Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. After, a local flower shop called my wife (not me). Then they texted my wife (not me) asking for me to call. The flower shop rep did hardly spoke English. They told me they could not complete my order for the price that I paid through Fromyouflowers.com and demanded more money. I told the flower shop not to complete the order. I then contacted Fromyouflowers. The service rep told me the flower shop was not supposed to contact me directly and was supposed to contact Fromyouflowers. I asked to cancel the order, but they ensured me that they would use another vendor and the order would be completed as requested. I allowed them to redeem themselves and begrudgingly accepted. The next flower shop again texted my wife (not me). Not that it mattered because the surprise had already been ruined to begin with. The flowers arrived and I was less than impressed. I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought better flowers at a way cheaper price. I will NEVER use Fromyouflowers again. Horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. You can choose to upgrade your arrangements and they will charge you the upgrade fee, but the bouquet received will be less than the standard arrangement. They do not deliver on time. Do not used this company. Unbelievably terrible!!

0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered online, paid for 4 hour delivery. called to verify the order. It was confirmed through email with confirmation number and verbally via phonecall. Flowers were never delivered. Called customer service and they were rude and completely unhelpful. They told us they didnt have the bouqet we ordered in stock so nothing was sent to our recipient and no notification was given to US. Shop local, this place isnt worth it what youre “saving”

Terrible customer service and product. The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the bouquet I purchased. When I contacted customer service over and over, I received the same standard response from them without any sort of resolution. Do not use this company.

absolutely terrible company. such a scam. paid over $60 for a large bouquet with expedited 4 hour same-day delivery. six hours after ordering I still had not gotten an update. called customer service and the person on the phone assured me they would be delivered by 6pm. 6pm rolls around and still no flowers. I even waited another hour before reaching out to their 24/7 chat help service. they told me they would have to contact the florists the next day as they were closed by then. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY. it was beyond frustrating and I ended up canceling my order and requesting a full refund. used UberEats to get flowers from safeway instead. cheaper, easier, and much faster.

The worst flower delivery company. I paid extra for next day delivery. Flowers did not arrive. I complained and received the next day delivery refund. Flowers still did not arrive a day later. The next day flowers still did not arrive and I called to cancel the order. I did receive a full refund. What a horrible ordeal to endure at the time of a family member's death.

If I can give them a minus for service expectations I would. I ordered bd flowers for my best friend & was paying extra for next day delivery. Received my email saying will be delivered next day. Luckily I checked in the afternoon & saw that it wasn't going to be delivered till Monday. My friend lives in Florida where it's 90 degrees & nobody would have been there if left at the door. It says all over their website & order form same day/ next day delivery. I called customer service but no help. They did refund the full amount but now I'm stuck & can't get flowers delivered, very disappointed.

I spent $64.00 on flowers yesterday/Friday to be sent to an 80 year old friend at a nursing home. The flowers were never delivered, and I was not contacted. Now it's too late to send flowers because it's Saturday, and the florists are closed. This woman is a stroke victim who is now in isolation. I trusted this company to deliver on time. How sad and disappointing.

Worst experience!! My delivery was a disaster I got the wrong base , flowers were dead and dried I will never order again from this place I’m very disappointed first and last time 😞

Twice in a row now, I’ve placed an order for expedited same day delivery, where they promise delivery within 4 hours. And twice they’ve failed to deliver at all. I called them today 8 hours delivery was to have been made—they said oh…we did not deliver. I asked for a full refund and they said their policy is to only give a 20% discount on the next order. WTF??? I told them they’d better refund my card asap and that I’d better get it in the next 2 days max or I’ll be reporting them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS.

This is the worst company in ordering flowers, because they don't make the delivery on time and when you try to cancel your order and ask for a refund they don't answer your emails or phone calls.

Horrible service. Flowers were not delivered on the date. I made an order 1 week before the date and they never got delivered. After speaking with them they said they couldn't deliver until a week later. Never again

My significant other was having a horrible day and I wanted to make it a special day. I then placed an order through this agency. Not only was there several charges for delivery, it wasn't delivered as agreed upon. I paid additional to have it expedited within 4 hrs. 30 minutes prior to the 4hr mark I'm notified they won't be delivering the flowers as previously stated. If I would have known I would have went with another agency so that it was done appropriately. When notified all I get is I will refund the expedited charge. Thanks you missed the window in which I was looking for. Now it's just an all out headache and caused significant stress. Will not be using nor do I recommend this agency. Your better off going to the florist and doing it yourself.

Very rude and unprofessional company. I placed a order for my wife for our anniversary, also paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive before noon. That did not happen and not even a notification of a delay. I will never use this company again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SCAMMING ASS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING!!!! I CALLED FOR A REFUND AND THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!! REPORT THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

I was really excited to send my daughter flowers & found the prices lower than most. However, they advertised a 20% off entire store sale - which was even better. I also had a coupon for free shipping. When I went to check out - it showed the discounts - then after I put my order through - the discounts were taken off. The "chat" lady said that only 1 coupon could be applied - which I did. They were using the "20% off entire store" as a coupon - but did not state this. False advertising and crappy service. I will unfortunately not use this site again.

They just didn’t fill my $145+ fee(s) order. They took my money, they didn’t get the flowers sent and didn’t call or email, just took the money and ran. I called after finding out there was NO delivery at all and they said they were “so sorry” and that they’d fix it. The next day I called again and guess what, same story with yet another guarantee and said it would be delivered by 6pm. At 6:15 I called for a refund as my mother (who had passed her birthday by 2 days) isn’t speaking to me now because it sounds completely moronic and they say they refunded me. I’m still waiting for that. THEY LIE, THE WHOLE TIME THEY LIED! Please do not spend your money there, they have zero customer service who either care or do their jobs properly, the owner should find work where they are better qualified, maybe a mental institution would be a better fit for this crazy load of BS.
