They delivered wrong flowers (cheap ones) which were welted and delivered from a Hy-Vee grocery store. Was really disappointed and embarrassed with it. Here's a pic what I ordered and a pic of what I got.

You shipped fresh flowers to an area with 120 degree temperatures! You Did Not include the card that expressed the senders sentiments!! I had to call to find who sent them! Bad 👎

I ordered a deluxe bouquet thinking my recipient was going to receive the beautiful flowers I saw online as advertised… NOPE, not even close. They were pathetic. Don’t advertise what you can’t sell! I wish o could get my pics to upload. I could have bought a prettier bouquet from Walmart!

I ordered flowers for my sister on her 77th birthday. She is in a rehab center for seizures and stroke. These idiots never delivered the flowers not even close to being on time. What kind of business is this? I am thoroughly disgusted with their operation. Take my advice, don't ever ever order from these nonprofessional individual s. Waste of time.

Appalling and Embarrassing Experience! This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all. To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. Instead of being able to grieve, my family had to deal with this issue, urging me not to accept such poor service. It’s awful to think that I will forever be associated with these terrible flowers at such a significant time. The company did refund my order in full and insisted on sending a 3rd arrangement. While I appreciated the refund and the suggestion to send another arrangement, I begged the supervisor I spoke with on the phone to communicate with the new florist, stressing that their arrangement needed to be truly remarkable to rectify this fiasco. Otherwise, sending another replacement that didn’t far exceed the previous poor deliveries would be pointless, and I would prefer to just accept the refund instead. However, the florist-designed arrangement did nothing to restore the situation or alleviate my embarrassment. The family sent me a picture of the bouquet, and while it was decent and an improvement, it lacked the elegance and sophistication I had originally paid for and did not reflect the price I paid.

I ordered flowers and paid for the guaranteed on time delivery. They did not show up and I was not even contacted to let me know that they had rescheduled for 2 days later. Put me in a very bad situation. Do not buy from this company!

I picked a beautiful flower arrangement for my Granddaughter who was in the hospital She received an ugly arrangement I was embarrassed by this and had to apologize I sent her the picture of what she was supposed to get. The company gave my a $20 discount. I'm still out by about $50 See pictures 1st is what was recieved 2nd What I picked online

Absolute trash company. This POS company called me the day before my daughter in laws funeral arrangement was to be delivered. All they they gave were excuses. I ordered on Sunday they called at noon Thursday saying the best they could do was 3 days later and tried to blame me.. Really? Buyer beware do not use the trash ass company....

Paid for express and same day. Waited almost all day they send email can't do express, then i wait no happy but oh well. I check status and they change my delivery date. No phone call or anything. What a waste of time but i do know who not to use for flowers. Really ruined my surprise.

Order was delivered 3 days AFTER the original order date. I had to chase up with customer service twice before delivery was made. As my friend had not acknowledged receipt of the flowers on the requested date, I had to ask each day if she'd recvd them, this took away the whole 'surprise' of the flowers. Going forward, I will not use this company again but will order direct from a local florist.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Before ordering I wanted to check with them if they will deliver to specific address. The person on the chat just sent me generic message. So I went ahead and bought the flowers, paid extra for morning delivery on Sunday. Then I get email much later to say that they can't deliver on Sunday but they will on Monday. So I emailed them back instructions just in case nobody is at home. Once again, I got email much later to say that they can't deliver as they don't have florist close to delivery address. I asked for refund. The worse part is that now we missed Birthday surprise for our family member. It was too late to try to order from someone else as her Birthday passed. If you want your flowers NOT to be delivered, this is the company to order from. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered flowers for my mom and asked for delivery of 7/20. Got email at end of day they couldn’t make the delivery and offered to deliver on Monday..I agreed. Monday came and no delivery and again another email at the end of the day stating delivery cannot be made. Called and asked for a full refund as this is 2x they could not deliver as promised

They did not write down correct name, or email address even though I spelled everything. Did not get order correct including the card. They called 3 times and still order was wrong. They would not transfer me to a supervisor. DO NOT ORDER FROM them

Ordered premium and paid extra for delivery. When received the arrangement I could not even recognize it. It’s totally different and ugly. It looks like they just throw flowers in the vase and not even the flowers that I ordered. Please think twice before you order from this company.

HORRIBLE customer Service. Ordered on Thursday to be sent on Friday for a birthday. Kept getting emails saying it was going to be pushed back. Called customer service and it sounded like no one cared. So dissatisfied. Ended up calling for a full refund.

Not too happy with my order… I ordered these on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery to surprise my fiancé at work as she’s been having a rough couple weeks. The order never made it Friday so I called and got it rescheduled too today (Saturday) at home. The flowers came and they weren’t even close to the photos of the flowers I ordered. She’s still loves the flowers, but the ones I ordered, I had ordered for a reason. They offered 20% back but what I wanted was the flowers I purchased for her. Won’t be using again.
