Very rude and unprofessional company. I placed a order for my wife for our anniversary, also paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive before noon. That did not happen and not even a notification of a delay. I will never use this company again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SCAMMING ASS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING!!!! I CALLED FOR A REFUND AND THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!! REPORT THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

I was really excited to send my daughter flowers & found the prices lower than most. However, they advertised a 20% off entire store sale - which was even better. I also had a coupon for free shipping. When I went to check out - it showed the discounts - then after I put my order through - the discounts were taken off. The "chat" lady said that only 1 coupon could be applied - which I did. They were using the "20% off entire store" as a coupon - but did not state this. False advertising and crappy service. I will unfortunately not use this site again.

They just didn’t fill my $145+ fee(s) order. They took my money, they didn’t get the flowers sent and didn’t call or email, just took the money and ran. I called after finding out there was NO delivery at all and they said they were “so sorry” and that they’d fix it. The next day I called again and guess what, same story with yet another guarantee and said it would be delivered by 6pm. At 6:15 I called for a refund as my mother (who had passed her birthday by 2 days) isn’t speaking to me now because it sounds completely moronic and they say they refunded me. I’m still waiting for that. THEY LIE, THE WHOLE TIME THEY LIED! Please do not spend your money there, they have zero customer service who either care or do their jobs properly, the owner should find work where they are better qualified, maybe a mental institution would be a better fit for this crazy load of BS.

Worst experience ever. Was trying to surprise my spouse 2 days later no basket. I got an email promising me it will be delivered, nope. Then had the nerve to tell me they will refund me half and delivery on the 4th day. Please give me my money back. Never have to worry about me spending my money with them again!!!!

I am SORRY to say this company has made bad choices on vendors to supply what is advertised in their website as one thing but u receive another my Mother is Elderly lives alone I am out of state her 70th BIRTHDAY was very precious important to me and my family NOT only did my mom receive something RIDICULOUS they also left out part of the order charged me for express delivery flowers delivered were NOTHING like the website I was charged $16.99 for delivery $2.99 for express and the flowers themselves were almost $100 total I spent $112 I ordered a garden style arrangement in a basket my mom received flowers in a mini office desk trash can no BALLOONS I was charged $6.00 per balloon and got NONE so HORRIBLE

Do not spend money here. Only gave 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Ordered a funeral arrangement. Paid for am delivery. Put the time of the service on Saturday. Service was at 9am and delivered after 3pm. They gave me a coupon for my next order. I wasnt happy but needed to order another for a funeral service the next Wednesday at 11. Thought to myself they cant mess it up twice. Again I paid extra for am delivery. Was not delivered until nearly 6pm. Reached out to them again and they wanted to send the same arrangement directly to their house oooor call them to apologize and let them know that I did send them an arrangement. I said is this a joke to you? These were 2 employees of mine. One of which lost a younger sister and the other a mother. I still do not know if they even got them as I dont feel as if it is an appropriate time to ask. I demanded a refund and let them know they would never get another order from me or anyone I know.

Well, they got a star because it is the only way I could write a review. This has to be the WORST, most INCOMPETENT company I have dealt with. I was thrilled to have found a company that could deliver tulips which is what I needed for my boss' wife. The rep was no nice. I should've known. The email stated they were delivered and they were not. They promised they would be the next day. The following day, guess what? NO FLOWERS. They stated they tried calling me to ask me, what color tulips I wanted. Which they did not, the lying fools. When in fact I ordered a colorful bouquet. They were about to attempt a third delivery, when I said cancel and refund. That took 90 minutes and I was on the phone awaiting the "cancellation email", that never arrived. I was on the phone with JENNY the supervisor, who I advised she should go work for a real company. I was so disappointed with this experience. In essence FROM YOUR FLOWERS is a JOKE, they are LIARS and THIEVES. Please BEWARE. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

Nothing I say can be any worse than what many others are saying. Guess I should have checked reviews before ordering from them for the first time. Not only were they a day late, but they sent me a confirmation they had been delivered when they had not. Then when they were finally delivered the next morning, missing my sister's birthday, today, 5 DAYS later, I received a resolution to my complaint STILL claiming they were delivered on the correct day! Not only that, they claim 24/7 service. Yeah, if you want to talk to a clearly overseas call center who doesn't even know what time zone your delivery is in and you still have to wait until the shop opens the next day. I would not even give then 1 star! DO NOT use this service! Oh, and I not only contacted then twice by phone, but by email and chat as well!

Birthday happen once a year but this flower provider failed miserably. Tracking my order says is was delivered but we never received anything. I'm very disappointed with this company. First time to order from them. I will never order again and I will tell my friends not to order as well. -100 stars

Did not receive the flowers I ordered. Super disappointed with the amount of flowers i received. I paid extra for the “premium” ones and received the smaller version. And flowers did not even match the photo. Super upset.

I received two orders of flowers and both arrived dead… One arrived five days ago and the second one arrived just this afternoon. I do not want yet a third delivery of dead flowers. I tried to explain to customer service that when you deliver to Arizona they cannot sit in a UPS truck all day, that any flowers are going to die under those conditions. I will not be using from yourflowers.com additionally… I am attempting to include a photo, but it is not allowing me to do so. FRUSTRATING

I can barely given them 1 star. Ordered DELUXE... See Pic of what I ordered, vs what was received!!! Called to complain and tried to send them what was ACTUALLY DELIVERED, wouldn't accept an email or any pictures. Offered, 20% credit toward next order- and 10% refund...then she got manager, and SAID 50% refund, but wasn't even that! They apparently can't do math either! I WAS EMBARRASSED THAT WAS DELIVERED TO MY FRIEND ON HER BIRTHDAY!! Looked at website- apparently that 20% 'credit' supposedly to alleviate my frustration- is being offered statewide to everybody! Don't trust!!

Horrible decision to order from this place ordered an arrangement from them and they offered 20% off smh but its not 20 % off the order tho then got them up to 50 % and they said 27.19 will be received back on my card. So is 27.19 a 50% refund on a 75 dollar order???? Pretty sad it's a scam for sure

It's a scam!!! Order wasn't delivered, and there's no confirmation from them. I was the one who emailed them to ask for the delivery status but answers were all the same, apologizing and telling me that they will check with the florist. I ordered flowers for my friend's 50th birthday as a surprise but I was the one who got surprised with the bad service I got. Full refund was not enough compensation for something you thought will be a special gift for a loved one but it was all ruined!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery, received an email they would not he delivered until the following day. Later I received another email that they had to change the arrangement because the florist didn't have those flowers available. So they were a day late and a different arrangement than I ordered....

I only gave one star because that the only option I have but this place needs to close down I paid almost 80 bucks for some flowers to be shipped to my love one at a funeral home and first of all the flowers look nothing like what I was played into buying then they delivered and never communicated that the funeral home received them until I called plus I order the premium choice and that is absolutely what I didn't get please keep your money go else where
