“Terrible scam. Did not deliver flowers and refunded only $12 from $78. Don’t use this company”

“This company is horrible!!!!! I’ve tried them 3 times because I understand stuff sometimes happens but 3 strikes you’re out! I refuse to ever do business with them again. First, order they wrote the card to my then girlfriend but put a different girl’s name on it causing a fight and breakup between us. No apology from the company when I told them their mistake. I know I really should had not given them a second try but again I figured accidents happen. So second try, it was Valentine’s Day I ordered a bouquet and vase. The flowers came in a box with no vase. Again called and no apology. I figured one more chance! Today is our anniversary and I paid extra to make sure the flowers arrive this morning to her job so she could enjoy them all day. Flowers never arrived at all today! So she went all day thinking I forgot about our anniversary. I call the company and tell them all of this and absolutely no sympathy at all for any off their 3 mistakes. They just said we can deliver it on Monday. No! Our anniversary is today (Friday)! What will Monday do for me? So they have now ruined 2 relationships for me! So unless you want them to do the same I highly suggest staying away from ordering from this company. Instead order from your local floral shop.”

“Frustrating and terrible experience. I wish I had seen the below reviews prior to using this company. Did not deliver flowers on the same date as requested and paid for. Inferred flowers would be sent first thing the following day, only to find out the recipient did not receive them the following day either. At that point, the delivery address had changed and company can't even provide an eta for delivery”

“Wow seems to be a really bad place to order flowers from.....have had to call 3 times over 2 days to try to get fixed and still nothing....I don't expect exact arrangement but at least something close to pic and not already dieing on day 2....”

“They deserve a zero stars! Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, three days in advance. The flowers still haven’t been delivered. They offered a 20 percent refund today, but still haven’t been delivered. Crappy customer service in India, and they absolutely do not want to make things right. $200 bucks down the drain and no gifts. What a crappy company!!!”

“Flowers were never delivered. Company keeps stating that they will contact me when the non-delivery is confirmed. Evidently, I’m not the only one whose order weren’t fulfilled for Mother’s Day. Go with a different flower delivery service, as this company is dishonest and unworthy of your business.”

“My Mother's Day flowers were never delivered to my mom. I called, they promised to deliver them 5 days later. They again did not come. I called again and they said they would deliver them same day. They did not. I called again and they tried to offer me a 20% refund. I demanded a full refund which they finally gave to me. My mother never got her Mother's Day flowers.”

“Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day and the arrangement that was delivered was completely unacceptable. For the amount that was spent ($90+) to get wilted brown flowers delivered to your mother was just beyond disappointing. I contacted the company showing them pictures and even saying how I understood it was a very busy weekend and was not looking for a refund but for the arrangement to be replaced sometime that week. I was emailed back saying they would refund me 30%. The amount they sent back was not even 30% of what was paid. As a online company customer service is extremely lacking, they did not feel incline to make the situation right but just to refund me barely what I paid in shipping. I would not waste your hard earned money on embarrassing flowers that would not impress anyone. Don’t rely on their fancy photos bc what will arrive will be nothing like it.”

“They never delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered a week in advance. I even scheduled the delivery for Saturday (the day before Mother's Day) to avoid any issues. When called, they said they would redeliver and never did. Then they offered a crappy 10% refund and to deliver the flowers 6 days after Mother's Day. Save yourself the headache of talking to someone in India (who has no ability to make things right) and go with another company.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flower for my friend, OMG, it was horrible, and it was not even close to the image of the website. what is the purpose of having the pictures and the description, having said that I would not recommend anybody to purchase from this website. if my friend wouldn't sent me the picture, I wouldn't know what horrible flower they delivered. soooooooooooooo disappointed . it was an embarrassing moment to Gift those Ugly Flower to your loved ones.”

“Terrible experience with this company! I ordered Pink Surprise premium bouquet of flowers and received a fraction of the flowers that were supposed to come in the bouquet. I called to complain, but they would not help at all. I will never use them again!”

“Why in the world would a company send fresh flowers in a hot delivery truck with no water?!? My flowers arrived wilted and almost dead!!! It doesn't take a genius to know that this method is a huge no no!! A waste of money! Just order from your local florist! Do not order from this company!”

“I received tulips and iris's from my daughter for Mothers Day. They were boxed up with No water/ moisture whatsoever. They didn’t look the best when I unboxed them. 2 days later they were turning brown and falling to pieces! All the money she spent for what? Dead flowers? Never again will she or I EVER order from this company again. I will definitely spread the word.”

“Like most others here, I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I received flowers for Mother's Day that never ever opened. It was strange enough to receive flowers that I couldn't instantly enjoy, but I thought at least I would get the most out of them once they bloomed. 1 day, 2 days, 3 days went by. We're on day 6 and they are dying without ever blooming. My husband emailed requesting a refund and instead received a $15 coupon toward his next order, which is the same as doing nothing, as you are well aware. I have sent another request for a full refund, left a complaint with the BBB and this negative review.”

“Worst ever! My son sent me Mother’s Day flowers which arrived two days after, they charged him $80 for literally 7 flowers , nothing like the picture, which are all dead today, 2 days after arrival. From the quality of the flowers, the illegal “ bait and switch “ modus operandi, to their delivery, I give this company a 0 because 1 is too good. Buyer beware !!!”

“I ordered flowers and paid for expedited service. They never contacted me until I reached out when my DIL did not comment on the flowers. They missed the deadline and suggested a 20% discount to send them 9 days later! It's was a funeral! It was difficult to understand customer service (language barrier) and they kept "disconnecting". When I did, it was difficult to get the refunded. They wanted to discount several different ways. I was embarrassed by the lack of flowers sent. Do not use them. I agree with the others they say it is a scam and they are not reliable.”
