“Flowers were two days late arriving for a birthday and what arrived is nothing like what I ordered. Paid extra to have next day delivery. The service charge for next day delivery was refunded, but that still doesn’t make a little girl happy on her birthday.”

“Horrible! I will never use this service again! I bought flowers for a friend whose daughter passed away, they showed a day late and had started browning! Looks nothing like what she was supposed to get!”

“I placed an order for a candy basket to be delivered to my grandson who is in Las Vegas on a vacation for his birthday. After waiting most of the day, I got an email stating that the basket was delivered to the hotel. I called the hotel and no basket had arrived. Why did I get an email stating it was delivered when it wasn’t? I did call and And received an email saying that my purchase was refunded but to wait three days this is unexcusable!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!”

“What I got is nothing compared with what I order! My mom likes purple flowers and they did not add any. The flowers I order were beautiful mostly purple what they deliver was small and kind of ugly, no purple flowers at all, I will never order from this web page again! Very disappointed!! I spend 100 dollars, 100 in the trash.”

“Terrible company. I ordered from them on 7/17 to have a delivery on 7/18. I called 3 times throughout the day to check on my order and each time they said it would be delivered by 6pm. 6pm comes and my order hasn’t even been made and they offered to deliver the next day. Completely unacceptable since this was a surprise birthday gift . I cancelled my order because there is no way I would trust them to deliver anything for me again. I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered. This company sucks.”

“It's always the same problem. You order premium and the florist you choose to do the work is totally shabby and never look like the advertisement. Flowers are never full ALWAYS look like they ran out of flowers. So sad because I have been using from you flowers for years always being optimistic and get the same results. How stupid of me to keep trusting.”

“First, they sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered, but I hadn’t received them. The customer service agent on the phone told me he couldn’t issue a refund or a replacement before 6pm - they did show up 2 hours later. But what I got is not even close to the double upgraded “premium” arrangement I ordered. $89 for 3 lilies and some junk filler is an outrageous rip-off. When I complained, they did offer a 30% refund - which is inadequate. Do yourself a favor: don’t place an order with FromYouFlowers.”

“VERY, VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED 😢 found this place while strolling through google looking for arrangements for my father in law’s funeral. Ended up ordering a standing spread and a smaller floor arrangement” walked in the church looking for them both, the floor arrangement was good… but when I noticed the standing spread my heart DROPPED!!!! After spending almost $300 paying extra for DELUXE “ this is what was delivered ⬇️see pictures below ⬇️ and was only given 20% of my money back 😡NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! O… no pictures because the site won’t allow me to upload them 😡it keeps saying it can’t upload the file 🤷🏾‍♀️HOW CONVENIENT ‼️VERY DISAPPOINTING”

“I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary 10 days in advance. On the day no delivery had been made. Contacted customer service multiple times at around 6pm asking where the order was, they were unable to give an answer and kept saying they would email me with more information. No such email came. By 7pm I demanded a full refund and once again had to fight with customer service to get it. Appalling experience that ended up ruining an anniversary. DO NOT USE.”

“Placed 2 separate orders for same day delivery with expedited service. I got an email saying they would be delivered by 6pm and refunded me the expedited service. An hr later got another email saying the florist didn’t have the flowers so I had to cancel that order. 3 hrs later I got an email saying the second order was delivered but it never was. They offered discounts but I said they could keep them. Will never use them again for flowers. Awful first time customer experience!”

“The flowers arrived in a box with the flower stems in a jar without any moist packing which is the standard. 24 roses with about 6 that were brownish and never opened. I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.”

“Paid for guaranteed delivery by noon. It's after 2 pm and they still aren't there. They said they will be there as soon as possible today. Don't use the word "guarantee" unless you're going to follow through with that definition. I hope the person receiving the flowers is there whenever they show up. Terroble service.”
