“Ordered flowers a week ahead of time for a 40th birthday. Waited until 7pm. Called the number listed , got sales for medic alert and dish before I hung up and got the number from google listing. In Ct the correct number is 860-388-1007. Offered me a 10% discount on my next order. I told them to keep it, I won’t be using them again. They blamed it on UPS. Promised delivery today. We’ll see . If not, and not in good shape I will be calling Discover to dispute the charges. Used them in the past and never had a problem. This is just unacceptable.”

“Paid $85 for flowers you can get from the store for $30... how do I know? Because they are identical to the ones I got her for $30 on mothersday. Also don't waste money on expedited delivery, they arrived as my wife was leaving her office and we're supposed to be delivered by 12:30. Oh they also put the wrong card and looks like a child wrote it.”

“Horrible, I mean very horrible. Paid for express shipping and the flowers never came. Spent hours on the phone with customer service getting the runaround. Save yourself time and money by NOT ordering from this company.”

“Spent 79 dollars to send my best friend sympathy flowers for her 1 year of her father passing as I cannot be there in person because I currently have a hurt back, then they delivered someone else's order to her and only want to refund me 14 dollars, this is the second time I used them and each time they have delivered incorrect order. I understand a substitution of flowers but when you're reading a card for sympathy and it says, " thanks for having me I can't wait to visit again " and some random person's name it kind of removed the special moment”

“I wish that I could give this zero stars. I sent a plant to a friend and it arrived with half of the dirt missing and every leaf broken. When I reached out to the customer service, they were INCREDIBLE rude. They asked for pictures so I sent pictures. They ghosted me and ended the chat. I sent an email to the higher ups and they are giving me the run-around. I just want my money back and to be done with them I will NEVER use this company again. These people are unprofessional and rude.”

“I ordered flowers for my father’s funeral (cremation flowers the urn was supposed to be displayed with) and paid extra to have them sent before noon. They never arrived and when I called they offered 20% off with next day delivery…… umm what should I do ask the funeral to be delayed????? What company could be so irresponsible!!! I would highly recommend to use a different company.”

“If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Never order from youflowers unless you are willing to waste your time and money. I have given them many chances as they seem like a convenient option, yet twice now my flowers simply weren’t delivered! The ones that were delivered didn’t even match the description and looked like they picked some weeds from a dried out back yard. They only refund you a small percentage of your order, even when the flowers weren’t even delivered!!!! They have no proof of delivery and their customer service is absolutely atrocious.”

“Very disappointed with the delivery service and product quality. The message card was so small that they abbreviated a 1 line message. The card was attached upside down. Delivery driver did not care to get to the door and left the flowers in the sun on the steps. Highly dissatisfied and will not order from them again. They gave 30% discount when I called to complain about the delivery and product. The flowers were half the size of what I ordered and not even the same flowers. Save your money and don't order with them.”

“My wife and I are experiencing turbulent times. Today was our anniversary and I ordered flowers, paying the extra fee to have them delivered in the morning. They were not delivered in the morning or ever. This could be the last straw for my marriage, as we are already living apart. Do yourself a favor and order through a more reliable business. I am heartbroken.”

“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The arrangement I ordered was not even close to what was delivered. This happened before but I gave them another chance. Big mistake! Their response was to give me 30%off. Not good enough fur embarrassing me with a substandard arrangement.”

“Terrible flowers. Ordered a bouquet through IDme.com because they support veterans. Got the flowers wilted and sorely lacking the $75 price tag with delivery. Called customer service and they offered a replacement. Second bouquet was delivered within 20 hrs of the first bouquet. The flowers were wilted just as bad. The first bouquet was already half dead. The two bouquets together equaled a 14.99 bouquet from the local grocery store with 1/3 the value of the grocery store bouquet. Thanks for your lack luster customer service on both ends of the transaction. I got a 15 refund which covered the delivery charge. So in retrospect, I paid $60 for a 7.99 bouquet and vase. Not to mention the embarrassment and the cost of the grocery store flowers to try to save face.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is terrible. I ordered $200 worth of flower arrangements for a funeral which would take place in 2 days, paid for guaranteed delivery before noon on the day of service. Never received the flowers, called at 11:40 to request ETA, they were not able to give me a time & just stated driver is in route. Needless to say, I never received the flower arrangements. Called to request a refund after the service, they only partially refunded my money. Called a week later & requested remainder amount and they gave me the run around trying to say I only canceled one order even though I ordered them both together, paid for it together & both flower arrangements have the same reference number. They tried to play word games & only wanted to offer a flower arrangement to be sent to a new address if I’d like. I specifically purchased these flowers for a funeral & they did not deliver! I would never ever in life use them again & I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either!”

“I ordered flowers and paid for a priority fee knowing that no one was going to be home in the evening. I called after the 4 hours was up and was given the refund for the priority fee and was told that the flowers would be here within an hour. It's now almost 2 hours and no one is going to be home to receive them not that I think they're actually coming anyway. But way to ruin a celebration. I do not think that I will be ordering again”

“I had a sick friend and sent them flowers to be delivered on 6/20. They sent me delivery confirmation when they order was not delivered. They ended up not delivering it that day and delivered the order late on 6/21. They ended up delivering the wrong flowers. They sent flowers that were less expensive than the ones I had ordered. Please keep in mind that I called them twice on 6/20 to check on the flowers, twice on 6/21. After they sent the incorrect flowers, they attempted to send the correct flowers and they did not end up sending the correct bouquet. They ended up reimbursing me nearly half my order but still ended up getting it wrong. I will stick to the FTD and 1-800-Flowers next time. This is ridiculous.”

“Ordered a peace lily for my niece's mother-in-laws funeral but never got it. Now I'm waiting for my refund. Hope I get it but should have read reviews about them. This is my first & last time with this company.”
