“I ordered $90 flowers and received beat up flowers that looked no where near what I ordered”

“This is my first time ordering through you'll and I am terribly disappointed! I sent this delivery to my daughter today, not just for Valentine's Day because it meant so much more. I ordered flowers with a specific vase color shape and color that was offered and received the opposite, also the flowers were not put together full or neat at all. I paid a lot of money that was nothing like what it was supposed to be. For some reason if they felt overwhelmed I would have rather gotten a late order with what I wanted then something random...What can you do to make this right? I appreciate your help with this matter and look forward to hearing from you. 🤬😢 would not let me load pictures here....”

“This is the 2nd time something went wrong. Today was frustrating because I was trying to make a purchase & it’s telling me the item is available for today for delivery but at check out it says it’s not. So then it has a tab for you to click for all the items available and I see mines but then it says the same thing that it’s not. So I call customer service and she couldn’t even help me order something that is available, I asked how do I know what’s really available if they say they are then changes at check out, her reply was something about she can put together something but I can’t see what she’s talking about and she was so hard to understand. Two times already this site has giving me issues, so I really don’t recommend because nobody tries to really help and advertise one thing but it’s not true. Very upset today.”

“Ordered the deluxe bouquet for valentines day paid to have flowers delivered on the 14th but still showed up on the 13th. Bouquet was horrible NOTHING like what was expected. More like a 10.00 box chain store bouquet. not the 65.00 bouquet I ordered.Totally ruined the occasion apologized several times to my wife. Would not recommend this company to anyone go order eles where ie 800 flowers. Only refunded half my money.. smh”

“This Company is horrible 😪 The Flowers were not fresh for the arraignment. I received plastic Flowers that were Free at Michael's the arrangement and not the Lillie's as portrait. Horrible Never Again out of $144.00. USE ANOTHER FLORIST !!”

“Very disappointed with the arrangement i received, i ordered the deluxe version, but it wasn't even as full as the small one?? I also asked that the vase be wrapped in foil to hide the stem, ( which they said, they would)”

“Just recvd the flowers I ordered for my daughter they are about the cheapest thing I've ever seen. The vase over powers the flowers. Very very disappointing. Over 75 dollars wasted I'm embarrassed to even give them to her now. Don't waste your money here not worth it.”

“The flowers came in a box… they looked nothing like the photo I ordered. And they said there would be a Valentine’s Day card attached but instead it was a promo card for their company with my not in it in basic font. Terrible service “fromyouflowers” will never get my business again.”

“Don't order from here. They sent me the wrong flowers and I asked them to deliver on Valentines day and they came 2 days early. Asked for a refund and got $15 back on a $75 order.”

“Two Orders: 1 shipped UPS and arrived early to FL. LOCAL DELIVERY TO SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY FOR MOM NEVER ARRIVED. 15 PERCENT REFUND AIN'T DOING IT FOR ME. BACK TO PRO FLOWERS.”

“My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, for which I paid an additional delivery charge. The delivery window was set between 8 AM and 6 PM. When it didn't arrive by the promised time, I reached out via chat after facing multiple issues with their customer service—my calls were dropped twice, and on the third attempt, the representative was unable to communicate in English. At 7 PM, I was assured that my order would definitely arrive by the end of the night. However, when I checked their website on Monday morning, I found they had unilaterally changed the delivery date to Monday. When I contacted them again, they still could not provide a guaranteed delivery time. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.”

“Don't order from here once they get your money that's it they will not work with you. I was sending flowers to my wife and di to snow the business was closed and I emailed 6 days before that to change the date or cancel and all they say is the it's already set up for delivery so there's nothing they can do. There's a million other places out there so please don't choose this one.”
