“THEY DELIVERED IT 2 DAYS EARLY FOR MOTHERS DAY. DELIVERED ON FRIDAY NOT SUNDAY LIKE I PAID EXTRA FOR. THEY DELIVERED THE COMPLETE WRONG FLOWERS. I PAID $120 FOR GARBAGE. I ORDERED THE BIGGEST SIZE WITH A BALLOON AND A PURPLE PITCHER AS THE VASE (butterfly meadows). IT WAS THE SMALLEST DISGUSTING BATCH OF FLOWERS IVE EVER SEEN, A TINY PLASTIC TRASH OF A VASE AND NOOOOO BALLOON!!!!!!!!! WHAT TF DO THESE PEOPLE THINK!!!! I KNOW IT GOES THROUGH LOCAL FLORISTS BUT WHAT WAS ANYONE THINKING???!!! I VALUE MY MONEY BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THE AMOUNT TO JUST THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW!!!!! THIS RUINED MY MOTHERS GIFT AND I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I AM DISGUSTED.”
“I ordered flowers last week and set up delivery for May 11th to avoid any delivery issues. Flowers were never delivered. I called to find out why and was treated rude by customer service representative. I was told they would be delivered first thing next day. 6:05 flowers finally showed up but not what I ordered. They sent a smaller cheap arrangement. Very upset Mother's Day was ruined. Demanding refund! Don’t use this company.”
“Buyer Beware! Flowers were scheduled to be delivered on a certain day. They were not. After checking status for 2 more days, I called. The language barrier made it hard but I understood they wanted to offer lesser things. I finally made it clear I wanted a total refund. I was having to deal with this issue for 3 days. “Wow! I should have looked at reviews before buying. Wilted, dying tulips were delivered to my mother-in-law. How embarrassing! Sadly, they had the opportunity to correct their error as they were delivered yesterday (which cost me an additional $15 for a weekend!) for Mother’s Day.
Dead wilted tulips cost me over $62.00 with a coupon I used. And I’m awfully embarrassed as they should be! It’s unclear how much I will be reimbursed. One email said $7. Another said $10… terrible! Certainly there are laws about delivering dead and dying flowers. Better Business Bureau might be very interested seeing these posts! That’ll be my next step after seeing what is reimbursed.”
“On May the 7th I ordered flowers for my best friend whose birthday was May 8th. Today is May the 12th and she still has not received them. Don't tell me it was mother's Day because I ordered them 5 days prior to mother's Day. They're telling me now that they will deliver them on May 14. And it’s already 1PM. And the agents are giving me a run around. Like ugh. And judging by everyone else’s photos I don’t even want the flowers anymore. I had to call and get a refund which made me extremely upset because it’s Mother’s Day and I placed my order April 20th.”
“I order flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers showed up dead and damaged. I spoke with a customer service representative to give me a 20 percent refund on my order and to resend the flowers the next day. Come to find out they never resent the flowers and never gave me a refund. So for Mother’s Day my mom received dead and damaged flowers, I never was given a refund and no new flowers were never sent. I’ll ensure to never do business with you all again.

“I received the Tulip arrangement in the mail Friday from my daughter for Mother's Day. I had to wash the vase that they came in....it had dead flower leaves stuck to it. AWFUL!! Some of the tulips are dead already..after only 2 days! I would NEVER order from this company. NEVER.”
