“Flowers arrived as ordered 2 days before Mother's Day 5/10 but were mostly old and half dead a few flowers were salvaged all the rest went straight to trash!
Called and was told they would send out a reorder for delivery on Monthers Day 5/12. Never arrived so I checked tracking and it said reorder delivery was made for 5/14 not 5/12 as I was told. Will be calling again. 2 days after Mother's Day not acceptable when I ordered early to make sure she could enjoy for all of Mother's Day weekend.

I understand the need to substitute some flowers, but not when I ordered weeks in advance and not so many substitutes that the bouquet is unrecognizable. “I ordered the pink and white Lily arrangement for my mom on Mothers day. When you order flowers online, you expect them to look like the picture that is displayed. They were to be delivered to her nursing home. They were dropped of at an unattended loading dock. It was Saturday, the loading dock wasn't even occupied. After asking several people to look for the flowers, they were finally located. They were delivered in a flat box. I had to open the box and arrange the non blooming flowers in the vase. I have NEVER been more devastated then taking these to my moms room. It was embarrassing and humiliating. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. “Ordered flowers May 9th. Received an email that they would be delivered between Saturday and Sunday (Mothers Day). Never received another email. I called today (Sunday) and explained my problem. They assured me they would be delivered anytime from 9am-6pm. I asked for my confirmation number since my one and only email didnāt have one (RED FLAG). He gave it to me, so I could enter it into their website on my own time to keep track. My delivery progress report NEVER MOVED. My gut told me to look at reviews because things were not adding up. Thatās when I found this page. Immediately I was thinking this has to be some sort of prank! The pictures Iāve been seeing that have been delivered to customers from this company are SICK! DIRTY BUSINESS IS ALL THEY KNOW!!! So after 6pm I called the company againā¦.
I stated I never received my flowers and that I wanted a refund. He proceeds to tell me āmaāam, the reason the flowers are late is because there was an issue with a floristās that area, I can offer you 20% off of your next orderā
Of course I donāt believe a word coming out of his mouth. I say, āno, the flowers were for Motherās Day, the day is over and they are not here, I want my money backā
He then tells me āI can change it to 30% off next timeā
I stated again what I wanted. He finally gave in after 3 times of going back and forth, and said I would be refunded in 2-3 days, which Iām still not hopeful about, so I will be filing a complaint to the BBB, and contacting my bank to ensure this is handled.
