“Horrible decision to order from this place ordered an arrangement from them and they offered 20% off smh but its not 20 % off the order tho then got them up to 50 % and they said 27.19 will be received back on my card. So is 27.19 a 50% refund on a 75 dollar order???? Pretty sad it's a scam for sure”

“It's a scam!!! Order wasn't delivered, and there's no confirmation from them. I was the one who emailed them to ask for the delivery status but answers were all the same, apologizing and telling me that they will check with the florist. I ordered flowers for my friend's 50th birthday as a surprise but I was the one who got surprised with the bad service I got. Full refund was not enough compensation for something you thought will be a special gift for a loved one but it was all ruined!”

“Ordered flowers for next day delivery, received an email they would not he delivered until the following day. Later I received another email that they had to change the arrangement because the florist didn't have those flowers available. So they were a day late and a different arrangement than I ordered....”

“I only gave one star because that the only option I have but this place needs to close down I paid almost 80 bucks for some flowers to be shipped to my love one at a funeral home and first of all the flowers look nothing like what I was played into buying then they delivered and never communicated that the funeral home received them until I called plus I order the premium choice and that is absolutely what I didn't get please keep your money go else where”

“I decided to try them for my anniversary and they waited until 5 minutes before the requested delivery time to be delivered to say we're sorry we can deliver them tommorow. I'm so upset. I should have went with another company”

“Flowers received were in no way what I ordered!! Smaller, less blooms, wrong vase. Customer service answers promptly, but with boilerplate apologies, they’ve not taken any action as promised. (Photo with orange vase is what I ordered.)”

“Agreeing with advise not to use this company, I ordered from South Africa. I had to call them twice to verify my order otherwise they wouldn’t process the order. Flowers were not as per the picture, I also ordered a gift basket which they said will arrive a day later, gave some stupid excuse, gift basket was also not what was ordered, only one item in the basket was the same as what was ordered. FedEx attempted to deliver as there was no one home for signature but no one even called my niece to check. Then they said to collect parcel at the FedEx facility or wait another day… extremely disappointed and the prices were totaly overpriced.”
