“Worst ever shorted my today on a dozen roses and the dozen that showed up looked almost dead, not counting the extra shipping charged for Valentines Day and came to her work the afternoon before. Won't ever use them again!”

“Absolutely scammed. Ordered flowers for my wife. They were not delivered and their customer service hung up on me twice. Had to have my credit card company reverse the charges”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day to have them sent to her work website says that all deliveries will be completed by 6 PM. So I contact them and ask them why the delivery wasn’t completed and they told me that I had the wrong address. I asked them to read the address and it was the correct address. They tried to tell me that I put it in wrong and that it was my fault that they weren’t delivered And when I asked for a refund, they said oh no no we’ll just deliver them tomorrow to the same address that they were supposed to deliver them to today on Valentine’s Day, which defeats the purpose completely so in short, don’t use them they won’t give you a refund. They won’t deliver your flowers on time. This service is an absolute scam.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 weeks ahead of time. Flowers where not delivered on the day I chose or the day after. Customer service from what I could understand couldn't tell me if they would delivered the next day. So I waited the next day so I just canceled the order. So I will just use local florist only from now on. Thank you for the lesson.”

“Two Dozen Roses that were ordered were not quality roses. Flowers came in a box shipped via ups, not as noted per their site as being "Florist Arranged Flowers". Roses were withered, dry, petals were decayed, leaves were decayed, roses were wrapped and smushed in plastic wrap, some stems were broken. Definitely not what is shown on their website. Vase had hairline crack that leaked once water was put in. Two orders total was $176, when I requested refund, they only offered $32.”

“I have used this company for 3 yrs for Valentine’s Day! The first year I ever had an issue. I gave them the correct address. They for some reason couldn’t locate the place. I call back. They tell me they can’t refund me 100+$. But my husband won’t receive the gift for VDay. But they can deliver it Monday after. Wack AF. Will never use you all again!”

“Just had 2 dozen roses delivered. To say that I'm dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement! Paid 120.00 for 2 dozen roses. They are the most horrible looking roses that I've ever seen! I would have been ashamed to send theses out.”

“This is my first time ordering through you'll and I am terribly disappointed! I sent this delivery to my daughter today, not just for Valentine's Day because it meant so much more. I ordered flowers with a specific vase color shape and color that was offered and received the opposite, also the flowers were not put together full or neat at all. I paid a lot of money that was nothing like what it was supposed to be. For some reason if they felt overwhelmed I would have rather gotten a late order with what I wanted then something random...What can you do to make this right? I appreciate your help with this matter and look forward to hearing from you. 🤬😢 would not let me load pictures here....”

“This is the 2nd time something went wrong. Today was frustrating because I was trying to make a purchase & it’s telling me the item is available for today for delivery but at check out it says it’s not. So then it has a tab for you to click for all the items available and I see mines but then it says the same thing that it’s not. So I call customer service and she couldn’t even help me order something that is available, I asked how do I know what’s really available if they say they are then changes at check out, her reply was something about she can put together something but I can’t see what she’s talking about and she was so hard to understand. Two times already this site has giving me issues, so I really don’t recommend because nobody tries to really help and advertise one thing but it’s not true. Very upset today.”

“Ordered the deluxe bouquet for valentines day paid to have flowers delivered on the 14th but still showed up on the 13th. Bouquet was horrible NOTHING like what was expected. More like a 10.00 box chain store bouquet. not the 65.00 bouquet I ordered.Totally ruined the occasion apologized several times to my wife. Would not recommend this company to anyone go order eles where ie 800 flowers. Only refunded half my money.. smh”

“Horrible scam of a company. The flowers received were not even close to the ones pictured at the time of ordering. This wasn't just a substitution of a few blooms it was a completely different bouquet of much lesser quality. Stay far away from this business you will not get what you order.”
