The company that tried to deliver my flowers LIED and didn't attempt to deliver the flowers to my friend for her birthday! She was home. The customer service rep was unhelpful and condescending. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars… Wow…. I spent $140 on roses for my fiancés birthday that immediately went into the trash can as soon as the box arrived and was opened. Last minute I went to a local florist and spent another $200 on another 50 roses that actually looked and smelled good. with all that you refunded me 20%…?!!? That’s hardly what the shipping cost was alone. This is the second bad experience I have had with “from you flowers”, the first time I did not even complain, I figured it was a simple mistake, I figured that I would give ”for you flowers” another shot, just for this to happen... I’m not sure what florist you say these came from but they were delivered by UPS in a box left on the door step. Upside down in a damaged box nonetheless. For what it is worth, I will NEVER be ordering from “from you flowers” again and I WILL be leaving a review on your website and everywhere else that I can so that no one else will waste their time money on a gift they cannot give. sincerely, A very disappointed customer

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday with delivery scheduled for July 9. I was contacted on July 9 and told via email that the flowers could not be delivered until the next day and I would receive a $3.17 refund. On July 10, I contacted them when the flowers were still not received. I was told they would arrive that day. At the end of the day on July 10, I was emailed and offered a 10% credit on a future purchase because they could not deliver until July 11. I asked to cancel the order and expect a full refund. Do not ever purchase from this company. Total fraud. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I made order day befor.they said it would be to my wife jib on her birthday july 9. They never showed up.i had to call and they said oh the florist backed out at last min. Offered discount to send next day.bit next day was not her bday.still waiting for refund.dont waste time/ money

Do not buy from this company. I ordered for delivery on my anniversary. Paid the extra shipping fee. At 4pm I received an email that it would not be delivered. They offered to deliver the next day. I call and told them to cancel and refund the entire order immediately. They pushed back a bit and then finally agreed, but said ti would take 1-3 days. They offered no explanation when I asked why they waited until I could no longer order form someplace else.

A friend has sent me two succulent arrangements in the last year. They originally looked nice; however, both of them died not long after receipt. I made it a point not to overwater and only gave them a couple teaspoons once a week. So sad.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. My brother passed and I ordered 2 standing sprays to be delivered the day before just to ensure we got them on time. The first contractor canceled stating she did not have a delivery driver. Then customer service called and went over the order again. Never received the sprays on delivery date. Called them the morning if funeral at 8:15 am. They ensured me they would be there by 10:00 am. Received a call at 10:00 stating they could not deliver on time and would deliver to the residence with a 20% discount. I had to REALLY push for a full refund because who needs funeral sprays AFTER the funeral!

The flowers I sent for my daughter's 18th birthday never made it and I missed that opportunity, I was offered a 20% discount on a product never received and had to push for a full refund...still, missed a one-time opportunity, very disappointing

Awful service. Paid for express delivery and they never came. Said it was delivered but nothing was received. Customer service won’t give me a refund after they missed the event. Horrible company.

Paid $14.00 for shipping plus an additional $5.85 for express same day service - I placed the order at 9:45a and after receiving a confirmation that the flowers were delivered at 2:40p and (2) phone calls to From you Flowers the flowers were finally delivered at 6:35p

If I give ZERO STARS I would. Ordered through them twice. First time they were late and had to stay on phone to ever get them and they were nothing like the pictures. They were just anytime flowers so I let it go. I thought I would try one more time. These flowers were for a FUNERAL. Ordered & paid for them and several hours later I get a call saying they couldn't deliver on time and wanted to know if they could send to a home address at a later time!?! Flowers for a funeral!! Then kept trying to discount them. This place is a joke and way overpriced. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Not only they delivered on E of the two orders the wrong day. They sent whatever they had in stock, not what I paid for!

The assistant that has worked for me for over a decade retired (and last day) on July 3. A week prior I selected their best bouquet, and set the delivery date for, July 3rd. After Midnight I received an email from them informing me the didn't deliver, because they "couldn't find a florist." They'll deliver on 7/5, if "that's ok?" This isn't the first time they have done this to me. I assure you, it's their last. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, RUINED ON OF LIFE'S most precious moments, failed all the way around, and the sub-par service and lack of resolution, worst "business" on the internet.

Ordered flowers this morning for a cancer survivor. Got notification late this afternoon that they were not going to be delivered even though I paid extra. I called for a refund and they wanted to send them in two days. I said no. They wanted to stand them tomorrow, even though I told them the recipient would not be home. I said no. I had to DEMAND my money back from them. Finally got it because I paid with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terrible,I ordered from them and the flowers came dead with no water in vase. Was Packaged cheaply. Will never order from them again. Need to shut this place down permanently

Don't order from them. My stuff never got delivered when it stated that it did. I called ...they said they would redeliver them..but the person was already released from the hospital. I wanted my money back and they wouldn't refund the money. They said they would have them delivered to another address. So now they are being shipped to my home and now I have to deliver them to the person at their home.. It cost me 60.00 for 5 balloons. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday Sunday around 2pm to arrive Monday before noon. I paid for expedited delivery just so they would be sure to arrive before noon. It didn’t. I fist spoke with a customer support rep a little after noon. She mentioned she would refund my expedited delivery fee and that she can’t tell me when my arrangement will arrive but that she will message the delivery driver to get it to me asap. Around 3pm I reached out to chat support who transferred me to a supervisor named Kyle. Kyle kept apologizing and offering a discount whilst still had no idea where in route my arrangement was. I asked him for an ETA and he responded with “we can’t provide an exact time but our delivery for residents is between 9-6. So not only was it not delivered by noon, not there is a chance I won’t get it until 6pm. Kyle then mentioned he wanted to call me and call the floral shop at the same time to check the status of the arrangement. I responded “you haven’t called the shop yet???”. That sent me into a rage. How is my arrangement this far behind and you haven’t contacted the shop yet? Finally when our day is over around 4:30 my arrangement was delivered. Finally, relief. When we arrive home, the arrangement was not what was purchased. I received a smaller version of the arrangement and much more greenery opposed to the very prominent yellow flowers. In the picture I wanted there was 6 roses opposed to the 3 I received. All in all, I am not happy with my experience with this company and will not go with them next time.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order 2 weeks before to be scheduled for my partner’s birthday and they were meant for a surprise. His birthday has passed now and still no delivery. Also, I am let down by this company sending me an email, claiming that the delivery was attempted. This is false information as the recipient knew about the delivery and has been waiting at the address all day. Therefore this is a false claim as the flowers were never attempted to be delivered. This is unacceptable and the lack of communication from this company is terrible customer service. They have issued me a refund but still ruined a surprise by their terrible service! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
