“I ordered roses, asked them to be delivered on Tuesday, paid $70.00 for this order. They sent a tracking number, I tracked the order, it left around 5:00 a.m. Monday, Tracking said it would be delivered by 7 pm Tuesday, which made me think the condition they would be in by time they arrived. Called the company when order hadn't arrived, the call was routed in another country. They told me I could track it. I had already told them I had done that, which wasn't helping the delivery. He told me they would be delivered on Wednesday by 7 pm. I explained they were supposed to be delivered by Tuesday and I was quite sure they had to be in poor condition by Tuesday. Well they arrived on Wednesday DEAD! If you moved them the petals fell off several at a time.”

“I wish I could give a -5 review! The fact that they're still in business is shocking to me. The customer service is non existent. They clearly don't care about providing a service or even having integrity. They make promises with no intention of delivering on them. It took FOUR DAYS to have my arrangement delivered (it was supposed to be a same day delivery). On the 4th day, they said they couldn't provide the same arrangement but would make a substitution. The arrangement looked like it was put together with flowers from Walmart. When I complained they gave me a complimentary delivery. The complimentary delivery still hasn't shown up (FIVE DAYS LATER). I suggest calling ANY OTHER florist but this one.”

“I will never again purchase anything from this website. I paid over 70.00 for flowers and a custom vase for my sister’s birthday who lives across the US from me. I wanted it to be special. The flowers received were nothing like the picture, nor worth the money. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Next time I will purchase from a local flower shop.”

“I ordered 282 called the rainbow bouquet for her friends viewing. She had the most beautiful personality and I wanted a colorful gorgeous bouquet. What was sent was a very muted doll arrangement that was half the width of the picture of the version that I ordered. It looked more like a $50 arrangement than $100 arrangement, I was disappointed and embarrassed. He did not want to be tacky and take a picture of flowers at a funeral viewing, but I wish I had taken a picture. I just tried the chat function on The from you flowers.com site to express my dissatisfaction but it didn’t work.”

“If I could give them a 0 I would. My mom passed away. My sister used this site before so we ordered three orders from them to be delivered the day before the early morning service. At 5:00 we called the funeral home. NO FLOWERS. From You Flowers had no idea because the contracted florist wasn’t answering the phone. We had to scramble looking for flowers for a 9 am service the next morning. My advice is to Use a local florist because that’s who helped us. The next morning one of the sprays showed up. It looked like it was in a hot car all day and night. It was terrible and I paid over $200 for it. They did refund our money, but if it wasn’t for a local florist we would have had no flowers from her children. They are terrible.”

“I ordered my niece flowers for her birthday. I had delivery set up for the day before her birthday. She got a call on Saturday the florist was too busy to deliver and would bring Monday. After her birthday. I was never notified, so that possibly I could purchase elsewhere. Offered 20% off flowers, not delivery or other fees. Big deal, the purpose was to get to my niece for her Birthday, not two days later. Never again!”

“I had made an order to have a very nice Bouquet of flowers sent to my girlfriend‘s mother‘s funeral. The service was between 9 and 11 AM. Asked to have the flowers there by nine. That was the last thing I said when I made this order, unfortunately, the flowers never came. I would never use this service ever again, very embarrassing!”

“From your flower sucks! The customer service is terrible. They never deliver what you order if they deliver it at all. Bottom line they suck. I can’t give it a low enough rating. They’ve screwed up every order I’ve ever placed with them. Don’t use them. Don’t waste your time.”

“Email I sent in to their customer support. Good evening, I recently ordered flowers online and my order number was #430038557. I paid a total of $84.56. WIth a discount that I applied to the order. This being my first time ordering from this website I was a bit skeptical of the whole process. I looked on the website and specifically requested that I chose the highest quality selection I could from the Southern Peach Bouquet arrangement. I paid more to get the biggest arrangement because it was for a special occasion. The picture of the arrangement that was given as the example of the arrangement was what I expected to get delivered. I was very disappointed by the arrangement that was delivered. For this being the best arrangement (and most expensive) out of the Southern Peach Bouquet options I expected a lot better than what was delivered. I am very disappointed and after this experience, I will most likely turn to a different vendor for flowers next time. I was very excited to try this website for my flower delivery and have been very disappointed. I did not expect to receive a pile of flowers thrown into a vase with no intentionality of how they were arranged. Not to mention I also paid extra for the Expedited Delivery Fee which on the website it says would be delivered before noon time. The arrangement wasn't delivered until around 3:30. Below is the picture of the proposed bouquet listed on the website along with what was actually delivered. The picture on the website is a beautiful arrangement worth the price I paid. What I received is something that should've cost the most basic option. If I wanted an arrangement like the one delivered I would have gone to Walmart and picked up a $10 bouquet and a vase. Thank you for your time.”

“I created a custom vase for a special moment, paid the extra money for the next day delivery. I was not contacted that the custom vase was not created, delivery was not completed on time, was not a local flower shop. When I found all this out, waited to be contacted by supervisor that did not happen as promised, to finally calling them back to handle situation and they at first offered a 25% refund. After me telling them I was leaving a review they offered a full refund!”

“I chose to try this company and paid the additional cost for the order to be delivered before noon on the requested date for a specific reason. After the order was not delivered as advertised and then contacting the company, the additional delivery fee was refunded with the explanation that the order would be delivered before 5 pm. The Company would not provide the name of the local florists used. I would not advise trusting this company with any future purchases.”

“Totally failed to get my flowers to a funeral on time. Got them to the funeral home after the procession left for the cemetery. They say they're refunding my money but we'll see. They can't make up for such total disappointment. They obviously don't care about their customers in the least!”

“I rate this company with ZERO stars!! I Had flowers delivered with next day delivery to a funeral service for my dearest friend of over 30 years. I received an email stating that the flower arrangement was being shipped from Kentucky, I live in Indiana and assumed they would come from a local florist! I was horrified when I walked in and saw them, they were terrible!!! I threw them straight in the trash before anyone else could see them. How could any florist send something that bad to a funeral service and why did this company not use a local florist instead of the one they used located over hundreds of miles away? I will never order from this company again. What a nightmare not only dealing with the lose of my friend but then being shocked by how disgusting those flowers looked! Never, Never again will I deal with this company!!!!”
