Just a big headache. Never again.”

“Ordered well in advance of the special date, but was disappointed to find out that they wouldn't be delivering until 6pm on our anniversary day. Guess I'm not going to be one of the "...7 MILLION Satisfied Customers!" I see only 3% of reviewers recommend From You Flowers, pity I hadn't done enough due diligence.”

“Delivery was Nothing like I ordered. Pot was supposed to be a large white decorative container but instead it was a $4 clay pot. And the succulents were horrible. I have a picture of what I ordered and what I received! Unfortunately it will only load what I ordered and not the pic of what I received.”

“Ordered easter delivery for Saturday; didnt show. Called and they said they would be delivered Sunday- nope Called again - for sur Monday - called at 8:30 pm - no show Basically delivery is a joke - don’t bother”

“I am SO disappointed with my order. I ordered flowers for my friend for her birthday. The flowers that were delivered look NOTHING like what I ordered. The flowers were sparse, not bloomed and different colors than what was pictured. The flowers were supposed to be purple and pinks and they sent red and white. It was all awful. I wish I could post pictures. It was my first time ordering from here and won’t be again.”

“This company is a literal joke. Ordered these flowers for my mother in law. Flowers we received looked NOTHING like what was pictured and also gave it to us 2 sizes smaller. Total BS. Save your money and business and go to another company who actually cares about their customers. All they offered us was a $16 refund.”

“They never sent the flowers! I even called to check on it during the day and they said that they would arrive by six. At six I called again and they said that they were sorry and could offer me 20percent refund and they would send them in two days. What a joke this company is. Do not trust them with your special day!”

“Very disappointed .. I paid for it one day delivery service and the flowers never reached the person they were supposed to be delivered to I've called and emailed customer service got the runaround and they promised that they were going to redeliver them the next day only to find out that was a lie and I was misleaded and the flowers had to wait an extra 4 days to be redelivered to the recipient's address I asked who the florist was they said they're not allowed to give that information however the flowers that were supposed to be delivered to the recipient's address is somewhere else and it just seems like flowers for you or all for their florist and don't really care about their customers. I gave him enough time to rectify and correct this situation and ask them to redeliver the flowers the day after they were supposed to they guaranteed and promised me only to find out it wasn't important for them to be on top of everything I will never order from this company again not only was I upset and frustrated but customer service did nothing to help but only make the situation worse. And there's still no guarantees that my flowers will be delivered 4 days after the date that I wanted them to be delivered”

“The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and they did not deliver the complete order(I ordered something else in addition to the flowers). It was so disappointing, especially the reasoning behind the order today. Today was a year anniversary of this individuals mother passing. We really wanted to show love and appreciation on this day, but instead subpar service was given. Just disappointing. They gave 27.14 back, but it really was a check the box and keep going. Just was very unfortunate no care shown towards the customer or the recipient of the flowers:-(.”

“I had a horrible experience. What I ordered and what I got were 2 very different things. If I had seen a picture of what I actually received I would NEVER have ordered it. I didn’t want to spoil everyone’s Easter so I took the 20% discount. As an added complaint, I oiled barely understand what the 2 people I spoke with were saying. Very frustrating. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!”
