“I ordered a bear and a box of chocolates along with some flowers, received the flowers but not the bear or chocolates. I do not think I will ever do business with you again”

“The arrangement that was sent was nothing like the picture. I understand using filler but there was more filler than flowers. The first pic is what wad sent and the second photo is what the arrangement was supposed to look like. So disappointing.”

“Same as others they don't match the pictures. They sent unbloomed lilies so the bouquet I ordered looked totally wrong. Also they used way fewer flowers.”

“Worst company ever. I ordered flowers for both my mom and mother-in-law they were delivered by UPS not a local flower shop they had to put them together and most of the flowers are not opening up and they don't look nice at all. Never use this company again.”

“I ordered flowers for my mom at 11:15am and received an order around 2:30 but it wasn’t my order. It was for a hospital 20 minutes away. I called at 2:58 and talked to someone and they said they’d resend the order. It’s now 5:40 and no one has delivered my actual order and I just got an email saying it was delivered and it was not.”

“Ordered 2 bouquets worth $100 a piece. Ordered flowers for Easter and they were great but Mother's day was a bust. One delivery was 2 days late and the other looked like my kid picked it from the yard. 100% satisfaction guaranteed, afraid not. They offered me $11. 🫤 Won't be using them again.”

“Bought my Mother some Mother's Day flowers and had them delivered today (two days after Mothers Day) and when my mother recieved them, they were sparse and not even remotely close to what they showed on the website. It looked as if it was thrown together extremely quickly with no care whatsoever. For the price you pay, you certainly dont get close to your money's worth. You only get 1 first impression "From You Flowers" and after this, I'm never using this service again. Absolutely shocking product.”

“They gave me a partial refund because what they delivered DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURE. What arrived was shriveled and drying flowers and mostly greens to fill out a smaller vase than expected for a premium package. I will NEVER use them again and did so this time because of their delivery window.”

“Dead flowers for Mother’s Day!! Ordered May 8 my mother received them May 13. They arrived dead. Ordered Lilies,Iris,tulips. Sunflowers were sent 🤔🤔🤔???Company has terrible customer service. Nobody speaks English!! Never ever use them!! They do not care. Cancel all charges on your credit card immediately.”

“Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day! I was given delivery date of May11, the day before Mother’s Day! Flowers were not delivered until May 13, the day after Mother’s Day! The first time I called customer service, agent assured me they would arrive on Sunday, May 12! Of course they did not arrive then! In my second call to customer service the agent literally negotiated a refund! Not all of it as I expected, but first 20%, then 30%, then 50%! I actually got $15 back after spending $70! Pathetic customer service!! Will never use this so called business again and neither should anyone else!!”

“I received a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. It contained 2 yellow roses they had been crushed, 5 stems of chrysanthemums that were smashed together in a vase that was too small to accommodate them. Each stem held multiple smaller stems of blooms. There was also one stem of several lily buds. About 4 of the buds had broken off the stem. This was a poorly put together bouquet. There was no arrangement. Everything was jammed into the case.”

“My son ordered flowers for me 3 weeks before Mother's Day so they would get to me in time. He called Saturday and asked me if I received them, I did not! Then he called the company and they told they would deliver Monday after Mother's Day. I was home all day never delivered. He called and asked for a refund today. If they can't handle an order that was given weeks ago they can't handle anything. I would never recommend them. Our children who live far from us try to do what they can for their parents and this company is no help at ALL!”

“Apparently my daughter didn’t look at your company’s ratings before sending my Mother’s Day flowers. My guess is that most of the ratings would be 0 if there was one on the scale. My flowers arrived on time but were mostly wilted and some dead. No moisture at all for them - the green foam or individual vials. The only positive thing is that the box of 4 chocolates were good. How does a company like this stay in business?”

“They did not deliver what was ordered. The flowers were dead before Mother's Day. Called them numerous times...Each time was told they were going to redeliver the order (after being put on hold for over an hour and having to repeat all my information numerous times). They kept lying and wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. Read the reviews. If you are a florist don't associate with this company...they will ruin your reputation . Had to ask for a full refund . Will see if i ever get it or if i will have to take legal action”

“Worst company ever!! Flowers ordered yo be delivered on Mothers Day never delivered despite paying extra for same day service. 3 phone calls today promising me they will contact the florist and be delivered as soon as possible. Still no delivery!! And the customer service department is outsourced to another country and I can barely understand them and they just keep giving the same spoon-fed responses. Waste of money! Never again!”
