“Flowers were already starting to fade after one day. a succulent that was supposed to be in the bouquet was plastic. will not order from again.”

“Do not order from your flowers.com. They sent the wrong flowers for one and also I ordered a month in advance and they didn’t even deliver the flowers on the date I wanted. Never again!!”

“Worst experience 😔. Can't make any changes. Try to switch delivery date, denied. Try to cancel delivery and pick up instead, denied. They just want your credit info. Horrible experience....!”

“Don't order from here once they get your money that's it they will not work with you. I was sending flowers to my wife and di to snow the business was closed and I emailed 6 days before that to change the date or cancel and all they say is the it's already set up for delivery so there's nothing they can do. There's a million other places out there so please don't choose this one.”

“We wanted a big, happy, colorful arrangement to brighten our friend's hospital room, so we ordered the largest of the three Utopian Sunflower Garden arrangements. Unfortunately, what we received looked nothing like the photo on their website. There was no alstroemeria, button poms, monte casino, or tulips (as stated on their website). There was no 'Get Well' balloon and they were late with the delivery. What's more, our friend's wife said the sunflowers looked as if they were wilting by the next day. It was cheap looking, and we were embarrassed they would think THAT was what we selected for our friend. We won't use this company again.”

“I purchased online flower bouquet at US$47 after a discount. The discount showed in the calculation. Despite that there were other charges including two shipping charges (6.55+15) etc. Bottom line, my total came to US$86 almost double the cost of the original price. And when converted to Canadian dollars, it came to $117.00 I am never ever going to buy flowers online to be sent to US, whether it is this shop or any other shop.”

“It won't let me do a NO Star!! I ordered flowers in the early morning to be delivered that afternoon. I payed extra to have it there on time. I am in Florida and was sending flowers to my family in Indiana for my brother's funeral. After the time of the showing the flower company calls me to tell me that they weren't able to make it there. I told them to have it there on the next morning for the service. THEY DID NOT MAKE THAT DELIVERY EITHER!!! NEVER will I ever use their service again!!!”

“I have ordered from them twice . First time I thought was a fluke but second time same thing happened. I get an email saying flowers are delivered and no flowers. They never show up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“The promised same day delivery did not happen. The excuse was they could not find an address in Seattle! THEY HAD 2 PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL AND A GOOGLE MAP . Finally after talking to a bot and then an online chat with a person , i cancelled the order. Never use them.”

“I tried to place an order with the secured checkout and it would say that I have no items in my cart? And I contacted a live agent that kept me waiting over 29 minutes for anyone to help me.. I don't recommend this Flower shop”

“I ordered flowers from this company on January 31st, first of all the flowers were supposed to be delivered before 12:00 and they were not delivered until after 6:00 pm, secondly they were supposed to have balloons with the order, no balloons were received, thirdly the quality of the red roses were poor, they died within a few days and some of the flowers are still in bud. I contacted personnel and they apologized and credited my account for 12 dollars and change. I will not be ordering any more flowers from this company.”

“I have never been so embarrassed I can't believe what was sent I ordered 2 plant baskets one was the zen garden not even close to what was suppose to be sent the other one looks like a 3 year old did it I can't believe that a florist would send anything like these 2 arrangements look like Total rip off I wish I could post a picture for all to see”

“I ordered the medium-sized bouquet they delivered a smaller arrangement that did not look like what I ordered! I spent 57.10 they offered a 30% which they calculated to total 11.18 and a 20.00 gift card. Why would I trust them again!”

“Ordered morning of 2-1. Tracking says they were delivered. They were not. Called 2-2 and was told they would be delivered that day. They were not. Called on 2-3 and was told he can see they weren't delivered, but would be delivered that day. Canceled order and did get email saying I would get a full refund, after I told them I already talked to my credit card company and will dispute transaction.”

“This company is absolutely disgraceful. My mom received sympathy flowers that were frozen from the cold weather. They were totally destroyed. When I called the first time I was told to put the dead flowers in water to revive them. The second call I was promised a replacement on 2/4/25 which was never delivered. This company should be out of business.”
