“They did not look like what I ordered..they won't last 2 days. Dissapointed..Why do flower shops do this.The flowers are expensive and we expect quality!”

“I will never, EVER, use this company again. These people use UPS to deliver roses, which is why it takes two days to get delivered.”

“Could not be more disappointed (primarily in myself for not reading other reviews prior to ordering). I could go through the issues but other reviews were exactly what I experienced: ~Expedite order for next morning delivery, arrived after 6PM - Flower selection and arrangement was disappointing. Purchased for our anniversary (48 hrs) and wife’s first comment was, “where did you buy these at? You should have used (she named our local florist that we have often used). They smell good but you know next time you should use (again our local florists name)”. My good deed did not have the desired outcome. Though I saved a buck, the arrangement sure references the reduced cost.”

“The $70 bouquet looked power pathetic and it was the largest size. Good the same looking bouquet later in the grocery store for $16. Next time I'll just go to the grocery store. At least they delivered on time, but I paid extra for that”

“I paid $100 for the beautiful bouquet in the picture and received a message that the order had been delivered. But the bouquet was not delivered. I am very disappointed!!!! How can you do business with lies?”

“Flowers never delivered even though confirmation email said they were. Called customer service and they tried to call florist on a Sunday, of course no one answered. FELT SCAMMED. Better get a refund”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered the following day and paid extra fees for the expedited delivery. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered on the day promised, I was sent an email stating they wouldn’t be delivered until two days later. Read and trust these reviews before wasting your time with this company.”

“They send you an email saying your order was delivered when in reality it wasn’t delivered and won’t be delivered for a few hours. I believe the drivers says they are delivered in order for them to meet their metrics for on time delivery”

“Ordered flowers late in the day for same day delivery and was charged extra fee to do so. It was late in the day so I understood it would have to be delivered the next day. The next day came and went. So not only did I pay the fee for same day, they would have been 2 days later than what I wanted. I didn’t trust they would old be delivered before the recipient was discharged from hospital so cancelled the order. Very disappointing.”

“Ordered flowers for a surprise, flowers got delivered and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. Runaround after runaround about the order, in the system it shows that they weren’t delivered. Do not pay for the expedited shipping because it’s not going to happen. I do not recommend this company! Save your money.”

“There seems to be a theme here......don't pay extra for the before noon delivery, the surprise effect was lost when the flowers got delivered to my wife's work 2.5 hours after she left work, this is the first issue I've had with this place, also 2 anniversary ballons that weren't with the delivery, save yourself the grief and use your local flower shop, it's cheaper and it will get done rite”

“I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. If they were, I hope whoever in the hell got them enjoyed them, because they did NOT get delivered to my sister-in-law. I spent hours trying to track them down, to no avail. Calling the company is an exercise in further frustration, as their reps are difficult to understand, what with their heavy foreign accents. I was promised a refund, but I'm not counting on it. I will NEVER order from them again. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Ordered a week ago, paid extra for delivery guaranteed before noon. Order did not arrive before noon. Contacted customer service and could not understand the customer service rep. He did refund the extra money that I had paid for delivery before noon, and he did offer $10 credit. I guess I'm tired of companies promising things, and charging for them, and then not delivering on the promise. Yeah I got the extra money back, but they still got $60 and the day was ruined because the flowers didn't arrive on time.”

“I ordered a beautiful vase with flowers and they came late and were already dying . They refunded me 8 dollars of my $69.65 order. I bought these flowers for my mother’s birthday and it was ruined . I’m so sad and will never order from here again .”

“I placed order 4 days in advance. Flowers did not arrive. I called and they said flowers would be delivered the next day and offered a certificate for $10 off towards next purchase. Told them I did not want a certificate because I would not be ordering flowers from them again. So they refunded me 20% and said flowers would be delivered first thing the next day. Flowers still had not been delivered by 7:00 p.m. Called and they said flowers were out for delivery. I told them to cancel the order because it's too late to deliver flowers when it should have been delivered first thing that morning. They said they could not cancel and offered me another discount and flowers would be delivered the following day. I demanded a full refund and got it.”
