Ordered 2 Of The Same Flowers Which Both Arrived Late. Besides Arriving Late The 1st Delivery Of Flowers Looked Different From The Picture And It Looked Like It Was Put Quick Before Getting It Shipped And Not The Same As To What I Paid For, And 2nd Delivery It Was More Presentable But The Wrong Flowers.

I ordered Valentine’s flowers for my daughter two days before Valentine’s Day, and here we are a day after, still no flowers. Customer service is offshore and completely useless—they kept insisting for two days that the order was “out for delivery.” Clearly, that was a lie. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT order from “Flowers for You.” They rely on third-party services instead of delivering directly. Call a local florist instead!

My boyfriend sent me Valentines day flowers that never arrived. They had audacity to say they would not deliver until 4 days later and tried to offer a measly 10 percent. Disgusting. Should be out of business. Don't use them.

I ordered a dozen roses for $100 and had them delivered to my wife’s work and the roses she received was discolored and turning black and wasn’t even opened up. They did give me a $12 dollar refund but I felt it should have been at least half my money back. Don’t waist your time ordering through this company the flowers they send are old and dying.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Was guaranteed a Valentine’s Day delivery for my stepdaughter. Didn’t happen. Only when I logged into the account on the site did an email come across after 8 pm on V-day to inform me it would need to be delivered the next day. The surprised ruined, I informed my stepdaughter to be on the look out. 3:21 pm on 2/15, I receive a delivery confirmation. At almost 5 pm, still no delivery with conflicting info from 2 different CS reps. One rep told me the confirmation of delivery email gets sent out just to let you know it will be delivered eventually. Not sure what sense that makes. 2nd rep offered me a 20% refund with a guarantee that the flowers would be delivered before the end of the day. I pushed for a full refund which they begrudgingly agreed to. Now must wait 2-3 business days to see if I’ve been hawk tuahed. Don’t buy from these guys. Pay the extra money to shop local. This is a mistake I won’t be making again.

I was disappointed with the service as the flowers were not delivered as promised. This was a significant letdown, especially considering the importance of the occasion. I expected better reliability and communication. The worst service ever—do not waste your time and money.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day. Not only were the flowers wilted when they arrived, they were not what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 30% refund. I paid an extreme amount of money for these flowers, so 30% is a drop in the bucket for the problems that I encountered. Customer Service stated someone would promptly get back to me, however that never occurred. CEO, Michael Chapin, if you are reading this, you need to supervise your staff more efficiently, because not only will I never order from your company again, I will be sure to spread the word.

Was told my order would be delivered on the same day then they changed the date it was going to be delivered then when I call to make sure they tell me my date has been changed again so now i have been waiting 4days for my order to be delivered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!

Order flowers and paid extra to have same day delivery. No flowers, contacted customer service said they would confirm delivery. Next day said sorry would deliver on 14th. No flowers offered upgrade. Said ok. No flowers on 14. No flowers on 15. Now they will issue refund. They obviously can’t handle business in Port Saint Lucie fl. Would never recommend them

Despite ordering ahead of time and having assurances they would be delivered on 2/14 for Valentine's day, the flowers did not show up on time. When the flowers did arrive, they looked nothing like the ads online. Will not be ordering from here again. If you are reading this, strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Paid extra to have them delivered on a specific day. They arrived a day late with only half the flowers the display showed on the website. And I don't just mean quantity, although it does look very sparse. There are big open spaces and I can see right through the display. There are also several types of flowers the website listed are included that are simply not there. Customer service is trash.

I ordered and paid for a Premium Size Arrangement that was supposed to include chocolates, a vase, and a bear. However, what I actually received was a small arrangement with only the vase—no chocolates, no bear, and definitely not the premium size I paid for. When I reached out to customer service, I expected them to fix the issue by sending the missing items or offering a fair refund. Instead, they only offered me a $20 refund, which didn’t come close to covering what I paid for the missing items and the downgrade in size. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend From You Flowers due to their failure to deliver what was promised and their unwillingness to resolve the issue properly. I’ll be looking for a more reliable flower delivery service in the future.

Verry disappointing !!!! on day 4 ROSES never opened, but I have petals all over my counter. Followed the paper work as to how to take care of them, called the company and they could not find the order, but they did charge the person that sent them to me. Was a very thoughtful VALENTINES GIFT. Will not use this place and will let the person who sent them to me be aware not to use them again !!!! So sad

Ordered a dozen rainbow roses for my wife for valentine day. Set delivery for day before. Flowers arrived on time and well packaged. They were shipped dry with no water tubed, sponge block or anything. I followed directions and added cut flower food and clipped 1 inch off each stem. Shipping took 3 days to get to my address from time they left location. By valentine day 12 hours later about 1/2 of the roses were showing signs of wilt. I trimmed them again and replaced the water. By the next day (day after valentines day) they were about 90% gone. Will never purchase from this site again. Total waste of money. Very disappointing

Ordered for Valentine’s Day and paid extra for delivery. Even called customer service on Valentine’s Day and they guaranteed my order was out for delivery. Needless to say they never showed up and my fiancé didn’t get a valentines present. Customer service basically said sorry but it’s not their problem.

I would leave no stars if possible. I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to my Daughter on 2/14@ her job. I ordered on 2/7.No delivery on 2/14,no explanation nothing. When I reached out I was told "my arrangement was not available "🤷🏽‍♀️ on the phone with their over an hour and got no where, I asked for a supervisor & was placed on hold another 30 minutes with no one ever coming to the line. It's 2/15 & I'm about to continue to get answers. PLEASE don't waste your time or resources with this company...

I made sure to make my purchase a whole month early to make sure my item got to my other half on her special day. I scheduled the order, processed, and had a very confident vibe knowing I put a delivery DATE and put what maybe a little money to some, was a lot money to me. I was genuinely doing my best to surprise the love of my life and couldn't get the experience I was promised, by thinking me scheduling and purchasing ahead of time would be the perfect and most insurable way to make sure it would be the perfect way to show my girl I love her.

These. People. Suck. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend on JAN 30th for Valentine’s Day and these people won’t deliver it until Monday the 17th. Why did I pay that extra money early for them to deliver it late?!? My girlfriend won’t get anything until Monday and I don’t get a refund? This company SUCKS and I’ll NEVER order with them again. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
