“must strongly condemn a company that has no credibility or understanding of the term "same day delivery." I chose this product entirely because the official website mentioned: "Our Same-Day Flower Delivery service ensures that your heartfelt sentiments reach their destination without delay." However, they are utterly lying. Since placing my order in the morning, I contacted customer service five times. Each time, they assured me that the delivery would be on time today. But after 7 PM, when I contacted them again, they told me the delivery wouldn't be made today and that it would definitely not arrive as promised. They could only arrange for delivery the next day. Delivering flowers on a special day being postponed to the next day is unacceptable. Never choose this company; they have no credibility and are disgusting. When I asked customer service for the florist's contact information to inquire directly about the delivery, I was told they couldn't provide it. This means you have no way to check on the delivery status yourself and are left waiting passively.”

“I ordered my flowers a week in advance. They tried contacting the local delivery florist to check on delivery they never answered. The flowers weren’t delivered at all. I would not use this company. My family never received the flowers and I requested a credit.”

“I ordered at 7 am and I order the before 12pm and they didn’t so I called and got a refund for that then I called 7 more times making sure it got delivered the day of bc that’s WHAT I ORDERED then I call back at 6pm (the latest arrival) and they say it will be delivered tomorrow don’t ever order flowers from here. Worst customer service of all time.”

“I ordered bucket flowers with descriptions pink roses,white asiatic lilies, but I seen the picture not even with roses and lilies, I payed almost $65, and they said they will send it before 6pm but just arrived not like an expected no roses no lilies, they promising me to return my extra charge for delivery and extra 20% from the amount I payed because of delayed delivery, I really disappointed”

“Placed an order giving ample time for delivery for a friend’s birthday who recently lost her husband. Because we live in different states I wasn’t aware they weren’t delivered until I received an apology email the next day, saying they would be delivered that day. They were NOT delivered that day. I had to call & they promised they would get back with me, which they did, offering to upgrade the order & include a note of apology. I agreed and they WERE STILL NOT DELIVERED! No notice from the company at all!!!! I am waiting on a refund”

“I ordered a beautiful bouquet to gift my boss when I found out she lost her grandmother. I went online for a quick and easy process. I found an arrangement with tulips, her favorite. The bouquet arrive wilted and a lot smaller than the one I ordered and it did not contain the flowers I had been under the impression I was getting.”

“I ordered a a deluxe boutique wirh vase for mothers day for my mother first off what I ordered and what she received were very different then to add to this I rrecieved a pic 3 days later from my mother of dying wilting flowers that hadn't even bloomed so disheartening, So the best part ..I called asking for a refund of the $75.00 I spent ,they do state 100% guarantee ,I received a $13.00 refund & $20 .00 credit towards another purchase .Really ? A 100% refund should have been given w/o hesitation .here are the pics you be the judge!”

“Worst experience I've ever had purchasing flowers. Flowers arrived so wilted they actually couldn't be revived. I complained and they sent me back $4. Ridiculous. They won't respond anymore to e-mail. I called and they said they'd re-deliver but they never did. How are they even in business?”

“I have ordered from these people 3 times & they have screwed up twice. This last order was supposed to be same day ordered Thursday, flowers & large box of chocolates. Called late Thursday, oh sorry, will deliver tomorrow. Nope. Called again, gave me a few dollars back said they would come today, Saturday. The flowers arrived around 6pm but NO chocolates. Gave me back the cost of the chocolates but not, taxes, fees or shipping. Go elsewhere - their customer service is outsourced.”

“I paid $77.92 for a Charming Garden of Love bouquet for a 90th Birthday. The flowers I received were not remotely close. 5 roses 5 sprigs of tea flowers and packed with lopsided greenery. I was so hurt and disappointed! They offered me 30% (23.37) return on payment but only received $18.19. Fail. Got to your local grocery's flower department instead.”

“These people are terrible, while they are cheaper than other vendors, they do not have a way to track the flowers correctly. It will show delivered when it’s not delivered. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!”

“I had a VERY negative experience with this firm. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They arrived as I expected two days before Mother's Day with nothing to keep the stems moist. They were already a little wilted. I feel really bad about this because I wanted beautiful yellow roses for Mother's Day. Instead, they were wilted.”

“Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were delivered 5 days late! I was on the phone with customer service every day. Lots of broken promises. When they were finally delivered they were not as big or as nice as what I chose online. After more phone calls I was able to get a refund but the stress, frustration and annoyance was not worth it! Not to mention they missed the holiday!”

““This is what I ordered okay…. AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT.” whoever wrote my card did a terrible job that my bf thought it said “corn nuts” when it’s supposed to say congrats. So I had to last minute make a card and toss the original away. The bouquet online looks full and lots of roses and other flowers but when the recipient received it and took a picture for me to see, I was shocked by how small it was. (I did make sure I selected the option to get the largest bouquet and nothing smaller.). This is seriously false advertisement and I was not happy with what I paid for AND I paid expedite shipping to have it delivered before 12pm only to have it delivered at 3pm..”

“Paid the extra money for the 4 hour delivery, they cancelled that. Then about 6pm I got a email saying they will deliver within 4 days. Absolutely the worst company ever! I ordered these for a specific day and paid extra money to have it delivered on that day! I was even ok with the next day delivery but 4 days! Absolutely ridiculous”

“I made a mistake and forgot to place an order to send my girlfriend flowers at her work for her birthday, so in a panic I searched for same day delivery flower companies and found this place. They advertised an expedited delivery (for an extra fee of course) where your flowers would arrive in four hours after you placed the order, “guaranteed!” Amazing, I thought to myself. My love life is saved! So 8:30 in the morning, I order them, expecting them to show up to her work around 1pm or so, as I didn’t think the four hour guarantee was even that realistic to begin with. They didn’t show up until almost 4:30, right before she was leaving work, and they were in such a sad state! Wilted leaves, a broken stem or two, very dried out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the delivery person picked them up from Albertsons (which is where they were bought, per a sticker on the flowers) and left them in their car all day until 4:30. Oh, and the message I also requested to be sent with the flowers? They didn’t even include it. Complete waste of money and my time”

“Flowers were broken, dead, dry. Not even the right arrangement and they were 3 days late so were delivered after Mother’s Day. It the first time they’ve done this, thought I’d give a second chance but it was still a NO! Never ordering from these people again.”
