“Ordered a simple bouquet for a special someone that has been going through serious health issues and the order failed miserably. The bouquet of flowers ordered was not delivered. Even after paying extra and submitting the order early the day before. Their solution to deliveries being late or not delivered at all is to offer me 20% credit towards a future order. Never order from them, you'll be disappointed and have to do something even more special to make up for their incompetence. Better to go another route or use a local florist you can count on.”

“I ordered what I thought would be a very unique succulent arrangement for my niece’s birthday. It was a guaranteed delivery before noon today; it finally did arrive late in the afternoon. It was nothing like what was advertised on their website. The total cost was $100, and it looked like something from Walmart. The individual plants are way out of proportion for the extremely disappointing container, which again, was nothing like they had shown. I contacted them immediately via email and they apologized and said that they would be issuing me a 15% discount on a future order. I wish I would have read the many many poor reviews that this company has received before I spent my money.”

“Disgusting! Sent sympathy flowers to a friend in the State from NZ at a cost of $103 NZD. The bunch that arrived were not as the picture had described. when they arrived my friend sent me a photo, I could have died of embarrassment, they were disgusting! This business needs to be stopped as what I have now seen is a load of negative reviews (I wish I had seen that before I send the flowers). Don't waste your money using this site. I am so bloody angry and embarrassed”

“Paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon. They were not delivered until later in the day. They are not the flowers ordered and half of them are brown and wilted. Zero star for this company!”

“I had to call to find out if my order had even been submitted because I never received an email. I clicked the button to have it delivered before noon and the flower never got there. I had to call to find out they will not be delivered until sometime between 12:30 and 3:30 pm! NOT WHAT I REQUESTED! If they can not deliver when you want then why do they have a button you can click to choose before noon or after noon. After telling them that nobody will be home to accept the flowers after 12:30 all they said was call us back if the flowers are ruined because they will only leave them on the front porch! SERIOUSLY!!!! After talking to a supervisor, whom I could barely understand, she advised that there is nothing they will do unless the flowers are ruined when they are received by the person getting them. Such poor customer service!”

“I sent roses to my friend. I was so embarrassed when she sent a picture of them to me. The roses were wilted, there were only a few small baby's breath included and there was so much space between each wilted stem. They died within a few days.”

“HOW ABOUT NO STARS? TO GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE STAR IS A FARCE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT YOU CAN EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION! I ordered flowers for my niece's birthday to be delivered last week. I picked this company because they had an arrangement that I knew she'd love. The flowers were to be delivered on Friday. They were not delivered to her only to find out that they were "supposedly" delivered to a town far from where my niece lives. ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER BY FROM YOU FLOWERS! They couldn't deliver another arrangement because it was Labor Day weekend. They assured me that the delivery would be there today (Tuesday). GUESS WHAT? Never showed up. They do not have a person in the USA to speak with. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! I will be leaving this review everywhere that I can leave it and also on the BBB website to let them know about this SCAM of a company. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! Go to a reputable florist. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!”

“This is the second time that they have fail to deliver my order on time. One was for my aunt who was very sick, and this last one to my cousin, because she was retiring. Very Very Disappointed. I order well in advance for my cousin speical day. No photos to add because my cousin has not received them.”

“I ordered flowers, and the company took my money, and never sent the flowers. They sent me a confirmation with all my details, my sister didn't get the order. I called the company to find out what happened, and they cancelled it because I didn't review the order after it had already been placed. I'm not going through them again!”

“Do not order from this company! I ordered a birthday arrangement 8/27 to be delivered 8/30 (day before persons birthday) On 8/30 130p I called to inquire about the delivery and was told it’s in route and will be delivered by 6p. I received an email 537p stating they could t find a vendor to fulfill the order. Order was to be delivered today 8/31 (person actual birthday) 530 get an email the delivery was canceled. From You Flowers y’all suck!”

“This company is horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement, and this is what my mother received! Pictures are below. I was absolutely appalled at the bait and switch they pulled. This cost me $76 after delivery. I contacted them immediately and they offered a partial refund or a redelivery. I opted for the redelivery so that my mother could receive what she was supposed to. They assured me that she would receive a redelivery in the morning. By 3pm the next day, nothing had been sent. I contacted them again and they stated that it the redelivery was never processed because they "had an issue with the previous flower company" and needed to use a different company. But had I not reached out to them again, the redelivery wouldn't have been processed or done at all. I am very disappointed in this company. My first interaction with them was great but I realize now that was because I ordered a premade gift basket. Their flower side? Forget it!”

“Terrible!! Ordered flowers to be delivered the day before my daughter’s birthday. Paid for expedited shipping to arrive early before class. Nothing. Finally got an email that it was delivered at 5:40. We never found the flowers. I called back Friday morning and was promised a bigger arrangement would be delivered. Never happened. Then I got an email that it would be delivered 4 days later…way after her birthday. They offered me a 20% discount. I told them I wanted nothing from them and demanded my full refund immediately. This left my child, away from home for the first time on her birthday alone, with no gift. I was very upset! Don’t use them. Go straight to your local floral.”

“Really disappointing. I ordered a deluxe arrangement, and a small arrangement was delivered, with completely different flowers than illustrated on the order form. I was hopeful the company would correct the problem when I insisted they send the *correct* bouquet the following day. But while that bouquet was larger, it still didn't match the picture, and, the flowers were awful. I could have purchased a bouquet at a grocery store and got my sister a nicer arrangement. $90 down the tube. Can't recommend this company.”
