“Would not recommend. 3 days to deliver when I paid extra for same day, would not let me get a refund, promises not kept and they sent a downgraded boquet when finally delivered(missing roses)! Supposedly, I got a 50% discount in the end but still, I asked for a refund just to go get my own bouquet on day 1, and they kept dragging me along saying whatever they could to make it sound like they actually cared. I can't believe I fell for it. It's too late bc it did get delivered. I was offered $10 off on the nxt order when I found out they downgraded the boquet. But i would never go through this again. That's how I got to the 50% off discount. It was so difficult to just get my refund. They included a jokable card. So embarrassing that my friend got this boquet that is not worth the cost in my opinion. She was anticipating a gift for 2 days. Like things happen I get it but come on guys. Do better~ This has never happened with boquets that I have ordered.”

“This scam company operates a broker network that utilizes local florists. They lie about the service you'll get, they'll lie to you about tracking your deliveries, they'll hang up the phone if they can't answer a question, they beat the florists down on price so low that there is no way you'll get what they promise or charge you for. Want an expedited delivery before noon? Select it on their website, pay the extra fee. When it doesn't arrive go to their tracking app and the first thing you see is "there is no guarantee of delivery time, most deliveries are made by 6pm" Call them to find out when your delivery will be made and they say; we called the local florist and they aren't answering the phone", btw they won't give you the florist's name or number. Avoid like the plague”

“I ordered flowers on a Monday for a delivery on Thursday. Flowers were not delivered and no communication from the company. I placed the order emailed them and they responded with a $6.00 refund on almost a $50 order. I called them to get a refund but since my husband was on our card they wouldn't do anything even though I verified everything and told them to place the order. I will never order from them. Trust me my husband will be calling them.”

“Flowers.com did not deliver the flowers nor did they contact me advising they were not going to deliver the order on the day that was requested. The representatives were very unprofessional and did not do anything to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes before a supervisor answered. After 45 minutes the issue was still not resolved. Requested an esclade department which was not provided. I highly do not recommend using Florist.com. This business is clearly a scam. Save your self the disappoint. They do not provide the services listed on their website. If I could I would give them zero stars. Hope this helps someone from being scammed by this business.”

“I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. I Got a email on Thursday telling me it will not be delivered to Friday. I emailed them and asked for a discount or refund. They canceled my order. Terrible experience!!!”

“i paid premium to have flowers delivered in the a.m. for anniversary. The next day they said they couldn't deliver until afternoon and would refund the premium. They totally messed it up and asked if they could instead deliver the next day. Avoid this company like the plague.”

“It's a shame I can't rate them a 0, because if I could, I absolutely would. The initial payment was easy enough, but good luck with processing or cancellation—it's practically impossible. Their cancellation policies are utterly ridiculous.”

“I tried to send flowers to a sick friend and they notified me at the end of the day they couldn’t deliver and would the following day. End of next day and no flowers delivered! Called and finally told me what I ordered was out of stock! No notification or call to replace with different arrangement. Very disappointed and I will never use them again!!”

“Ordered flowers for my dying ex-wife. What I ordered, and what I received, was two completely different things. The replacement was worse than the original. The florist was in Tulsa. The company called it unfortunate. I call it bait and switch. I think that's a felony. If you are reading this, believe me when I tell you you do not want to use these people. You can't even understand a word they're saying because they are all from a different country.”

“Ordered flowers for a family friend whose mother died. Wish I had check reviews here before buying. It looked nothing like pic and cost me $80! Look at pics! They need to replace it or give me a refund! So disappointing.”

“Sympathy Flowers that I ordered were NOT what was delivered and instead of physically handing the flowers to someone, they were left outside in the HOT HEAT all day, while the family was at the service. Absolute waste of my time and money! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order I will never order flowers from here again nor recommend them to anyone. Such a disappointing experience.”

“i ordered flowers to be delivered on sunday, august 11th, and they never arrived. i called twice asking where the flowers were and they said they couldn’t get in touch with the florist and they would give me a refund. I didnt want a refund, i wanted my flowers delivered.”
