“Unreliable. I arranged to have flowers sent on 5.23.24. I received an email at 6:30pm informing me that the flowers were delivered in which I was concerned that the flowers were left outside the business. at this time of day. I called the company who couldn't provide details on where the flowers were left. I was told they would call me the next morning with an update...which they didn't. When I called I was told that the flowers were not delivered and that they would be delivered today. Since I didn't hear from the recipient I called the company to confirm delivery. Guess what? The flowers were not delivered. I requested a refund.”

“Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for my mother a few days before Mother’s Day and the flowers showed up completely unbloomed. At first I figured no big deal, they’ll open up and she’ll get to have them even longer than expected! Unfortunately, they died having never opened. I reached out to customer service for a refund or new flowers and they refunded me $12 of my $71 order. After further communication, the gave me $8 more. $20 back on a $71 order for flowers my mom never got to enjoy. I didn’t even bother reporting the flowers I ordered for my best friend for Mother’s Day that died 2 days after she got them… horrible customer service. I would have been happy with a full refund or new flowers. Will never be using this site again. I attached photos of the day they arrived and how they look now having never opened aside from one.”

“Delivered two days late, just left outside of a building over a holiday weekend. Business hours are clearly stated on the door. Paid for same day delivery. Got an email stating they were delivered. What was ordered vs what showed up. Waste of money. Very disappointing.”

“The original bouquet looked nothing like the stock online photo. So they sent out a redelivery which was even worse than the first. There are no pink roses or purple highlighted flowers throughout as seen on the website photo.”

“Don't waste your time of money. Order substituted to an ugly arrangement. All customer service bad. They ended up cancelling and refunding despite saying they would upgrade. Worst company to deal with!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

“I ordered flowers on Monday for my wife’s birthday On Wednesday. They shipped them said they would be delivered Thursday by UPS between 12:45-2:45. My wife doesn’t work in the office on Thursday or Fridays. UPS said the business was closed when they tried to deliver them a little after 5:00 which the business doesn’t close til 6:00. Needless to say they will not arrive when you schedule them and they use UPS and FedEx to deliver instead of a flower shop. That part was my fault cause if I knew they used UPS or FedEx I wouldn’t have ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!”

“Didn’t fulfill my order in the 4 hour window I paid for and also gave then another hour and still not delivered called and complained and tried to give me every option to change but wouldn’t work for me and refuse to cancel and refund had to haggle to get full refund”

“I ordered sympathy flowers for a dear friends, father’s visitation. When I got there, I could not find the flowers I sent. I asked the funeral home Director about my flowers because it stated that they were delivered. They took me to a vase of dying, dried up flowers and said the flowers were received in a box, no water, no vase (which I paid separately for) and no card. They looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I’m actually happy there was no card because I would’ve been embarrassed for anybody to think I sent those flowers. I would not recommend from From You Flowers. Very disappointing!”

“I ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandson...they sent a puny jar of crappy flowers instead. What 4 year old likes flowers over balloons?! They said they will correct the order and send balloons tomorrow. I will see!!”

“I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and it was never delivered. I called the night of and they said they’d deliver first thing in the morning, and nothing! I called again and again and now it’s 2 weeks after and I’m calling to get a refund and no flowers. Save yourself time and money and do not ever order from here!”

“The plant I ordered could not be delivered so a few days late, they were able to deliver flowers. I was assured that they would include a note stating why the delivery was late. It was delivered to the wrong address and no note at all!”

Apparently you don’t want to see the weeds my friend got compared to your website since you will not let me upload the photos! You say you will resend them but I have little hope they will look like what is on your website!”

“I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by From you Flowers for my recent order. I placed an order with them for a floral arrangement to be delivered before a funeral service, as per their commitment to timely delivery. However, they failed to honor this commitment, causing unnecessary stress and frustration during an already difficult time. Not only did they miss the agreed-upon delivery time, but their communication regarding the delay was also lacking and unprofessional. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for updates, I received no response until after the funeral had taken place. This level of disregard for their customers' needs, especially during such sensitive occasions, is unacceptable. I expected more from From you Flowers, especially considering the importance of the occasion and their promise of timely delivery. Their failure to fulfill their obligation has not only soured my experience with them but has also added unnecessary distress during an already emotional time. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their floral needs to From you flowers, as their lack of professionalism and failure to honor commitments can have significant consequences, especially during important events like funerals.”

“NO Stars would be a better option!!!!! I will never use this company again! Ordered a PREMIUM FRUIT BASKET for my Mom for Mother's Day. Order was not delivered until a week later. When it arrived it had very little fruit in it and other things she could not even eat due to food allergies. It definitely did not look like the premium basket picture as advertised. When I called to COMPLAIN, they offered me $18 on an order over $100. Needless to say, they have lost my business and l plan on letting all my friends know to not use them as well!! Shame on you for messing with my Mother's gift! Disgraceful!!!!”

“I ordered a PREMIUM plant arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral. The PICTURE was a lovely saucer bowl full of beautiful green plants. It was serene and peaceful. I paid $58 for it. When we arrived at the funeral home I was disappointed and disgusted to see a 3 inch tall faux tree stump with 4 squished up little plants. I was mortified. When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized. Do NOT use this company!!”

“must strongly condemn a company that has no credibility or understanding of the term "same day delivery." I chose this product entirely because the official website mentioned: "Our Same-Day Flower Delivery service ensures that your heartfelt sentiments reach their destination without delay." However, they are utterly lying. Since placing my order in the morning, I contacted customer service five times. Each time, they assured me that the delivery would be on time today. But after 7 PM, when I contacted them again, they told me the delivery wouldn't be made today and that it would definitely not arrive as promised. They could only arrange for delivery the next day. Delivering flowers on a special day being postponed to the next day is unacceptable. Never choose this company; they have no credibility and are disgusting. When I asked customer service for the florist's contact information to inquire directly about the delivery, I was told they couldn't provide it. This means you have no way to check on the delivery status yourself and are left waiting passively.”
