My son and daughter in law sent me a bouquet of tulips for Mother’s Day.When they arrived they were half dead. I called and thanked them for the flowers and would never mention the condition they arrived in for fear of seeming unappreciative but after thinking about it I decided to write this review so maybe it will never happen again to me or anyone else. How do you ship flowers without a souse of water with them. They looked like they were on the truck for days before they got here.

This company is horrid. They offered me 1 phone call, with no return number, saying there were problems with fulfillment and could I call. I then sent 15 minutes on the phone with no resolution, only to have them cancel my order 2 days later. Do NOT use. Look at their reviews on other services, like Yelp.

The flower arrangement I ordered for my daughter for Mothers Day (5/12/24) was a poor representation of what was ordered - more carnations instead of roses, a cheaper version of what was ordered. Extremely disappointing.I WILL NOT be using this company again.

The flowers that I received were dying and delivered late. I called to report. Spoke with someone who was speaking with a very heavy accent. Asked the name of the sender and recipient. Kept asking the order number. I wasn’t going to tell the sender I received dead flowers!

Like others really wish there was a 0 star option. I ordered weeks in advance for Mother’s Day to arrive on Mother’s Day even paid extra for that day specifically. The order never arrived so I called customer service they said redelivery would be next day, Monday by 9am. Tuesday came around and still nothing. Called customer service again to just request a refund because I was over it. They attempted to give a 20% partial refund and an apology note until I said I would just do a chargeback through my bank if they don’t give me a full refund. Was put on hold for 30 mins before getting an email stating the refund would come in a few business days and the guy coming back explaining it. Just dont order from here. Save your money and time!

The first "bouquet" they sent was in pieces and dead. They "resolved the situation" by sending a new second "bouquet". But oops, it is in pieces and dead as well.

If I could write 0 I would. I have 2 pending flower orders. One placed Monday, one Friday. It's now Wednesday of the following week and nothing has been delivered. I have called, no joke 7 times. I was finally after multiple calls offered a 10% discount but waiting on flowers that have been sitting on the back of a truck for a week, to a woman diagnosed with cancer, ohhh but they promised them for a week freshness. Not except able. And the others, thank you assholes, for making me out to be the daughter in law after 25 years. Never again.

I received an arrangement of mini-irises and yellow tulips (buds) for Mother's Day. The irises were in bloom and lasted one day. The tulip buds never bloomed - just started dying. When I called, customer service took my name, put me on hold, and later disconnected the call. When I called back, a different person answered but the same thing happened. I don't have the heart to tell my daughter that the money she worked so hard for was spent for this junk.

So, I ordered teddybear with 6 chocolate strawberries and a cupcake that breaks with m&ms inside for $80. Instead they delivered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with the words Happy Birthday. Then told me when items are out of stock they replace them. I complained that I did not authorize a substitute. And the dozen strawberries were priced at around $50. So they ripped me off. Offered a discount I refused and asked that correct item be delivered and it was delivwred next day?! ( I thought this item was out of stock?) but there was no teddybear. Again! “Our sincere apologies” offered me a $11.60 refund for the teddybear. So, technically the 6 strawberries and breakable cupcake was worth $60 And they even offered $10 certificate. Sadly, after multiple disappointmens I will never utilize them wvwr again. Dont waste your money or time with them. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered TO THE SAME LOCATION, and one only managed to get there. The second “was attempted to deliver but was unable” so rather than delivering the flowers THE NEXT DAY, they just never sent them. It’s been 5 days since the original date of delivery and nothing. A bunch of emails back and forth and then a call with customer service guaranteeing delivery the next day (today being the next day) AND AGAIN-unable to deliver! I’m over it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a $160 bouquet for Mother’s Day to be delivered the Saturday before. It arrived on Wednesday, four days late. Their customer service was incompetent. I called and used their online chat system a total of 8 times investing over five hours in all. Once a rep hung up on me. Another told me it would be delivered immediately. Another told me it was delivered on time. They all suggested my mom stay home to be sure to receive the delivery. The window is 8-6 pm. She should stay home for the original delivery date and the following four days from 8-6? The bouquet they delivered looked nothing like the image represented on their site. I ordered the deluxe largest size. It was far smaller and unimpressive in person. It looked like a $20 bouquet from Whole Foods. I wish I had read reviews first. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

this place is a scam bigtime. They didnt deliver my moms flowers at all but kept telling me they would 4 days in a row. They are huge fkn Liars and deceivers. They dont want to pay there florists enuf money- so they refuse their orders .its bcuz they want to keep most of the money. Stay away from these scamming mofos, they will steal yor money and Lie theyre fukin asses off! 😡👹👺😈

My son ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. While I did not have the heart to tell him they were in terrible condition I reached out to the company directly and provided photos and the order number and all the proof showing the condition. They refused to send another set and advised only the purchaser can email them. Of course he didn’t get to see the product and assumed they would be decent. How am I supposed to complain to my thoughtful son and ruin the thought.

I sent 3 orders from them for Mother's Day, all of them were late. I paid to get them there faster, a ridiculous fee. They refunded me 3.00 for three orders that cost 245.00 all together. Absolutely ridiculous!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a scam and they are frauds . They took my money and never send my mom her flowers on Mother’s Day. They kept telling me for days that they are sending them. Well they never did and they lie . I will be reporting them to BBB. Scum bags !!!!

Terrible service. We had an issue with the address that was misspelled, of course wasn’t deliver the flowers. We tried hard to fix it, by several calls. The phone tellers just repeat same phase as a recording. I have to clarifies that the flowers were send from Chile to USA on line. No one speak spanish, so the card holder couldn’t communicate. Four days past since the order was cancelled , still no refund. No money and no flowers.No solution.Disappointed.

My son sent me Mothers Dat flowers which never got here on Mothers Day...they were delivered yesterday Tuesday May 14th. They delivered and left the box in 94 degree heat, afternoon sun in Texas...they charged him $80.00 for this scraggly bouquet that has 7 flowers, none of the kind that would be expensive. Buyer beware, these people are thieves.
