“Ordered for Valentine’s Day and paid extra for delivery. Even called customer service on Valentine’s Day and they guaranteed my order was out for delivery. Needless to say they never showed up and my fiancé didn’t get a valentines present. Customer service basically said sorry but it’s not their problem.”

“I would leave no stars if possible. I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to my Daughter on 2/14@ her job. I ordered on 2/7.No delivery on 2/14,no explanation nothing. When I reached out I was told "my arrangement was not available "🤷🏽‍♀️ on the phone with their over an hour and got no where, I asked for a supervisor & was placed on hold another 30 minutes with no one ever coming to the line. It's 2/15 & I'm about to continue to get answers. PLEASE don't waste your time or resources with this company...”

“I made sure to make my purchase a whole month early to make sure my item got to my other half on her special day. I scheduled the order, processed, and had a very confident vibe knowing I put a delivery DATE and put what maybe a little money to some, was a lot money to me. I was genuinely doing my best to surprise the love of my life and couldn't get the experience I was promised, by thinking me scheduling and purchasing ahead of time would be the perfect and most insurable way to make sure it would be the perfect way to show my girl I love her.”

“These. People. Suck. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend on JAN 30th for Valentine’s Day and these people won’t deliver it until Monday the 17th. Why did I pay that extra money early for them to deliver it late?!? My girlfriend won’t get anything until Monday and I don’t get a refund? This company SUCKS and I’ll NEVER order with them again. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS”

“I ordered two identical arrangements (same order) same address. the company separated the order shipped them from two different locations and one was a day late. So one of my daughters got hers a day late.”

“The customer services is a joke and my order was delivered to someone else, the tracking never showed if it was delivered or not and when I was able to track down my order they couldn’t tell at what time happened or where my order was placed so my flowers went to whatever place,”

“Order Valentines Day Rose's and chocolates on Jan 26th with a February 14th delivery date. Never showed up and now says it'll delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow is no good we'll be gone. Smh 1 day to pick and confirm the delivery date and missed it all the way around. Probably not buy from them again.”

“The worst company ever. NEVER use it again. I ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend, yesterday to be delivered at her hotel on Valentine's Day. The day is almost over and I received a notification that they will be delivered tomorrow. She is leaving the hotel tomorrow so it's worth nothing”

“I bought an arrangement with 6 roses and lily's for my wife for valentine's day. When they arrived it had 2 roses and 2 lily's. I payed 95 dollars for this. Very disappointed. Will not be using again.”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day to have them sent to her work website says that all deliveries will be completed by 6 PM. So I contact them and ask them why the delivery wasn’t completed and they told me that I had the wrong address. I asked them to read the address and it was the correct address. They tried to tell me that I put it in wrong and that it was my fault that they weren’t delivered And when I asked for a refund, they said oh no no we’ll just deliver them tomorrow to the same address that they were supposed to deliver them to today on Valentine’s Day, which defeats the purpose completely so in short, don’t use them they won’t give you a refund. They won’t deliver your flowers on time. This service is an absolute scam.”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 weeks ahead of time. Flowers where not delivered on the day I chose or the day after. Customer service from what I could understand couldn't tell me if they would delivered the next day. So I waited the next day so I just canceled the order. So I will just use local florist only from now on. Thank you for the lesson.”

“Two Dozen Roses that were ordered were not quality roses. Flowers came in a box shipped via ups, not as noted per their site as being "Florist Arranged Flowers". Roses were withered, dry, petals were decayed, leaves were decayed, roses were wrapped and smushed in plastic wrap, some stems were broken. Definitely not what is shown on their website. Vase had hairline crack that leaked once water was put in. Two orders total was $176, when I requested refund, they only offered $32.”
