“i paid premium to have flowers delivered in the a.m. for anniversary. The next day they said they couldn't deliver until afternoon and would refund the premium. They totally messed it up and asked if they could instead deliver the next day. Avoid this company like the plague.”

“It's a shame I can't rate them a 0, because if I could, I absolutely would. The initial payment was easy enough, but good luck with processing or cancellation—it's practically impossible. Their cancellation policies are utterly ridiculous.”

“I tried to send flowers to a sick friend and they notified me at the end of the day they couldn’t deliver and would the following day. End of next day and no flowers delivered! Called and finally told me what I ordered was out of stock! No notification or call to replace with different arrangement. Very disappointed and I will never use them again!!”

“Ordered flowers for my dying ex-wife. What I ordered, and what I received, was two completely different things. The replacement was worse than the original. The florist was in Tulsa. The company called it unfortunate. I call it bait and switch. I think that's a felony. If you are reading this, believe me when I tell you you do not want to use these people. You can't even understand a word they're saying because they are all from a different country.”

“Ordered flowers for a family friend whose mother died. Wish I had check reviews here before buying. It looked nothing like pic and cost me $80! Look at pics! They need to replace it or give me a refund! So disappointing.”

“My mom’s birthday was yesterday. They were supposed to deliver her flowers before 12 PM. She didn’t get anything I am heartbroken. This is the worst flower delivery service in history.”

“Sympathy Flowers that I ordered were NOT what was delivered and instead of physically handing the flowers to someone, they were left outside in the HOT HEAT all day, while the family was at the service. Absolute waste of my time and money! I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order I will never order flowers from here again nor recommend them to anyone. Such a disappointing experience.”

“i ordered flowers to be delivered on sunday, august 11th, and they never arrived. i called twice asking where the flowers were and they said they couldn’t get in touch with the florist and they would give me a refund. I didnt want a refund, i wanted my flowers delivered.”

“They've always been an okay service. My last experience the vase had a total of 8 flowers *literally counted* even though was to be way more. They were to pink *mainly * and purple. There were only 3 pink roses no purple. The presentation was horrible. Will be finding a new flower shop.”

“I ordered on August 7 for delivery on August 8. The same story as others: "Can't deliver until tomorrow." Finally, on the 10th, I got an email that they can only deliver to an alternate address. I'm still confused about this. My sister only has one address. Am I to pick a random address, and some lucky, unrelated person receives 60 dollars in flowers (a tiny bouquet)? The birthday is the 10th. I don't want flowers on the 12th. Either way, it's a nightmare of a company. I received a refund minus a couple of dollars, which is also a mystery. Really bad. DON'T DO IT. I ended up using Instacart and getting a tacky bouquet from Sam's Club for half the cost.”

“I paid $60 for delivery of yellow roses, 10 white daisies, and white lillies as pictured for my daughter's birthday. Not what was delivered at all. Not 1 daisy in the arrangement! Wrong color roses and lillies. They issued a $13 refund. Buyer beware.”

“Awful. I paid for expedited service and same day service and they ended up shipping the flowers through ups and won’t arrive the same day. I now have to wait 4 days for same day delivery fee. And they are being shipped!!! No one told me they would have to ship. Don’t trust them! They lie and take your money”

“Paid extra to have the arrangements delivered by noon. It’s currently 6pm and they haven’t received the flowers. I’ve called in 3 times already to follow up and I’m just received by an apology and that they will be there shortly. Very annoyed.”

“I sent my best friend flowers,she received them today. When she got them 2 dozen pink roses they were brown around the edges and petals falling off. I was embarrassed plus I paid 89.00 for them to look like the flower section at walmart the day after valentines day. They offered to give me 30% back money wasn't the issue. I needed them to send the flowers that was posted on their page for sell the pretty ones. Not the junk ones. My friend just went thru a traumatic time in her life I needed beautiful flowers. Soo my point is if u want beautiful flowers don't order From You Flowers.”
