“This is my first time ordering through you'll and I am terribly disappointed! I sent this delivery to my daughter today, not just for Valentine's Day because it meant so much more. I ordered flowers with a specific vase color shape and color that was offered and received the opposite, also the flowers were not put together full or neat at all. I paid a lot of money that was nothing like what it was supposed to be. For some reason if they felt overwhelmed I would have rather gotten a late order with what I wanted then something random...What can you do to make this right? “This is the 2nd time something went wrong. Today was frustrating because I was trying to make a purchase & itâs telling me the item is available for today for delivery but at check out it says itâs not. So then it has a tab for you to click for all the items available and I see mines but then it says the same thing that itâs not. So I call customer service and she couldnât even help me order something that is available, I asked how do I know whatâs really available if they say they are then changes at check out, her reply was something about she can put together something but I canât see what sheâs talking about and she was so hard to understand. Two times already this site has giving me issues, so I really donât recommend because nobody tries to really help and advertise one thing but itâs not true. Very upset today.”
“Ordered the deluxe bouquet for valentines day paid to have flowers delivered on the 14th but still showed up on the 13th. Bouquet was horrible NOTHING like what was expected. More like a 10.00 box chain store bouquet. not the 65.00 bouquet I ordered.Totally ruined the occasion apologized several times to my wife. Would not recommend this company to anyone go order eles where ie 800 flowers. Only refunded half my money.. smh”

“Horrible scam of a company. The flowers received were not even close to the ones pictured at the time of ordering. This wasn't just a substitution of a few blooms it was a completely different bouquet of much lesser quality. Stay far away from this business you will not get what you order.”

“I should have read reviews before I bought flowers from them. I guess I am ANOTHER unsatisfied and disappointed customer! I actually called to place my order, I asked nicely to take care of my order and make sure it looks decent because it was going to a special person to me for a special occasion. What was delivered is not even close to what I ordered and paid for and nothing like the picture on the website. For such a disaster ugly bouquet I could have had better luck buying it from a convenience store and for a more reasonable price.
